We received a warm welcome from Fabrizio, who also gave us recommendations for both restaurants and beaches. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen, espresso machine, air conditioning, two large bedrooms, TV, WIFI to name a few. Before we arrived I was a little nervous about the parking options, but you quickly get to know the area and you can always find a space a few blocks from the apartment (free or paid parking).

• Elena (10/5): Excellent vacation - This is a great place to stay. Nice and friendly atmosphere inside the house. The room had comfortable furniture. Large bed and air conditioning. Everything you need to relax after the sea and exploring the sights of Cagliari. Comfortable shared bathroom. No queues. Everyone had enough time. The kitchen has all the facilities for self-cooking and everything you need for tea and coffee. We are grateful to Fabrizio for the excellent organization of recreation. Especially liked the bike ride to Poetto beach. All major attractions are within walking distance. The guest house is a 15-minute walk from the centre.Everything was great!!!

• Xiaohui (10/5): A very nice stay in B-smart B&B - I stayed in B-smart B&B for one month from 16 May to 14 June 2015. I have enjoyed every minute of my stay at this B&B. The B&B is very clean, spacious, convenient, close to several big supermarkets and city center, and very quiet in the evening. The manager, Fabrizio, has a very high standard in maintaining this property, and pays attention to every detail. He is very kind, friendly and always willing to help. If I go back to Cagliari next time, I will certainly choose B-smart B&B.
• Verified traveler (10/5): A little gem at very modest price - Everything about my experience is positive: the location is strategic, well located for both the city centre and the beach. The accommodation is smart, tidy and has character to it. Many snacks and refreshment are available throughout the day and included in the price. A good variety buffet Breakfast is provided. Even a working printer connected to a working PC is available (this can save your life if you have lost as I did your boarding pass). Fabrizio is friendly, gentle, easy going and flexible.
