• Pernille (4/5): Der var sikkert engang … men ikke mere. - Det her hotel kan umuligt have 4 stjerner. Det er meget slidt - pyntet af en flot port, men indvendigt er der meget slidt. Og vildmarkssafari er - udover at være en fejloversættelse - et jacuzzi der ikke er der længere.

Recepčný veľmi ústretový , podal komplet info o možnostiach hotela aj tipy na okolie. Pekný dvor k hotelu. Možno chýbali dvere z izby do predsiene, lebo ruch z chodby bolo dosť počuť. Najslabším miestom čistota kúpeľne, mne to pripadalo, akoby vôbec neupratali po predchádzajúcixh hosťoch.

• Nathan (1/5): - La chambre était infesté de moustiques à notre arrivée, la fenêtre de la salle de bain avait été restée ouverte sûrement par la femme de chambre La nuit fut horrible, criblée par les piqûres de moustiques ainsi que des draps sales et le bruit sourd du frigo qui résonnait dans la chambre. Une seule prise était à proximité du lit. Il n’y avait pas l’air conditionné nous avons eu extrêmement chaud malgré le ventilateur au plafond également bruyant ! Enfin, le savon de la douche était coupé à l’eau et ne moussait même pas… nous écrivons rarement des commentaires, mais cet hôtel est à fuir… très déçu

• Jürgen (8/5): Sehr nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlicher Rezeption. - Frühstück war vielfältig, von Müsli bis Rührei. alles dabei. Die Lage ist ca. 4 km vom Zentrum entfernt. War aber kein Problem, da ich einen Roller dabei hatte. Dafür gab es keinen Lärm in der nacht und man konnte sehr gut schlafen. Ich bin kein Fan von Teppichboden - aber das ist Geschmackssache.

The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely polite and attentive, and the location was ideal for a quiet getaway.

• Durak (5/5): Średnio - Miła obsługa, bliskość do plaży , cena obiektu , fajne jacuzzi i centrum odnowy biologicznej Reklama hotelu wprowadza w blad. Po przyjeździe do hotelu okazało się że plaza , która hotel się tak chwali jest 200 m dalej i jest dodatkowo płatna. Jedzenie w szczególności śniadanie niedobre- jajecznica sucha , zimna . Obiady w miarę smaczne i duzy wybór, jednak podgrzewacze są wyłączane I wiele rzeczy jest zimnych. Nie podobało nam się że należy dokupić sobie do obiadu napoje. Ponadto Brak komunikacji personelu. A mianowicie pan który nas meldował powiedział że jacuzzi mamy w cenie raz na pobyt , po czy na drugi dzień drugi pan w recepcji prostował informację że jacuzzi mamy bez limitu. Ponadto kiedy zarezerwowaliśmy jacuzzi na 22 okazało się że ktoś tam jeszcze jest ( goście nie przestrzegają godzin przebywania w strefie spa).

• Martin (5/5): Neodpovídající poměr ceny/kvality - Prostorný pokoj, pohodlné postele, pokoj byl plně vybaven. Pokoj nebyl dobře uklizen, nebyl utřený prach, vyluxováno a v koupelně byla vyloženě zašlá špína. Stejně tak celý hotel působí zašlým dojmem. Za saunu se musí připlácet, což v poměru hvězdiček a ceny není úplně pozitivní. V noci je hotel zamčený a není možné se dostat dovnitř vlastním klíčem/čipem (je třeba telefonovat na jedno ze tří čísel, na zvonek nikdo nereaguje). Snídaně byly poměrně slabé, především pečivo, nebo džus vůbec znovu neodpovídali ceně a prezentaci hotelu. (P.S. Luxusní hotel nedělá nabídka Dom Pérignon, nebo Ludvíka XIII., když se k snídani podává krájený nejlevnější chléb, krájená chlebíčková tuková bageta.)

• Marcela Andiľ Nádaská (7/5): Priemerné - Hotel už má najlepšie roky za sebou, vzkriesiť ho asi bude drina. Potenciál však má, bola by škoda to nechať tak. Recepčný veľmi milý a príjemný, oceňujeme. Zariadenie v spoločenskej miestnosti krásne, kožené chesterfieldy božské, jedáleň tiež pekná, ale chcelo by to novú šťavu. Izby by potrebovali rekonštrukciu, sú zariadené asi 20 rokov dozadu. Kúpeľňa by potrebovala urýchlene nový šat. V 4* hoteli by som očakávala na izbe rýchlovarnú konvicu, poháre na víno, vrecúško čaju a kávy. Posilňovňa stará asi 30 rokov.

• Sepp (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen okay. - Personal super nett und zuvorkommend. Buffet am Morgen und Abendessen. Schönes Ambiente, Möbel, Gemälde usw. Sehr schöne Terrasse. Hotel teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, z.b.Balkon, Überdachung, Duschkopf. Musik im Speisesaal zu laut, vermischte sich mit der Musik aus der Lounge, was sehr nervig war.

• Mark (1/5): Schrecklich... - Dieses Hotel ist auf keinen Fall „Grand“ oder „Residence“ – es verdient nicht einmal einen Stern. Dabei hat das Hotel tatsächlich ein sehr schönes Foyer, und das Hotelrestaurant ist ebenfalls sehr ansprechend dekoriert – fast wie in einem Adelshaus. Umso erschreckender ist der Eindruck von den Zimmern und der gesamten Infrastruktur. Wir haben drei Business-Doppelzimmer gebucht. Die Zimmer waren dunkel, dreckig und überall war Staub, Haare und Insektenkot. In den Kleiderschränken waren Spinnweben, Staub und ebefalls Insektenkot. Die Betten sind billig und zu niedrig, mit Matratzen, die gelbe Flecken haben. Der Teppichboden ist schmutzig und schlecht verlegt. In den Zimmern stehen wackelige, fast kaputte Zeitungstischchen, die völlig nutzlos sind. Es gibt keine Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes. Das Bad entspricht maximal einem Ein-Sterne-Niveau: hässlich, unbequem und nicht sauber, überall Staub und Haare. Teilweise gab es Löcher in den Handtüchern. Das Regal für die Handtücher befindet sich zwei Meter hoch über der Toilette. Der Wasserhahn ist ebenfalls viel zu hoch montiert – etwa 50 cm über dem Waschbecken – sodass das Wasser beim Waschen spritzt und die Kleidung nass wird. Außerdem kann man sich über dem Waschbecken nicht richtig beugen, weil der Wasserhahn zu hoch direkt vor dem Gesicht installiert ist. Es gibt eine fest installierte Tissue-Box (seltsamerweise ebenfalls an der Wand über der Toilette montiert), aber sie war leer. Der Föhn – ein fest installierter Kasten mit einem Schlauch – ist aus vergilbtem Plastik, wie aus den 70er Jahren. In der Duschkabine war es ebenfalls dreckig, insbesondere auf der sich in der Duschkabine befindenden Fensterbank, die vermutlich seit Jahren nicht gereinigt wurde. Schimmel an den Duscharmaturen. Die Holzbalkone in einigen Zimmern sind kaputt und gefährlich, einige Fassadenbalken ebenfalls kaputt. Beim Frühstück fanden sich einige extrem schmutzige, ungewaschene Tassen auf den Tabletts mit dem sauberen Geschirr.

• Julo_NZ (9/5): Celkový dojem vynikajúci, určite prídeme znovu - Veľmi milý a ústretový personál ako na recepcii (Barborka), tak aj v jedálni (Ivetka) a skvelý PÁN kuchár, raňajky s výberom pre každého, 3- chodová večera s osobným dohľadom skvelého kuchára, ktorý neváhal upraviť menu podľa individuálnej požiadavky..., chutné "domáce" pečivo, s termínom na wellness a masáže nebol žiadny problém, vždy je čo vylepšovať, v rámci ubytovania by kúpeľňa privítala menšiu rekonštrukciu, čo ale na funkčnosť nemá žiadny vplyv, rovnako aj balkóny čaká rekonštrukcia, čo ale vzhľadom na termín pobytu v januári nevadilo, pre možné vylepšenie inak skvelej kuchyne by pri určitých druhoch nevadila trochu vyššia teplota podávaných jedál

• Dagmar (10/5): - Po dlhej dobe sme boli nadmieru spokojní s ubytovaním, službami, komunikáciou a v neposlednom rade s reštauráciou. Veľmi pozitívne hodnotím aj to, že hotel je iba pre dospelých a služby wellness využívate v súkromí. Určite odporúčam využiť služby pani masérky, sme radi, že sme sa nechali "ukecať" na viac procedúr. Čistota ubytovania a najmä reštauračnej časti na vysokej úrovni, konečne po dlhej dobe sme boli v ubytovaní s čistými obrusmi na stoloch (aj počas raňajok). Počas pobytu sme mali polpenziu, vynikajúce raňajky formou švédskych stolov ponúkali dostatočný výber jedál ( vo vyššej kvalite surovín/výrobkov) a taktiež veľmi kratívne zvolené jedlá na večeru, je vidieť, že pán kuchár má medzinárodné skúsenosti. Svoje auto môžete parkovať vo dvore, ktorý sa na noc zamyká, takže sa nemusíte obávať využiť taxík do mesta a nechať auto v ubytovaní. Pesonál vynikajúci a príjemný počas celého nášho pobytu. Určite služby využijeme opakovane, pomer cena vs. služby v priaznivom pomere.
• Katharina (8/5): - Es ist ein sehr schönes im Biedermeier Stil eingerichtetes Hotel mit absolut freundlichen Personal. Leider wurde mir versehentlich der doppelte Betrag für die Unterkunft in Rechnung gestellt und ich habe bis heute keine anteilige Rückerstattung bekommen. Das macht den Aufenthalt zwar nicht weniger erfreulich, trübt jedoch die Erinnerung ein wenig.
