They could not help with either and I never got a call back from them telling me this. Lost $140 USD to this hotel - would highly reccomend either not booking a non-refundable hotel like this one or make sure you’re posative you can make your exact reserved dates.
- joonsam (10/5): 가성비가 높고 친절한 숙소 - 게스트하우스라 시끄럽고 지버분할줄 알았는데 막상 체크인하고 숙박해 보니 체크인 받는분의 친절함과 룸의 깔끔함에 만족하였고 조식도 나름 간단하여/ㅅ으나 깔끔하였습니다. 전반적으로 가격대비 가성비가 상당히 높았고 만족하였습니다. 더우기 호텔 안내하시는분들의 친절함이 더욱 인상적이어/ㅅ습니다.

From airport bus 109 takes 20-30 min and stops 50 meters from hotel. Cost is 20 000 dong. Clean and spacious room, breakfast was ok. Would defenitely stay again!

- あっぷるじゅうす (8/5): デタム通りに近く、食事場所には困らないし、ベンタイン市場にも近い。 - デタム通り近くの細い道沿いにあるゲストハウスですが、場所もわかりやすいし、市場や食事場所に行くのに困ることはなかったです。 ホテルのスタッフも笑顔であかるく、いい感じでした。 ただ、私の部屋は４階で、（日本だと５階になる）エレベーターがないため、毎回階段を上るのはつらかっです。 朝食もつき、部屋もまあまあでこの値段なら十分満足です。

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great Location - I only stayed for a couple of nights and it was perfect for what I required. Easy to get to from the airport. The 109 bus stops almost outside. Great location for all the bars and restaurants. Nice spacious room and good value for the money. Staff were also very helpful.

- CHIA XIANG (2/5): Worse experience - Call the hotel asking if I can check in after mightnight due to the flight is very late. The staff lied to me that I can check in anytime . When I took a taxi there, the hotel is closed . The door was locked by padlock like three is no other customer . I really can't understand why they lie about this. Why not just tell me the policy is not allowed or some other reason. Is foolinging people much funner ? Tired and angry making me came back the airport port immediately , all I want to do was leaving this country asap.

Excellent service - helped with currency exchange, tour bookings, restaurants etc - all very nice people. The place is a bit dated and basic but everything works well. Good breakfast. Good restaurants nearby. Close to everything. I'd recommend and happily stay there again.
- Anja (8/5): Zentrales, ruhiges, einigermassen sauberes Hotel - Das Zimmer war sehr einfach, könnte sauberer sein und an der Wand hatte es einen Fleck Schimmel. Dafür warcdie Lage top, mitten im District 1 in einer kleinen Seitengasse gelegen und sehr ruhig. Auch das Hotelpersonal war sehr nett, alle sprachen englisch, einer sogar sehr gutes deutsch!
- Maricor (6/5): UNCOMFORTABLE - If not just for Ms. Hong, our stay there was horrible. There were 7 of us in a group and we were booked at their highest floor, they claim its their 4th floor (they didn't count the ground floor) but it is actually the 5th floor if you include the ground floor as the 1st floor. They do not have an elevator/lift so we were so tired in going up (imagine we arrived at 1:00am). The man who was assigned that night was not so helpful that he told us to just leave our things at the ground floor if we find it heavy to bring it to the floor. We brought luggages because we need the things inside during our vacation so how can he let us leave our things at the ground floor, WE WILL DEFINITELY NEED IT WITH US. He told us if we need something from our luggage, we just go down to get it, AND WITHOUT A LIFT!!!!! HORRIBLE AND AWFUL.

- Alan (10/5): Great spotless budget hotel. - Great budget hotel in the busy District 1. Spotlessly clean, lots of space in the private 3 person room. Great breakfast cooked fresh with a plate of fresh fruit too. Staff really friendly and helpful. Up an ally so not as noisy as some. Would definetly stay here again.

- Kenneth (8/5): A Gem in Ho Chi Minh - This hotel is in the heart of the back packer area. You are at ground zero for food, nightlife and the ability to walk to see museums and book tours. For the price the room was large and even had a fridge. Front desk offered tour bookings and standard food for the culture. I do want to add that the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The other rooms are large and bright. WiFi is generally good, but faster on the ground floor. The breakfast is fine for the price.

Good service from lovely staff. Triple room big and clean with balcony but bathroom could do with a touch of updating. It is a no frills guest house/hostel in a good location. Ok free basic breakfast of bread, eggs, fruit and coffee. If you are looking for a 4 or 5 star hotel this is not it! But cheap, basic in good location with good service and clean room it is.

It's in the heart of the tourists strip and all though that's not really our thing we found all the life buzzing around really nice. It's a short walk to one of the main markets where you can get some amazing Pho in the food court area. The room was pretty basic but for the price it was better than expected. Aircon, bar fridge and comfy beds. The staff here were super nice and helpful. We will be booking our stay with them on our next visit.
