One of the most notable aspects of the hotel was the commendable level of cleanliness maintained throughout the premises. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast offered a diverse and well-prepared selection, which was thoroughly enjoyed by our group. It provided a solid start to each day. Finally, the staff members we encountered were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall positive impression of the hotel. • Peng (9/5): Well located stay in the heart of the city, with plenty of food options nearby or a car ride away. - The front desk staff was really professional and helped recommend some places for us to dine and visit for the evening. We loved the free tuk tuk service! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were really comfortable. The hotel is also well located and is within walking distance to Robinson, where there was a vibrant mini food street at night. The washing machine was not working and we had to go to the reception to get help and request for detergent. But the technician came quickly to resolve the issue. Other than this minor glitch, everything else was good.

There were 9-11 of us lounging and eating, and we never felt cramped in the suite. The breakfast in the restaurant was disappointing.

The staff and management are very receptive and responsive to issues and actually the manager asked me during My stay of there was anything he could do to improve my stay. I love the small gym, the pool, the sauna and the powerful AC. This hotel is in an industrial town and not in Pattaya but ride share is alway available in less than five minutes.
