• Pierre and Monica (7/5): Cute and clean - We liked the location. It was convenient, close to everything. That was a definite plus:) The instructions for access were easy to follow. Thank you for that:) The property was cute and clean and well appreciated. But, a bit overpriced for what it is. The towels were not the best. They were crispy and I could still smell the cleaning product used for sterilizing them. Trouble is, some of these products can reek havoc on my sensitive skin. The property needs new towels. Plus, I booked for three guests, yet there were on ly two bath towels with one floor towel. While the pictures you show for accessing the property are accurate and helpful, it would help if you published updated photos of the actual apartment.
• Anne (10/5): Fantastic place in the city centre - Lovely clean, quiet place in a fantastic location. Everything from communication to facilities was perfect. We got to check in early as well which was a huge bonus. Nothing bad to say whatsoever.

• Mari (4/5): Pettymys - Sijainti oli hyvä, kävely kulman taakse ja on keskustan sykkeessä. Lämmin autotallipaikka myös plussaa! Missään ei lue, että asunnon alakerrassa ja tien toisella puolella on yökerhot! Meteli oli pe-su öinä hirveä, musiikin jumputus ja humalaiset ihmiset ikkunan alla. Jos tämä oli lukenut missä tahansa, en lapsiperheenä tätä olisi valinnut. Lisäksi asunto on tarpeen uudistaa ja siistiä. Pöydän jalat rikki ja likaisia, toimimattomia sähköpistokkeita, ikkunat vanhat ja vetävät, televisio pienen pieni (tietokoneen ruudun kokoinen katon rajassa).. Huoneiston neljäs "sänky" kova lavitsa.

• Addie (8/5): Just need a place to lay our heads for one night. It was exactly what we needed:) - Excellent location! Very easy to book, find, use…etc. Amazing price! It was pretty basic, but that was totally fine for our one night.
• Rita (8/5): It was nice and pleasant and we had a good time overall. - Location was best part, very convenient as near the station and pikkukakkosen park, great for the kids. Beds were comfortable, and I think is a great option for a short stay. Would have been nice to have some more basics in the kitchen or to know what was there/not there (e.g no cooking oil, coffee or tea was there). I also could have asked myself so not a big issue. Only constructive criticism is to think of a little way to make your guests feel more welcome (e.g. chocolate on pillow, something for kids etc.). Sometimes a small gesture goes a long way! Also I think people nowadays expect e.g netflix etc, that was not available. All in all we liked the apartment and our stay!

• Jana (9/5): Spokojenost hlavně kvůli blízkosti vlakového nádraží a Nokia areny - + pro náš výběr bylo rozhodující umístění apartmánu blízko vlakového nádraží a Nokia areny + docela velký samostatný pohodlný apartmán + dostatečné vybavení kuchyně + pohodlné postele i povlečení + byli jsme 3, ale vyspalo by se i 6 osob + velká televize (sledovali jsme na ní zimní olympiádu v Milano Cortina:-) + dobrá komunikace s majitelem - nenašli jsme náhradní sáčky do koše - klíče jsou k vyzvednutí jinde než je apartmán a trochu jsme bloudili - dveře jdou hůře odemykat - malá koupelna - hůře utěsněná okna, první den byla v bytě zima (venku bylo -11°C), ale zatáhli jsme závěsy a druhý den už bylo lépe - slabá a nestabilní wifi

Ystävällinen henkilökunta, jolta ensikertalainen sai hyvät ohjeet ja erinomaista palvelua. Sijainti erinomainen ja keskeinen, kaikki keskustan palvelut lähellä. Rauhallinen talo ja rappukäytäväkin viihtyisä. Keittiö erinomainen. Pidin kokonaisuutena, vaikkakin huoneen haju (hajuste?) hieman häiritsevä. Kuitenkin käytin huoneistoa nukkumiseen enkä ajanviettoon, joten kaikki ok.

Meidän käyttötarkoitukseen tämä ei ollut ongelma, mutta mielestäni esittelyssä täytyisi olla kuvia kaikista tarjolla olevista asunnoista ja tehdä selväksi mitä niistä ollaan varaamassa.

• seija (9/5): Tampereella on paljon kulttuuria ja hyviä ravintoloita sekä tämä asunto keskellä kaikkea. - Asunnon sijainti aivan erinomainen, keskellä kaikkea. Ja iso plussa, että auton sai parkkiin pihalle. Kun olin jo päivällä aikaisin liikkeellä, toimistokin oli auki ja sain ystävällistä opastusta. Avainten nouto toimiston ovesta oli myös näppärää. Asunto oli tilava ja varustus riittävä kaikin puolin. Lähistöllä kivoja aamiaispaikkoja, jos ei itse viitsi keitellä aamukahvia (kaapissa oli kyllä myös kahvia). Tampereen katutyöt haittaavat kulkemista ja aiheuttavat meteliä, mutta sehän on ohimenevä haitta.

• Eva (8/5): Molt cèntriv - Està en ple centre de Tampere. Pots anar caminant. No té sofà. Per una estada d'una nit és ideal per conèixer la ciutat.
• Kata (6/5): Vaatimaton huoneisto Tampereen kauniissa keskustassa - Sijainti loistava, keskustassa, koskipuiston kauniissa ympäristössä ja vieressä lasten leikkipuistokin perheen pienimmille. Asunnossa oli hyvin varusteltu keittiö ja tilaa sopivasti, sängyt mukavat ja siistiä. Sain puhelimella henkilökuntaan heti yhteyden ja erittäin ystävällistä ja huomaavaista palvelua. Rakennus on vanha ja kaipaisi remonttia, asunto pimeä ja sisustus vanhahtava, eikä meidän makuumme. Asunnolla erikoinen pohjaratkaisu ja pieni kph, niukasti säilytystilaa. Kesäpäivänä asunto oli kuuma eikä hyttysverkkoja ollut. Asunnossa oli tupakoitu ja ilmanvaihto huonoa, tuoksui voimakkaasti hajusteille, ehkä pesuaineista. Pysäköintihalli oli ahdas ja tullessa oli meille varattu maksullinen pysäköintiruutu "vallattu". Henkilökunta sai auton häädettyä mutta etsimme lähikaduilta vapaan parkkipaikan, kun viikonloppu. Hotellin edestä niitä ei löytynyt. Tähän asuntoon on helpompi tulla julkisilla. Yllätyimme, kun "hotelli" koostui muutamasta huoneesta eri asuinrakennuksissa eikä hotellirakennuksesta. Aamiainen olisi ollut mukava lisä, jonka hotelli usein tarjoaa.

They asked for credit card details when booking in even though the stay was payed through booking.com. Overall the staff felt unpleasant to us.

Quite clean. -Check in personnel very cold and reluctant to provide information about location of the apartment (I had to pray to be led to it). -The place looks like a detention center from early 70’s. -Poor design, you feel zero comfort. -Bugs in the bed. -Prepare yourself in case of baggages you have to carry them, no facilities to help (stair also).
