• Jagoda (8/5): Bardzo przyjemne miejsce. - Materac w naszym pokoju był bardzo wygodny, przez co spało się cudownie. Dostaliśmy miski dla naszego pieska do pokoju, co było bardzo miłe. Super ręczniczek do makijażu, płyny i inne dodatki. Czysto i wszędzie piękny wystrój. Warto by było naoliwić zawiasy od drzwi łazienkowych, ponieważ mocno hałasują. Jak dla jednej osoby - pokój idealny, ale dla dwójki (i jeszcze pies) było nam trochę ciasno, choć na krótki pobyt nie był to problem. Pościel była trochę szorstka.

• Alessia (8/5): - Hotel molto bello, al centro del quartiere ebraico,.quindi in una posizione strategica. Camera piccolina, ma pulita e confortevole. Ogni giorno fanno trovare una bottiglia d'acqua e puliscono la stanza. Letto molto comodo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, La colazione era inclusa nel prezzo, ma non c'è alcuna opzione per le varie intolleranze, anche se comunicato prima, quindi tutte le mattine ho fatto colazione con pane e marmellata. Tè, tisane e caffè sono al buffet. Servizio molto lento e disorganizzato, ma da quello che ho capito, la colazione viene gestita da un'altra proprietà. Ci sono solo due prese in camera, perlomeno nella nostra: una in bagno e l'altra nella cabina armadio.

• Andreas (4/5): Wir haben uns abgezockt gefühlt - Lage gut 24/7 Dauerlärm, hatten Zimmer 1 direkt über Restaurant, Wärmepumpen und Dunstabzug der Küche. Darüber hinaus wurden 2 Tage lang bis früh um 4 Uhr Bauarbeiten im Restaurant durchgeführt. Selbst am Feiertag. Es war eine Katastrophe.

• Татьяна (3/5): Больше ни ногой - Чисто. В соседнем кафе вкусные завтраки Заранее оповестили о позднем заселении. Однако, по прибытии из аэропорта, мы стояли на улице перед закрытой дверью и долго по телефону на английском языке объясняли, что мы хотели заселиться в оплаченные номера, а нам говорили - приходите утром после 6. Потом недовольный хамовитый работник отеля все таки приехал через 15 минут и заселил нас , Мы заплатили при этом 150 злотых за позднее заселение. Улица шумная, всю ночь пели подвыпившие прохожие. Кровати очень твердые. Единственное, что порадовало- чистое постельное белье и банные принадлежности.

Dodatkowo nie działał tv ale to nie był zbyt duży problem

• Vladyslav (6/5): One night stay - Clean place and friendly staff. Good for one night, and nice to have water in the room. We have to change our room because of the smoke. If you don’t like smoke, avoid rooms with a balcony. There are tables right outside where people sit and smoke, so it comes straight into your room. The room was tiny, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and the pillows and blankets were big and bulky, leaving no space. Also, no place to put clothes.
• Arianna (9/5): Krakow Stay - Great location, amazing customer service and nicely decorated room. Our initial room had two separate twin beds but we asked for a double and they did everything they could to accommodate us, made our stay so much better.
• Joanna (8/5): Klimatyczny krakowski Kazimierz - Dobra lokalizacja, klimatyczny hotelik. Dobre miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Krakowa i okolic. Lokalizacja sprawia, że na tarasie czuć zapachy z kuchni restauracji znajdującej się na dole. Natomiast właśnie ta restauracja na patio nadaje takiego włoskiego klimatu hotelowi.

Non abbiamo potuto assaggiare la colazione fornita direttamente dall'hote, ma siamo stati contenti del servizio convenzionato con l'hotel Ta' Am 29. Ottima la posizione. Le ragazze alla reception molto disponibili. I materassi erano decisamente duri (nella camera 1). Dal sistema di ventilazione del bagno entrava spesso un forte odore di cibo dovuto probabilmente alla vicinanza di un ristorante.

• RIvalta (7/5): Great location near the historic center and Jewish Quarter, with beautiful historic charm and lovely rooms. However, som - The location is excellent, close to both the historic center and the Jewish Quarter. The reception staff is very friendly and quick to help with any issues. The overall aesthetic is lovely, including the rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily. The bed is quite noisy and squeaks even with minimal movement. The curtains don’t block out the light—they’re quite sheer—so if you’re sensitive to morning light, sleeping past 8 a.m. can be difficult as the room gets very bright. You’re given two coffee capsules every two days, and the used cups are not always cleaned. Reception is only available until 6 p.m., so it can be difficult to get assistance after that (there is a number provided, but it’s for emergencies only). Lastly, there is no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up two flights of stairs can be a bit challenging.
• Piotr (10/5): Świetny pobyt ! - Lokalizacja , klimat panujący w hotelu , czystość, bardzo miła obsługa- szczególnie młoda Pani w restauracji (w okularach) - rewelacyjne podejście do gości i widoczna na każdym kroku chęć pomocy oraz troska o gościa. Bardzo miła i pomocna Pani w recepcji . Gdybym mógł zasugerować rzeczy do poprawy /zmiany to w pierwszej kolejności podklejenie chodniczka na wejściu (zaliczyłem na nim bolesną przejażdżkę) , dołożenie dodatkowego kompletu mniejszych i lepszej jakości poduszek do spania ( dla nas były zdecydowanie za wysokie ) oraz ostatnia rzecz to wymiana tv lub dekodera - ten w naszym pokoju samoistnie zmieniał poziom głośności gdy pojawiały się reklamy co mocno irytowało gdy chcialem obejrzeć wiadomości w nocy. Warto jeszcze by woda która czeka na gości w hotelu była butelkowana z zabezpieczeniem ( nie mieliśmy pewności czy w szklanej butelce nie ma wody z kranu - oczywiście to żadna insynuacja bo całkiem możliwe iż była tam woda mineralna - niemniej jednak kupiliśmy własną)

Niby klimatyczna kamienica, ale tapeta w niektórych miejscach odchodzi, listwy też odpadają. Pojedyncza lampka nocna w pokoju dwuosobowym, gniazdka z prądem daleko od łóżka. Największy minus - w pokoju economy okno wychodzi na balkon, z którego są wejścia do innych pokoi. Balkon ten wychodzi też na ogródek restauracji - na szczęście dźwięki restauracji przycichają wieczorem.

Szczególnie podobała mi się czystość oraz dbałość o detale – wszystko było starannie przygotowane i zadbane. Dużym atutem była również miła i pomocna obsługa, która tworzyła przyjazną atmosferę. Doceniam także dogodną lokalizację oraz komfortowe warunki pobytu. Z pewnością chętnie wrócę i polecę to miejsce innym.

• Yin-Hsiu (7/5): 設備不完善，其他都不錯 - 櫃檯人員態度良好；飯店有復古的風情，但同時保持環境整潔；位置佳，步行即可至老城區，附近有很多餐廳、超市，晚上很熱鬧；早餐好吃 房間內沒有垃圾桶；最後一個晚上我房間的窗戶壞掉，打開窗戶時差點被砸到，無法完全閉合，導致外頭的聲音不斷傳進來，很難入睡；第一晚冷氣機發出吱吱聲，有傳訊息給飯店，但飯店好像都沒在看訊息，而我外出時間與櫃檯營業時間重疊，也無法當面告知，導致我三晚都開不了冷氣，偏偏最後一晚窗戶又壞掉，也無法開窗通風，真的很慘

Nos dejaron hacer el checking antes de la hora. Veníamos sin dormir por lo que se lo agradecimos mucho. Habíamos reservado la habitación con desayuno y unos días antes nos comentaron que no nos entraba, que había sido un error. No obstante, dado que nos dejaron entrar antes, no tenemos queja alguna.

• klaudia (1/5): - Pokoj oraz hotel bardzo ładny i czyty. Dokonałam rezerwacji przez booking wraz ze sniadaniem. Zostało to potwierdzone przez hotel. Po dotarciu na miejsce okazało się, że jednak otrzymam opcje bez sniadania (po opłaceniu opcji z nim i zatwierdzeniu przez hotel). Hotel po początkowym zatwierdzeniu oszukał klienta w sprawie umowy, którą zatwierdził. bardzo niemiła sytuacja. Nie poleciłabym tego hotelu pomimo, że jest on bardzo ładny, ale oszukują klientów.
• Chloe (7/5): Great location, friendly staff, extremely loud - The location of this property was great, lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The hotel is very clean, and friendly receptionist. We booked the deluxe double room and it was a good size. As we booked the deluxe double room it was located on a balcony, however, everyone in the hotel had access to this balcony and was smoking outside our bedroom window and people were chatting here really loud in the middle of the night. This made us uncomfortable because if we booked the regular rooms this wouldn’t have happened. Our room was only cleaned 1 time during our 4 night stay and the cleaners came very late in the day at 4pm. (I understand we were staying New Years and it was to be requested to be cleaned on the 1st) but still by the 2nd I had to ask reception to be sure it would be cleaned as we needed towels etc.
