- Avijit (8/5): Good stay with polite staff - The best thing about this hotel is the location and staff. The staff members are very good and always wear a smiling face, which lifts up the mood automatically. Mr. Manoj who was the cleaning staff for my room was very cordial and a kind person. Overall, a wonderful stay at this property.

We had 3 person alloted in a room & they arranged an extra bed. Location - Perfect location whih licatedin the heart of the city. Room - Good room with hot and cold water in the washroom. Room was little but small for our 3 persons. Thats why I gave 2 star for room size. It had complementary tea, coffee, cattle etc. Room service - Excellent and they were providing dirinking even in the mid night. They guy named Ravi was served us very well. Food - We had complimentary breakfast and found great test having good amount of varieties. Overall it has a nice experience during our stay.

- Periasamy (1/5): Another pathetic experience from Zone. - The room size is ok It was too noisy there was a loud music sound for a very long time, adjacent room noise was intolerable. The TV remote cover wasn’t there so the battery died. Importantly, the food order took more than usual time and no clue why it was late, when they brought almost after an hour I had returned the food, when I called the reception the guy said just cancel it. The food menu pictures and the actual food quantities are different so please verify that before placing the order.
- Rishi (2/5): - The hotel is in a good location The rooms were not clean. The rooms smelled of smoke. The AC was absolutely broken - despite someone coming to fix it, it did not work. The beds were quite old making them uncomfortable. The linen was also stained. I would not recommend this hotel, especially at this price point. There are other good hotels just around the corner from this one which provide better quality of service.

The hotel itself is well located. Cleanliness and Hygiene was good. The valets too were really good handling the parking of cars. Even the security guard at 4 am in the morning had a cheerful personality. The decorated auto in the reception area is an interesting story in itself. A lot of appreciation to the whole team overall.

- Periasamy (4/5): Not a value for money hotel. - The TV wasn’t working and the maintenance team was very prompt and changed the TV. When called the reception for a help the completely forgot about it, had reminded them when the girl picked she was attentive. Food, in general good, but when asked for a detail the girl who attended the wasn’t clear in her communication and the phone was handed over to someone else and just answered in one word and spoiled the mood eating. Though the restaurant and F&B managers we’re trying to persuade by saying some funny stuff like the staff are new etc…. Oh NO

Seamless check-in and appreciate the calls to check status on arrival. Definitely value for money. Free parking space was an add-on Cook on the meat could have been a little more tender. Toothpick was not available which is necessary while eating meat. Toilet flush was broken and the seat had stains. Floor was a little sticky
