• Pilar (10/5): por lo que respecta al hotel perfecto, pero por el aislamiento solo pudimos esquiar 1 dia de 3 - El desayuno y cena muy bien, la habitación muy amplia ,confortable y limpia, el personal muy amable. La ubicación del hotel permite tener unas vistas impresionantes, pero al estar aislado de la población ( pas de la casa), si se tiene la mala suerte que tuvimos nosotros de mal tiempo y abundantes nevadas, nos dejaron aislados durante 2 dias
• Ainhoa (9/5): Totalmente recomendable - Excelente experiencia alojándonos aquí, el trato del personal increíble todos súper amables, las instalaciones muy nuevas y modernas, está muy bien preparado para todo aquel que vaya hacer Ski o Snow, con sus propias taquillas y acceso directo a una pista azul que te lleva a Pas de la casa, el desayuno con mucha variedad y todo muy rico, merece mucho la pena. Repetiremos sin ninguna duda. La ubicación a la vez de que es espectacular por las vistas que tiene el único inconveniente sería que está aislado estando lejos para ir andando a cualquier sitio para cenar, comprar… pero en coche a 5 min, en nuestro caso nos pilló temporal y uno de los días nos tuvimos que quedar en el hotel encerrados, pero a la vez está ubicación le da su encanto. Y lo único así que decir a diferencia del desayuno que merece mucho la pena, la cena del buffet muy escasa de variedad para el precio que tiene.

• Anne (10/5): Tout est fluide et bien pensé pour que le client profite de ses vacances. Du bon travail, bravo ! - Ma fille et moi-même avons été ravies de notre séjour au Pic Maià. Les installations sont correctes, mais ce que nous avons apprécié particulièrement, c'est la qualité du service. Les membres du staff sont éduqués, disponibles, efficaces, on se sent bien soigné. Une mention particulière pour Alejo et Franco, adorables. La nourriture est très correcte, avec options végétariennes soignées (mâche, rúcula, avocats délicieux chaque jour, légumes rôtis...) et le personnel du restaurant est très aimable. En plus, on peut louer son matériel de ski sur place, ce qui est très comfortable d'autant que l'hôtel étant situé sur les pistes, on peut sortir skier et rentrer en fin de journée, sans même passer par la station. Dans l'hôtel règne une ambiance bon enfant, idéale pour se détendre. Baignoire dans la chambre et eau chaude en quantité.. très franchement, je recommande !

Nous n’avons pas aime le diner 4 repas e souvent la meme chose! Le personnelle du resto tres desagreable pas un sourrire rien! La tv na pas fonctionne de tout le sejour! Et quelqun est rentre dans notre chambre a 2h20 du matin! Alor que la porte etait fermé a clés! Comment ce possible que la porte de notre chambre ouvre avec une autres carte? Tres inquiete je n'ai pas ferme l'oeil de la nuit! Inacepetable!!! Parking exeterieur on aurais aimer rentre notre voiture mais pas assez de places pour tout le monde!

Buffe fyller magen men knappast kulinariskt, som bensinstations mat. 2 kaffemaskiner för hundratals besökare: Väldigt stökigt och högljudt. Inga andra resturanger, barer utan transport, väldigt avskilt. TV på rummet fungerade inte men ointressant för hotellet

Bekvämt att kunna hyra utrustning och köpa liftkort på hotellet. Om man bokar de billigare alternativen utan bergsutsikt är rummen väldigt slitna. Helt klart prisvärt, men man ska vara medveten om det när man bokar, så man inte blir besviken.

There was a snow storm and the staff helped us shovel the snow to be able to move the car. The location is so convenient you can ski in and out of the slopes! Recommend including the buffet service because the food is great, lots of variety and tasty (the avocados are insane). Loved the stay, will come back soon.

En nuestra habitación, la almohada tenía un olor desagradable, lo que resultó incómodo y poco higiénico. En cuanto a la comida, la calidad fue baja y no cumplió con las expectativas para un hotel de estas características. En general, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria y hay varios aspectos importantes que deberían mejorarse.

Desayuno sin ningún tipo de variedad y de mala calidad, para llenar el estómago, te vas al súper de al lado y es lo mismo o mejor. (No nos dejaron calentar la leche sin lactosa del café porque no quisieron, diciendo que era lo que había y sacaramos un café normal de la máquina. Cena buffet, muy escasa y personal del restaurante muy borde. Aviso 1,70€ una botella de agua del grifo para la cena buffet.

I could hear every single breath of the people in the room next door. They were smoking as well and that would stink out our whole room. I can’t understate how thin the walls are in this hotel. There was no extractor fan in the bathroom!? There were only 2 plug sockets in the entire room, one behind the door as you walk into the room, and one on the wall for the tv. Both miles away from the bed. Tiny windows with no view. It’s not ski-in ski-out, you have to cross a road to get to the hotel. You cannot stay at this hotel unless you have a car. You will not be able to get from the hotel to the town without being scammed by the taxis, there is 1 shuttle bus at 9am to the town, and 1 back at 5pm… That’s it! Good luck trying to get a taxi at night as well.

Superó mis espectativas pues había leido comentarios negativos en las reseñas. El estacionamiento delante del hotel muy práctico pero tendrían que retirar mas y mejor la nieve acumulada para facilitar el acceso. Me tocó habitación sin reformar y no te avisan de esto. Es espaciosa y en general está bien. Defectos: no tiene luces ni enchufes en las mesitas de noche. Baño: faltan colgadores de toallas y estanterías para el neceser.

• Francisco (10/5): Que gran trato y que lugar tan bonito y acogedor - El trato del personal desde el primer momento en la recepción. Gente joven con energía y con ganas de hacer bien su trabajo. Te hacen sentir en casa. La ubicación arriba de la montaña con actividades junto al hotel y los picos a nuestra altura alrededor Hay que coger el coche para ir al pueblo o cualquier sitio pero estas a 2 minutos de Pas y bueno... También te puedes tirar por las pistas q están en frente si tienes tabla o esquís

• Karine (9/5): - La gentillesse de tout le personnel Le très bon rapport qualité prix Le confort de la literie La demi pension qualitative L'accès direct aux pistes Attention, si vous n'êtes pas skieur, l'hôtel est à 5km du pas de la case et il n'y a rien à faire autour La navette pour y descendre est gratuite à 9h et pour le retour à 17h L insonorisation n'est pas parfaite mais quand nous avons séjourné les clients étaient calmés 😃 Nous avons rencontré un souci avec le chauffage de notre chambre : dès que nous l'avons signalé, on nous a changé de chambre avec surclassement au passage ! Un grand merci à la direction qui a su trouver une solution 👌🙏
