The room was clean, well equipped. The location is excellent, right across from Mamilla with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

• Judith (9/5): היה מעל המצופה ונמליץ בחום על המלון הזה - אב הבית, ג'וזף, קבל אותנו בסבר פנים יפות וחמימות. הוא היה זמין לכל בקשה ושאלה. שלח מהר כל דבר שרצינו ברצון ואדיבות. שמר על תקשורת רצופה במשך כל השהייה (נשארנו עוד יום). גם העובדות היו אדיבות ונחמדות איתנו.

• Ilanit (10/5): הכי טוב שיש ליד העיר העתיקה ובמחיר הכי משתלם - המיקום הוא אולי הנכס החזק ביותר של המלון.בין העיר העתיקה לעיר החדשה, צמוד לשדרת ממילא ובמרחק הליכה קצר משער יפו. קרוב לכל המסעדות. המלון מצליח לייצר תחושה של "בועה" יוקרתית ושקטה בלב האזור הכי עמוס בעיר. שנכנסנו לחדר היינו בהלם היה פן ומחליק קפה ותה עם קומקום חשמלי ובנוסף מכונת קפה עם קפסולות חלוקי רחצה נעלי בית ועוד המון הפתעות ממש הפתעה מדהימה.

I entered the room with my family and my small daughter started crying as she was scared where we were. I had to cancel the reservation and the owner promised to refund the payment. So I had to find another hotel with much hogher prices due to short notice. Eventually the owner of this hotel refused to return the money.

• Shannon (1/5): Complete Lack of Flexibility and Empathy - This hotel has no on-site staff, which already makes guest support extremely limited. More concerning, however, was the hotel’s complete lack of flexibility or empathy during a period of heightened conflict in Israel. While I did book a non-refundable room, my flight to Israel was canceled due to escalating geopolitical tensions involving the United States and Iran, making travel impossible. I immediately contacted the hotel to explain the situation and requested either a refund or, at minimum, a credit that could be applied to a rescheduled stay in March. Despite the extraordinary circumstances — entirely outside of my control — the hotel refused any accommodation and charged the full amount. No flexibility, no goodwill, and no customer-focused solution were offered. This reflects extremely poor customer service, especially during uncertain and sensitive times. I would not recommend staying here. This hotel has no on-site staff, which already makes guest support extremely limited. More concerning, however, was the hotel’s complete lack of flexibility or empathy during a period of heightened conflict in Israel. • Omer (8/5): מיקום נהדר בלי לקרוע את הכיס, ובלי להרגיש זול!! - יחס נהדר, שירותיות ואדיבות כבר מיום לפני ההגעה ועד אחרי שעזבנו. נכונות לעזור, לתקן ולהשתפר. נידבו פרטים לגבי מקומות לאכול באזור כדי שלא נצטרך לדאוג. הייתה בעיה טכנית במקלחת, אבל אני בטוח שטופלה על הצד הטוב ביותר . שירות טוב לא אומר אפס תקלות, אלא צורת ההתמודדות איתן. וכאן עשו עבודה מצויינת!

• Ayelet (10/5): Charming boutique hotel, we will be back. - Location! Location! Location! And Joseph!!! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was wonderful- had everything we needed and much more. Our room was ready with a nice warm temperature, it was wonderful to get in after walking in the cold weather. We had water, bottle of wine, chocolates, coffee, tea (also at the lobby), the room was clean. Couldn’t ask for more. It didn’t bother us but if you are a senior or have issues with stairs- the entrance to the hotel has no elevator and it’s not easy if you have a large suitcase. We didn’t have any issues but something to consider.

• בניה (3/5): - הדבר החיובי היחיד שניתן לומר על המקום הוא המיקום המלון לא מציין כמה פרטים חשובים באף מקום ובניהם העובדה שזה מלון דירות וגרוע מכך שזה מלון בסגנון של שירות עצמי כלומר אין שום נציגות במקום. המלון עצמו חסר כל פרטיות ברמה ששומעים הכל מהחדרים הסמוכים והמסדרון ברמה שדיברנו בנינו בהודעות שלא ישמעו על מה אנו מדברים, המלון עופף ריח קל של ביוב שמשרה תחושה לא נעימה, החדרים מאוד מאוד קטנים וגם ברמת העיצוב אינם תואמים את התמונות המוצגות, חדרי השירותים צפופים מאוד ואינם נוחים בכלל לשימוש, רצפת המקלחת הייתה מלוכלכת אך פשוט התעלמנו ולא עודכנו מתוך העובדה שזה מלון שעובד מולך באמצעות ווצאפ כ״שירות״

• ג׳וליה (10/5): מושלם - נתחיל קודם כל מהשירות מעל למצופה , ליווי צמוד הקשבה מלאה לכל מה שדרשנו , ג׳וזף ליווה אותנו עוד לפני שהגענו דאג לכל פרט ואפילו עשה מחווה מהממת לבעלי ליום הולדתו . הכל היה נקי , ריח מצויין הכל חדש ומסודר מקום מרכזי להכל אבל מעל הכל השירות תודה רבה בהחלט נחזור שוב ❤️

• קארין (9/5): - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ חוויית אירוח מושלמת – ממלון ממילא ויו! התארחנו בממילא ויו והחופשה הייתה פשוט מעבר לכל ציפייה. המיקום לא פחות ממושלם – קרוב לכל מה שצריך, נוח ונעים. השירות שקיבלנו היה יוצא דופן: הכל נקי, מוקפד ומטופח ברמה הכי גבוהה. ג׳וזף, מנהל המלון, הוא אדם נדיר – שירותי, נעים, תמיד מחייך וזמין לכל שאלה או בקשה. מהרגע הראשון הרגשנו בבית, בזכות החום, היחס והמקצועיות. השהות שלנו הייתה מרגיעה, מפנקת ובלתי נשכחת. אנחנו ממליצים בחום לכל מי שמחפש מקום לאירוח איכותי באמת. נחזור בהחלט שוב בביקור הבא בירושלים!

• Ofer (9/5): מלון קטן ומקסים במרכז ירושלים. - מיקום מרכזי מאד. החדר קטן אבל מפנק, החל מבקבוק יין, שוקולד, חלוקים, מגוון סבונים. פינת קפה בחדר, ופינת קפה יותר עשירה בלובי, שזמינה 24/7. האפשרות להכנס ולצאת עם קוד מאד נוחה. מיטה נוחה מאד. מקום טוב למי שבעיקר רוצה לטייל בחוץ, ובגלל המחיר הנמוך נשאר הרבה כסף להוציא אל טילים וארוחות. המעלית לא מחברת את כל הקומות לכניסה- צריך לעלות קומה כדי להגיע למעלית ואז מנקודת העצירה עוד חצי קומה לחדר. בחדר המדרגות יש קצת ריח לא נעים.

• Sfez (10/5): Parfaitement placé pour un séjour d’une demi-journée avec un focus sur la Mamilla et le Kotel - Très bien placé pour aller à la Mamilla et au Kotel Les lits sont séparés mais ne peuvent pas être éloignés l’un de l’autre car les tables de nuits qui les entourent sont collées au mur. Il faut revoir cela car ça remet en cause le concept même de deux lits séparés étant donné qu’ils sont forcément collé l’un à l’autre.
