The hotel is a bit ar from the center but the bus stop is a 3 minute walk away and the one of tram, at 4 minutes. The terrace and bistro are nice. However, the breakfast buffet is really too expensive at 20 euros

Parkgarage fussläufig drei Minuten entfernt gegen Aufpreis. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbüffet für 20€ Aufpreis pro Person. Leider nur wenige Steckdosen, keine USB Anschlüsse und im abgeteilten WC keine Lüftung, keine Einzeldecken im Queensbett und nur zwei Kissen. Preis/Leistung noch ok.

The location is perfect – tucked away in a quiet spot north of München yet only a short walk to the tram, which made getting around so easily. I really appreciated the hotel’s clever scheme where you can swap a room cleaning for free drinks – a thoughtful and eco-friendly touch. Everything was comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and we felt very welcome from start to finish. Highly recommended to families.

- Conrad (10/5): - I had a pleasant stay at Star G Hotel in Munich. The overall service was good — from the warm welcome at check-in to a smooth check-out process. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered good value for money. The hotel also provided useful business services, including access to a computer and printing facilities. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. However, the experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. The night shift staff's service was below expectations, and the food and drinks did not quite match the value paid. Despite this, the stay was enjoyable overall.

Staff was not particularly friendly but did their job nonetheless. We had to insist about getting the free drink that Expedia offered to us for being gold members. Check out time at noon was great and rare to see anymore.

Not only were the staff unfriendly, they almost sent me to the other building incorrectly and when I filled out the check in form, it showed a remaining balance even though I'd paid in full via Expedia. When I told the receptionist, she responded with a rude attitude until her coworker corrected her and told me to ignore the balance. The hotel itself is also in poor condition, with one of the elevator doors barely functioning. The room was poorly designed sparse, and had none of the basic amenities. Body wash was used in place of everything including hand soap, there was a single power outlet next to the bed and the shower head was not good. I was glad to only be staying one night and will never go there again.

The hotel doesnt have a deli or shop as listed on Hotels.com. Negatives: despite paying for breakfast for 1 person x 1 day per room (x2) i was asked to leave the dining room as i hadnt paid. This was humilating, and the fault of the staff that checked me us in the night before failing to update the system the same time. Also had issue after the NFL match the bar/restaurant had limited food available so i was left without an evening meal. The staff were both noncholant and unhelpful yet again. FAO hotal management: Please train staff to check guests in correctly, and and ensure the bar holds enough food for guests wishing to eat at the hotel in the evening.

It should be offered for free considering the level of the hotel - if you wish to charge extra, my suggestion do it at a more normal price - we are not staying at a high level hotel it feels more like a travel lodge hotel.

The staff at the reception during check in was inconsiderate, totally focused on their internal mess instead of expediting the check in for their guests. This was easily one of the worst checkins I had in my life and I travel a lot. Also, staff seems to be lacking so in the afternoon it’s pretty hard to find anyone at the reception. On top of that, what I didn’t like was a stench that was showing up from time to time in the bathroom.

No air condition or probably not working at the time I was there. I have to open the window to get some cool air. The parking lot is a long walk and you have to go out of your car to tap your card so you can open the gate. very inconvenient getting out of the car to activate the parking garage door specially at night time. The hotel is clean though rooms are too small. Front desk people are ok. the Bar is ok as well. Overall, with the price I paid, I will prefer to go to another hotel. If the price is lowered, then I'll probably go to this one again.

The only issue we had was a naked drunk man wondering up and down the corridor that reception said they couldn’t do anything about as they didn’t have the staff. Nothing much to do in this area but the tram line is only a five minute walk away.

This was never explained to me when I did the reservation... we we’re definitely misled by the hotel
- Saleh (8/5): Family summer vacation - Nice hotel, friendly staff, great location, good WiFi, reasonable prices, clean and quiet. I would recommend to stay in this hotel. However, bare in mind that car parking is chargeable (10 euro/day).

The description also mentions toiletries but these are also only available for purchase. The mattress is externally hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was great!

Check in could have been better but it was too slow and when another attendant became available he told me to wait for the 1st attendant who started helping me even though she just answered a question and never got started on helping me. Again this wasn’t a big deal but it could have been better. Breakfast was $16 per person and no child prices which is pretty steep. All in all an okay stay for one night,

All in all a very nice hotel, even though it might be bit pricy for what it is (and then they charge extra for parking).

- Syed (6/5): Average - Place is away from everything and during the night drag racing by local hoologans in the area. Room had two paper cups for coffee and two coffee capsules. Asked the reception for extra capsules and they charged me. Reception staff pleasant.

It seems like the rug that was used to wipe the floor is the same rug to wipe the shower head. For the amount we paid this is a complete rip off!

Courteous and helpful staff with one exception: the first night of our stay, the desk clerk made a restaurant recommendation which we innocently checked out. We wound up having the only truly awful meal of our stay in Munich. We suspect, for various reasons, the clerk and the people from the restaurant may be related or at least part of the same ethnic or cultural community. In any case, skip the Asado Steak House at Leopoldstrasse and Giselastrasse.
- Carlos (10/5): Really modern hotel - Nice staff, quiet location, great beds, good internet... what else can you ask for? I will recommend this hotel.
- ABD (2/5): No air conditioner - Room is warmer than outside temp. Air conditioner is worse than a fan. I couldn't sleep good. Tv is very small. Couldn't really see good. Elevator smells. Lobby smells. I wanted to have a coffee once at 10:30am and no one was there to serve me. I wait for about 15 min. No show. In general I don't recommend this hotel.
