- I618PRjanem (8/5): Large touristy hotel with pool. - The hotel offered a pool and close proximity to the beach. The rooms were large and perfectly fine. The restaurant however was like a camteen, huge space, noisy and serving poor quality food (often cold) a microwave is available to heat your food.
- P5969CAchrisb (10/5): Immaculate hotel 😎 - Beautiful hotel, probably the cleanest hotel I've ever been to. Absolutely immaculate. Food was good. Pool was freezing but the slide was so much fun 😁 Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Lots of free parking outside the hotel, they also provide parking but at a cost. The staff were lovely, A massive shout out to Gustavo (KETTLE) 😅 he is a credit to the hotel, very friendly and chatty, and stood out from the other staff members. Please give this man a raise or a year supply of coke cola 😉 But on a serious note please recognise this gentleman as this is how staff should be.

- patricia (8/5): - Family-Friendly Hotel with Great Location, but Some Service Gaps This hotel is ideal for families — there are activities scheduled every day of the week, and it’s clearly designed with children in mind. That said, it may not be the best choice if you’re looking for a quiet or kid-free environment. The location is a big plus: just steps from the beach, close to local restaurants, and easy parking nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a nice touch to the stay. However, the food was average and could be improved. I also requested a wake-up call that was never delivered, which was disappointing. Overall, a great spot for families, but with room for improvement in service and dining quality.
- Menace3001 (10/5): Un viaje fabuloso - We visited last year to have dinner when staying in Vinaros. We really liked it and decided to book this years holiday with our daughter and grandsons. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. Thank you Eli for your great service. We had half board which worked perfectly for our family. We did struggle a bit to wake and get to the breakfast, especially with the little ones sleeping on. Food was varied and tasty. We weren’t that keen on the evening desserts but there was ice cream or fruit so I’m sure plenty for everyone’s tastes. All the waiters/waitresses were great but Big mention to NOA who was so lovely and super hard working. What a lovely lady she is. Couldn’t do enough to ensure we had everything. Just wanted to say thank you as this really makes such a difference. There was also a young man in the pool bar called Jamal who was also very polite and helpful. Can’t forget the ladies cleaning the rooms. All very happy, friendly and saying hello every morning. We all enjoyed our time here and will definitely be back. Estamos muy contentos! Thank you RH Vinaros for lovely holiday memories.

- Heidi (6/5): - No instructions or introduction about the hotels facilities and services. No English speaking staff at the restaurant. Restaurant food wasn't tasty. Desserts were not fresh baked but shopped bought even in plastic bags in the breakfast. Juices and yogurts are artificially flavored. Drinks didn't include to the all inclusive, not even water. Only at breakfast you got coffee and tea. Restaurant was very very noisy. Should do something to reduce the noise or echo in the restaurant. Otherwise nice neat comfortable hotel in good location. Rooms were comfy.

- Siham (10/5): Parfait sejour - Agréablement satisfait de notre sejour en famille. Personnel disponible et accueillant. Appartement très propre, confortable et bien agencé. Vu sur la mer ou sur rue avec balcon très appréciable. Repas et petits dejeuner copieux avec un large choix de buffet. Proposition d’alternatives en cas de regimes alimentaires particuliers : sans viande, vegetariens,… Quartier calme avec plusieurs parcs à proximité pour les enfants. Parking sous sol ou places de parking disponibles tout autour de l’hotel.

- corriniab2022 (6/5): Hotel good locals not like english - Hotel all staff fantastic, lovely, very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Food not too bad a little of the same stuff daily, the room very small for 5 people all our beds had to be pushed together only enough room to walk past them as desk and so on and down side to get to balcony. Shower facilities are brilliant. Tv is rubbish only spanish or french and american news no subtitle facilities. Pool is freezing and the little pool scraped skin of my daughters fingers, very slippery on half of the pool as only non slip mats on half and a bad sewage smell comes from drainage near pool under the sun loungers. Spa is great clean and easy to use. Entertainment not ideal for foreigners Locals to not like english people and like to stare, they make you feel very uncomfortable, they are very rude no manners push pass people no excuse me what so ever. Does not tell you transfers from airport are 1000 euros and not included as airport 2.5 hours away. However if you need a dentist whilst away as my daughter did the local one was brilliant especially as she has autism they were great with her. I would not say family Hotel may be in the summer season but not october they cater for a lot of local retirement coach trips. We will not be returning to the town of vinaros again.

The badge system for the door and electricity supply seemed to be a little 'worn-out'. Negative personal issue: I'm allergic for floorcleaners that do not have to be 'removed' with clean water..Serving breakfast only from 8.00 and not from 6.30 seems blocking out 'one-night stays'. - paulfN5110JM (10/5): No complaints - Booked this through a holiday app with flights ect. Very plesently supprised. Room very nice with plenty of space, TV & settee, fridge. Did have a small kitchen that was locked, but you paid extra for that (as for the safe) a lot of places now charge for extras that others supply free. Did have a microwave but no kettle, missed our cups of tea. Rooms clean and done daily. The food was excellent, great selection as good as most cruise ships. The female staff worked nonstop and quickly in the dining room, the male put him self on the counter and let them do it. Overall we had no complaints and would go back again.

La terraza superior con piscina, bar y unas vistas impresionantes y el chiringuito en la playa es un lujo.

- FrLa36 (6/5): Low standards, parking is an issue. - We made reservations some weeks before, still we were assigned to this noisy room, loud disco music from outside. We were offered an other room but who wants to change once you're in bed. The breakfast was terrible, children touching food and putting it back. Men were required to wear a pantaloon during but woman could wear shorts up to their crotch, bon appetite! The hotel is for people with low standards.

- 462indys (8/5): Honest family review - Honest review from a family of 5 staying for a week all inclusive. We arrived with a hire car which could be parked in their private carpark - VERY hard to park the car the corners are very very tight. 7e a night to keep your car there too. It was worth it though for peace of mind.. Hotel is spotless. Rooms are very nice and spacious too. Plenty of room for us- Family of 2 adults 3 children. Bathroom in the room is good for families too - there's a bath. Food is lovely. Good choice even my picky 6 year old loved it. My only issue with the food/all inclusive is how late teatime is. 8pm-10pm is very late when you're staying with kids. But the whole hotel is very much catered for Spanish guests so the mealtimes just follow this. Vinaros Town is very small and not a resort type place.Beach is very small too and there's not a lot there. Which was the only downside of the holiday really. On the whole we loved this holiday. I'd say that as a family maybe stay somewhere more of a resort. No other kids in the hotel mainly older Spanish couples. Town isn't great there wasn't enough for kids. Hotel is fantastic for adults to stay - We got lots of looks from other guests when our children were in the pool being loud (just being kids playing) Can't fault the actual hotel it's very good. We wouldn't come back - only based on the town/beach.

Hemos estado en todos los hoteles de Benidorm de la cadena RH, y en éste, la calidad y variedad de la restauración, es un poco peor. La piscina de la terraza muy agradable. La de abajo, un poco ruidosa por los niñ@s.
- CHARBINAT (10/5): - Hôtel familial, chambre avec jolie terrasse et belle vue en étage élevé, personnel accueillant. Piscine petite par rapport à la taille de l'hôtel. A proximité d'une petite plage de sable. L'accès au centre ville se fait très bien à pied.

- Titilola (8/5): - The hotel is in close proximity to the beach and the town centre where the shops are. The hotel staff were quite friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our two week stay at the hotel. This is our second stay and we will definitely be back again.

It looks like it is a beach hotel but it’s not, there is actually a few blocks walk to the beach. Breakfast was decent but it is served in a boring restaurant without windows. Room was clean and spacious with a good balcony.

- Alberto (8/5): - La habitación está muy bien.La comida está bien, pero por lo menos en las cenas hay platos como pizza, arroz y sopa que hay todas las noches. La ubicación está muy bien a 5 minutos de la playa del Clot y a 15 minutos del centro y las otras playas. Hay mucho sitio para aparcar, pero creo que en época alta puede ser complicado.

- Sharon (8/5): Lack of tea/coffee making facilities - There is a minibar fridge in the room with nothing in it. No tea or coffee making facilities, nowhere to get a coffee in the hotel before 10am. No coffee machine. No room service to order a coffee. Plus only one small bottle of water in the room for two people. This is four star? You need to get a machine!

L'hotel est immense avec beaucoup trop de monde partout. Points positifs : - hotel rénové, propre et plutôt calme - proche mer - facile pour se garer dans la rue - super lit bébé à barreaux sécurisé - belle salle de bain - belle vue mer et balcon - beau roof top Points négatifs : - Pension complète : Nourriture très médioce à tel point que nous n'avons pas pris le dernier repas du midi pourtant payé (refusé d'être remboursé 15 EUR), ça ne vaut pas plus : sushi riz trop cuit, même petit dej pas bon, oeufs trop gras, viande grasse - Un bruit énorme au restaurant, aucun moment de plaisir - petit dej jusqu'à 10h30, à 10h15 ils commencent déjà à tout enlever dans un bruit d'assiestes très agréable ! Envie de vite partir. - Vinaros n'est pas forcément très attractif, bien pour une nuit - Queue pour accéder à la piscine car trop petite - Queue énorme au restaurant à l'heure de pointe - Trop peu d'informations à la réception. Par exemple, on se présente au diner avec notre carte de chambre, on donne le numéro de chambre, non pas possible d'entrer, il nous manquait le petit carton donné à la réception pour qu'on pointe notre repas au stylos dessus. La réceptionniste ne nous l'a pas dit. Obligé de remonter à la chambre pour chercher le petit papier. - Asenceurs débordés le matin : obligé de descendre à pied les valises - Le plus suprenant : les lits doubles sont en 140cm, literie neuve mais mauvaise qualité.

No me gusto, la animacíon en general pobre, las zonas comunes ae quedan pequeñas cuando háy mucha gente en el hotel, muy pocas hamacas, las piscinas me parecen pequeñas. Tiene una cala a unos 5 min andandando pero la calidad del agua es deficiente, turbia. A 12 min se encuentran las playas de Vinaroz que son bastante buenas. Lo mas importante es que nuestros hijos se lo han pasado en grande, puede que volvamos...

- MARIANO (10/5): - El personal del hotel super amables y atentos. Tuvieron el detalle el día que llegabamos subirnos la cena a la habitación. Y detalle también el que tuvieron los cocineros del restaurante con mi hijo (es alérgico a los frutos secos), y le hicieron pizzas para el solo.

Our option was “ half board “ and there is no single complaint about a choice of the hotel. Food was just good, room was clean and nice with view to the Mediterranean from the 7 th floor. Savnet kald melk, frukt og grønt til frokost lørdag, men på søndag var det en nydelig frokost buffet med masse frukt og grønt. det hadde vært fint med et par glass på rommet til minibaren.

- Bob (8/5): Large hotel in the centre of town - The hotel was very busy for the time of season. Being in the town centre walking to the beach and restaurants was easy.
- Iwan (4/5): Expensive, probably 3*, very family orientated. - Travelling as a couple, we booked two nights on hotels.com for €123, in late August. Driving into Vinaròs we were a bit perturbed, it is not the nicest looking of towns. Free parking on the street very close to the hotel. Booking in, we realised this is a very family orientated hotel i.e. lots of screaming kids. Ideal if you have children, not so much if you don't. The room was nice and clean, but I wouldn't say 4*. We admired the giant chimney just outside the balcony, then went for a walk to the beach. There's an ok stretch of beach a short walking distance, plenty of eating places, but it's all a bit ragged. Nice breakfast. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here. For the amount we paid, I would have expected either a nice four star hotel or nice location. I didn't particularly feel like we got either.
