- Judy (6/5): - The staff was very helpful when we checked in. However, I left my phone charger in the room when we checked out. I called within a few hours and asked the lady at the front desk. She said she would check with housekeeping and call me back. Of course, I never heard back from her. It wasn’t a big deal, but a return call would have been nice. Air conditioner was not great.

The beach is right across the way. Short walk to shops & food plus there’s a food/coffee shop right next door! Parking garage under the hotel. And puzzle art on the walls makes it unique. - Kelly (8/5): Beautiful sunrise views! - Older hotel with many recent updates, located with direct beach access and views. We stayed in a full view room, which had a balcony. You can hear the ocean sounds in the room when the road noise died down. The employees were all friendly and helpful. The sunrise views from the room are spectacular.

- Joe (10/5): Always a pleasant stay. - The Hampton House Hotel is my go to hotel when heading to Hampton Beach. The staff is great and the accommodations always exceed expectations. Plus it's hard to beat the private balcony with ocean view.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee in the room, although it was available in the lobby. My real complaint was lack of a hair dryer in the room. In all my years of traveling, I never had this problem. Had to go to the front desk with wet hair to obtain one! Be warned!
- Dee (10/5): Hampton beach stay. - Loved the location and view which is why I picked it. It's worth the extra for the full ocean view. Kept balcony door open all night to listen to the waves. The lady who checked me in and out was wonderful. Cleanliness was sufficient. Stayed only one night whilst traveling up coast to Maine. Very pleasant and perfect for needs. Comfortable beds

- Richard (8/5): Nice stay at the HHH. - Stayed here for the night when attending the Joe Perry Project show at the Casino Ballroom. Very convenient location, across from the beach and a short walk to the venue. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Bob at the front desk was great at check-in. Very clean room with a nice view to the ocean from the balcony even though our room was on the side of the building, not directly facing the ocean. Not a high-end place by any means, but very nice and good value for the money. We will stay here again when in the area.

Free coffee and ice (prepackaged in bags, which is perfect). We've stayed at a few different places in Hampton Beach over the years ... some more expensive (and very close to Hampton House), others less expensive (further from beach). Hampton House will always be where we stay from now on.

- Subhajit (10/5): - This hotel is located at an excellent location right on Hampton Beach, just away from the main congested part of the marine drive, but very walkable to the busy area. There are a couple of adjacent eateries. Our oceanfront room was clean and tidy with a TV and refrigerator. No coffee maker or microwave in the room, but both available round the clock in the lobby. There was just enough parking spots, though tight-spaced. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and let us stay for an additional hour.

I knew the rooms were non smoking but i assumed they would allow it on the balconies, so if you're a smoker, be aware.
