• Naomie (10/5): Incroyable service, merci beaucoup! - Les hôtes étaient super gentilles et attentionnées. Une d'elles est allée à la pharmacie lorsque nous étions malade et l'autre nous a fait de la soupe en soirée. La chambre et les aires communes étaient très propres, la cour arrière est un plus!

• Frank (8/5): - Dieses kleine Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen,Angela hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und wir haben uns sehr wohl hier gefühlt!Sehr kleines und feines Frühstück in einem schönen kleinen Saal! Arta ist ein sehr ursprüngliches,schönes Dorf mit einem ganz authentischen Marktplatz!

• Haslinger (7/5): - Super schöner Innenhof und Lage bestens in Artá. Auch Busstation schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider war das Bett meines Erachtens sehr unbequem und alles sehr hellhörig.

• Irmi (8/5): Herrliches familienführtes Hotel für Individualisten, die das besondere suchen und direkt Erholung finden möchten. - Warmherzig geführtes kleines Hotel, das in der 3. Generation durch die selbe Familie geführt wird. Liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück mit Produkten aus den umliegenden Märkten sowie Marmelade aus dem eigenen Garten. Alle Gäste sitzen an einem großen Tisch zusammen. Wunderschön gelegen abseits des Massentourismus. Man fühlt sich sofort zuhause. Gesprochen wird hauptsächlich spanisch und mallorquín. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind etwas unbequem und der Platz zumindest zu dritt durch das Beistellbett begrenzt. Relativ hellhörig. Ansonsten wirklich traumhaft in malerischer Kulisse gelegen.
• Adélie (10/5): Incroyable - tout était vraiment super dans cet établissement : la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain tout était parfait ! Personnel a su rendre le lieu encore plus agréable qu’il ne l’était déjà. Un gros + pour l’extérieur de l’hôtel avec sa magnifique piscine ainsi que les belles couleurs du jardin contrastant avec le blanc de la maison. le déjeuner est vraiment top nous recommandons : fruits frais, céréales en tout genres, confitures maison, œufs.. tout ce qu’il faut ! Pas de parking, cependant il est facile de se garer dans les extérieurs du centre ville (gratuit).

• Jouannet (8/5): Correct - Établissement très bien situé dans Arta. Jolie maison familiale. Angela est adorable et s’occupe au mieux de ses hôtes. Elle vous demande ce que vous souhaitez pour le petit déjeuner et vous le préparera si elle peut. Nous avons eu une chambre limite trop petite avec pas de possibilité de faire sécher nos serviettes de plages. Le mobilier (surtout la salle de bains) y est vieillissant. L’établissement possède des tables extérieures près de la petite piscine et nous n’avons pas compris pourquoi le p’tit déjeuner était systématiquement servi à l’intérieur.

• Eduardo (8/5): Perfecto para una estancia corta - Todo perfecto, idóneo para pasar una estancia corta. El desayuno muy bueno. La piscina muy agradable. Por decir algo realmente las zonas comunes son bastante poco aprovechables, la "zona de comedor" que se indica en la descripción del alojamiento es la mesa donde se sirve el desayuno.

• Ulrike (10/5): Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Stil - Kleines Hotel, das eine wahnsinnig tolle Ausstrahlung hat! Die verantwortliche Person war reizend - das Frühstück mehr als perfekt! Wir waren zu fünft und hatten sehr viel Platz zur Verfügung.

• Gergana (8/5): Amazing host, nice room - The hotel is close to the town centre. Our room was good size and was looking good. The breakfast was great and the host was really friendly. We enjoyed our stay there. The bathroom door wasn't closing well. The bed was a bit too hard for me but my husband liked it. There was no parking on the hotel street, we parked 5 min away.

The service was perfect and we could not wish for anything more, including a nutritious breakfast with everything you need. Shops and access to the nightlife in walking distance. The place is furnished in style and has a beautiful garden area with a pool.

• Giacomo (8/5): Relaxing stay in the heart of Artà - Very good and complete breakfas. Nice and quiet location in the heart of Artà, with a refreshing patio. Room a bit too small.
• Ania (8/5): Good breakfast and friendly staff - The breakfast was surprisingly good. Good location, but you need to park your car 200 m away, as the hotel is situated in a narrow street in the old part of town. Our room was not too spacious and everything is a bit outdated, but it's ok for a 1-2 nights stay. The pool is tiny, located in the back of the hotel. There are a few bars & restaurants within walking distance. The need to park away from the hotel wasn't great, but not a drama either.
• Maigen (7/5): Disappointing- poor value for money - great location, room spacious and clean, excellent breakfast no one there to check us in, very impersonal, keys in a lock box, no drinking water available, no tea/coffee facilities. would have been better advertised as Airbnb. poor communication as no information provided prior to arrival about how to check in - we had to telephone from the locked front door and only then did we get sent instructions. also multiple automated payment emails in days prior to our stay which was annoying.
