- Danny (10/5): Diamond in the rough - What a wee hidden diamond right next to the bus station.the staff so warm and friendly.the accomodation was spotless a10 out of 10 for the cleaning staff. The facilities are excellent. Bearing in mind the age of the complex great place to stay Some external areas look tired could do with freshining up but all in all great value for what you pay.will defo return.

Plenty of Sunbeds and a safety barrier around the pool at night Reception staff were quite off hand and borderline rude. I requested a walkin shower and a room near the gate as I have Parkinsons. When I arrived I was near the pool but the shower was over the bath and I had to climb In and ou to shower which was not ideal. I didn't tell them I was disappointed because I felt that during check in the receptionist made a comment about me emailing the hotel about my need for clarification on some things and my request. i felt so embarrassed there were no daytime activities

Niente da dire abbiamo chiesto di fare giorni in più ma purtroppo era pieno La lavatrice era piena d’acqua ma hanno risolto subito il giorno dopo . - Sanja (10/5): Great family stay - Great app for familiy of 4. Good location, 3 min to supermaket, 5 min to the beach and all beach/bars. Proximity. Heated pools in beginning of April is realy highly appreciated. Kids enjoyed it so much. And the bar. Great combo.
- Susan (9/5): My new favourite in Playa Blanca. - Everything. Beautiful chalet and exceptionally clean with lovely furnishings. Pool was a lovely temperature and every member of staff was freally friendly and helpful. Very family orientated resort. Loved every minute of it. Excellently situated, close to bars, restaurants and super market. Absolutely nothing.

- Lippett (7/5): We had a nice stay but wouldn't return to that particular villa. - The pool was lovely - heated and very clean. The location in Playa Blanca is great. All staff - reception, maintenance, bar, housekeeping all very friendly and helpful. Our villa was right by the road and opposite the bus station and therefore noisy and affected by light pollution. Inside the villa was adequate - kitchen utensils rather lacking. The lighting was AWFUL - bright LED bulbs and not enough accent lighting to read by in the main living area. The pillows in the bedrooms were DREADFUL.

- colleen (10/5): Fantastic apartments - Everything was great. Fantastic complex, with a super pool and plenty of sunbeds. Nice bar/restaurant area with lovely food. Lovely apartments with small garden /patio area. Modern, clean and spacious. Only a short walk to nearest shops and not much further to thd main shopping area and beach. Probably not usually a problem. But we found that because of the unusually strong winds the canary islands were /are experiencing the wooden windows rattled very loudly . It would have been nice to have a self catering starter pack for arrival. Eg. Tea/coffee & milk. Also basics in larder, like Salt, pepper & foil.

- Jessica (6/5): Great location. Unfortunately multiple significant infrastructure issues negatively affecting our stay - Lovely staff. Good location. The swimming pool was not heated. We even double checked a week before we travelled and they confirmed it was heated but it wasn’t. Some of the guests told us the heating mechanism was broken. So we couldn’t use the pool and that was the main reason we booked here. Also the power in our flat kept tripping. Sometimes multiple times a day/night, sometimes we could turn it back on at the circuit breaker but other times that wouldn’t work and the power stayed off for periods of time. Not great when you have a baby and rely on things like night lights and microwaves for baby related stuff. Again staff were lovely but couldn’t actually do anything to solve the problem.

- Ray (10/5): Excellent stay but weather was poor. - Cleaning and new towels and bed linen was excellent. Heated pool is great and bar and restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly. Food and drink is good value. Location couldn't be better. Weather was the worst for 20 years so they tell me. Journey from the airport in the taxi booked by booking.com was dreadful, driver was a maniac and kept overtaking and exceeded the speed limit often. Return journey with Mistertransfer was excellent. Cost of taxis is very expensive.

- Helen (9/5): We really enjoyed our stay (3rd stay) & will definitely be back. - Las Brisas is in a great location, short walk to a supermarket & the bars/restaurants on the promenade. The pool are is great, with lots of space for sun beds, so not too close to other sunbathers. The on site restaurant/bar is great, having different entertainment on most nights, ie quiz night, steak night, singers on. Issues with the electrics one day, which was sorted same day. Also, that you are not allowed to eat or drink at your sun bed. You have to go back to your villa or the bar. Everything else was absolutely fine.

They are more dangerous when they are so blunt. It would be good if they supplied dishwasher tablets and washing machine powder/liquid for shorter stay guests.
- Emily (9/5): Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Personal. - Das Personal war super. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen. Besonders toll fanden wir den late check out und dass man einen Grill ausleihen kann. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren nicht so bequem. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auf Engländer abgestimmt und war nicht so unsers.

- Karl (10/5): Excellent place, close to everything - The apartment suited our needs perfectly. Very clean, good layout, everything you need. There is a supermarket across the road, and a fantastic promenade just a couple of hundred meters away. There are many restaurants, shops and bars on the promenade and streets nearby. The pool at the complex is never overcrowded with a a life guard in attendance. The bus terminal is next door and the 162D goes directly to the airport in 40 minutes at €6.60 for two people. No issues

Whilst the bathroom is clearly recently refitted and modern, the rest of the apartment is a bit dated; it's good central accomodation, but pretty average; nothing special. The big pool looks lovely, although we didn't use it (in February). Small car park by reception, we usually parked on the side road near the property's side gates at the opposite side from reception, although sometimes difficult to find a spot

The reception staff were amazing and all other members of staff such as maintenance men, cleaners etc were polite and warm. Nothing - it was perfect.

The kitchens in the villas aren't very well equipped, and some of the utensils are quite worn. No basics either, such as salt, pepper etc.

- Sara (10/5): Maravilloso - Solo lo cojimos en plan alojamiento porque quisimos visitar la isla, pero me pareció excelente el sitio, pero sobretodo el trato fue excepcional desde el primer día, asta el último q estuvimos, todos muy amables, lo mejor de todo que disponen de barbacoa, solicitándola en recepción, esa fue la sorpresa inesperada

- martin (8/5): Very nice and would return again - Very nice 2 bed villa/apartment. Very comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff . Was able to allow an early check-in and stored bags after we checked out . Didn't use the restaurant but had entertainment each night. Lovely pool but a bit cold as weather wasn't that warm for us. Rooms by the road were quite noisy and sometimes the showers were not very hot. Depends on the time of day maybe
- Sinead (7/5): Great place if the pools were warm. - Close to big supermarket, bus station and walking distance to restaurants and beaches. Tennis courts and equipment onsite. Apt. Was spacious, bed v.comfortable, dishwasher and washing machine. Smart tv to stream Netflix ect. It felt v.safe as the gates were locked and fence all around the resort. Great shower room and clean towels and luggage storage for use if leaving later than checkout. The pools were v. cold for the 1st few days and only the smaller children's pool was heated for the rest of the days here. We choose to stay here because it advertised the pools were warm but on arrival there was a sign saying there was a problem. This should have been shared with us before arriving. On two occasions towels and sheets were dropped to our atp but the cleaners never called, when I said this to reception they had said the cleaners should have called to deal with the extra sheets and towels. When it rains water gathers and stays a long while on the tennis courts, making them unplayable.

Solitamente in queste villette c'è un portoncino esterno da poter chiudere la sera.
