• ASHICA (8/5): - Superb location, within walking distance to Tugu, Pasar Kranggan, & culinnary center. Bed & pillows are comfy. Bed sheet kinda need refreshment. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved.

Satisfied breakfast, and important is service friendly. Minus : tv channels are not clear. Slow shower supply... Maybe need check!
• Citra (7/5): Good - Location is number one, since its in the middle area (walking distance only to reach Tugu Yogyakarta). Second, the price, its such a good deal to get decent room (we always consider about the room size whenever book a hotel) with breakfast, android tv, and self controlled AC (so, we easyly control the room temp). Third, the staff are so friendly and help us whenever we need. - They only gave us one each pillow so, you only get 2 pillow for 1 room - The shower head cleanliness need to be improved (so, the water can go through properly) - The staff who checked in us gave 1 wrong room access (we book 2 room). Because the 2nd room is for our other family member who will arrived late night the room was empty at noon we checked. When we checked to that room again around night time we found out another guest was there. We confirmed to front desk lady who has night shift and she apologized on behalf her other team who gave the wrong room and gave us the right one.

• Ebed (7/5): Convenient location and good price - Location is convenient, room was reasonably comfortable, free wi-fi, breakfast food was yummy, air-con was nice and cold (adjustable). Friendly staff. I stayed in room 720. No fridge in the room, bedsheets got stains on them. People can access all floors, as the lifts and floors are open to everyone.

• andayaniw (6/5): Good location but need to improve for the room environment. - I have stayed here for 3 nites. The hotel locations quite good as it's not too far from Tugu train station. But, I don't know why, you're using a torn bathroom mat at the guest room, the towels not clean. And also the ceiling is mossy. the mattress is too soft. I hope the hotel management will make some improvements for the room environment. Please don't use a not proper mat / towels for the guest.

• Glody (8/5): Awesome.. Nice budget hotel - Lokasi strategis, dekat Tugu. Mudah mencari makan atau wisata kuliner. Kamar bersih dan nyaman. Kamar mandi bersih. Channel TV tidak terlalu komplit. Dekat lift terdapat dispenser, jadi bisa bolak balik isi ulang air minum. Lot parkir juga termasuk banyak dan terlindung dari panas dan hujan.

Going to stay here again on my next trip to Yogyakarta with group (-) . On our stayed, queen size bed were limited. So, only couple have it If there is breakfast would be plus.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - during my stay, there are a group of tourist and it caused a lot of noises for the last few days. Very early in the morning and very late at night. I told the staffs a few times however, they claimed that they couldn’t do much as it’s a whole group of them.
• jefachreza (8/5): A bit itchy, easy to check in, smell can not go out - I make a reservation for this hotel for 2 night, but in the first day i came to check in, i already arrive in 06.00 am and ask for early check in that i already give notes in my booking when i reserve this room, and they said i have only to pay an extra charge for early check in Rp 115.000, no hassle, no debate, i directly pay to the reception desk and i get the misc charge bill, the room is average, like 15m2, not so bad, i ask for the smoking room and they gave it, but the linen is not quite white, there was a several stain but its okay, in the next day i ask for the change of linen and bed cover sheet because we feel a bit itchy, after the linen and bed coversheet has change, it feel much better, the air conditioning is also good, one thing that i feel annoying is there is no ventilation for smoking room, no exhaust fan in a bathroom, so it will be full of smoke when you smoking, i have to open the door widely to let the smoke and smell out, so i suggest to the hotel management for installing the exhaust fan or at least the window changed into the one that can be oppened. But overal is good.

• clandale (8/5): Comfortable place to stay - That was our first night in Indonesia. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with free WiFi and a great breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good and convenient and the rooms are reasonably priced. Food served in the room was not up to much, neither the quality nor the quantity.
• Ulygaol (6/5): Good but I lost my cell phone here - Good hotel, near from Malioboro and Tugu which is Icon of Jogjakarta...nice view, small room but cozy ambiance... Exteriors of hotels must be painted again... After check out and back to Jakarta i realize that my cell phone is left on the head of the bed. I called Citra Dream 2 times and asked them to find out maybe fell on the head of the bed but reception said that the room boy didn't found my cell phone. Last week I went to phone provider to change my card and I inadvertently asked to find out my phone position with happy costumer service helped me and guess .... Citra Dream where is the last position of my phone in the phone provider data. Very unfortunate indeed ... And once again very unfortunate that the evidence can not be taken by photograph because there is a policy in the provider that they can only show us, the evidence cant taken by photograph or print unless the police asked.

It obviously isn't a five star resort but it is comfortable and clean. The beds are nice and comfy, the rooms very clean, and the staff very friendly.
• cahyodhika09 (10/5): Nice Hotel in the centre of Yogya - A strategic hotel when you travel to Yogya city, the hotel's location is near Tugu Yogya (monument of Yogya), Malioboro street, Monumen Yogya Kembali, and a lot of culinary place. The hotel facility is good and interesting
• donid28 (8/5): great hotel near Tugu Jogja - I came to this hotel with no expectation and don't read the review about this hotel. surprisingly, this hotel had a great room, the AC is great, bedroom is great and the bathroom is great. the breakfast is surprisingly again is superb... I think, I fit with the menu, all of them are great menu :D :D If someday I have business visit in Yogyakarta, maybe I will choose this hotel

• Krisna_eM (8/5): Nice Hotel Near Jogjakarta Monument (Tugu Jogja) - This is second time i stay at Citradream hotel chain. Previously I ever stay at Citradream Cirebon. Compare with Citradream Cirebon, I think the cleanliness of the room and bed linen in Citradream Jogja need to be improved. In my room i found stains and rips in the bed linen. But beside that, it is a nice hotel and have a good location in the central of Jogja, the staff is friendly, and the food is also ok. This hotel location is very near to Jogjakarta Monument (Tugu Jogja), and the famous Malioboro street can be reached by walking or using pedicab. And you can also found some restaurant nearby the hotel.
• RR1231 (8/5): Very Good Stay - Stay on 12th for 4 days,I choose this hotel is because my previous good stay citradream in bandung . as for Citragream in Yogyakarta also good , Design and decor almost the same with others chain , only different is the wash basin is bigger , so you can put your toiletries , aircon is super good , WIFI is great also , Bed is on the soft side , not every guest will like it , For me im happy with it . Only things they don't have kettle to rent , so if you need hot water , you need to walk out to the lift area to get from dispenser . The management should look into the cleanliness inside toilet wall door frame and room area. A preventive maintenance will be great for a long run . For sure , Citradream will be my 1st choice when ever im back to indonesia
• 124nadiahh (2/5): Go only if you want a backache - Super low quality mattresses are used by this hotel, you will actually disappear into the bed once u lie on its, it's that bad. my parents had bad body aches thanks to the bad quality mattresses they use.
• fiyash (8/5): OKE Hotel Budget - Budget hotel near to Tugu with maximum services. Saya paling terkesan dengan room service, resepsionis, dan sarapannya... Room service 24/7.. Resepsionis 24/7 and very friendly.. Breakfast ready very early, set at 5.30 AM I will recommend Citradream for some Jogjakarta short escape or holiday to my colleagues.

• ptrcntss (6/5): Meh - The hotel has a very 'sad' vibe to it - as in there's no vibrance to it at all. The only good thing I could really point out would be that the bed feels really comfortable to lay down on, in my opinion. And that the water heater on the bathroom works really well.
• kittycat33 (6/5): Budget hotel - First timer stay at Citradream Jogja Hotel, and stay for 2 days I expect too much because I have really wonderful stay at Citradream Bandung Hotel, but, stay here, its different mixed feeling. Well, the rate is really cheap, the room compact and when I booked non smoking room, they give me, the smoking room, so, I am really upset from the first time we checking in The water pressure is very slow, I almost desperate to get in shower waiting for the water flow but, in the end, I just don't care anymore, Our room is in the 2nd floor and the water pressure really disappointed. The location is good, near Tugu and Malioboro street and there are so many local vendor selling food around this street, so, you will have plenty to choose to eat
• fadhilahaa (8/5): Great low budget hotel - Stayed here for four days without breakfast. The bed room was huge for a budget hotel for sure,the bed looks very comfy and cozy. The bathroom was okay, but the sound of the other bathroom's can be heard very clearly in here. The staffs were friendly and kind to help, I needed laundry that can be done in one day and they helped me with the direction to go there. I'd love to go here again since this hotel is very strategic location and near to any destination places in Yogyakarta.
• Verified traveler (10/5): 観光地のマリオボロから徒歩15分くらい - 観光地のマリオボロ通りから線路を越えて、徒歩で15分程度の所に位置します。ホテルのスタッフは英語堪能で、対応もよかったです。ロビーも部屋も宿泊金額よりもよい清潔さでした。お湯もやや少ないですが、十分なシャワーが出ました。部屋のWifiも快適でyoutubeが問題なく見れました。ホテルのレストランはやや割高ですが、おいしかったです。
• SWESTY NOVRICA (6/5): Good but not much - citradream Jogja hotel was convenient as standard in other areas. Service very good and friendly. But breakfast is not like hotel citradream semarang, even citradream cirebon have a better taste. Recommended to choose a room without breakfast. Also the location was good, not far from Malioboro, Tugu railway station, and Monjali.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - オープンして間もないホテルだったようですが、ポートベロの繁華街には少し歩きますがトゥグ塔には徒歩で5分程度の立地でした。ホテルの部屋はシンプルですが非常にきれいでエアコンの効きもよく、歯ブラシ・スリッパ程度のちょっとしたアメニティも備え付けられてます。女子一人旅でしたが料金の割に快適に過ごせました。
