• Kathleen (9/5): Absolutely loved it and we booked an extra night. - The property is wonderful, however because the taxi driver took us nowhere near to the Santa Faz, it took some time to find. However what a joy the place is. Booking again for October. We also watched the parade from the top of our street......magical. So close to all amenities and restaurants. The shower needs to have some sort of instruction because the bathroom became flooded trying to get the right temperature of water. TV not English friendly.

The smell of mold and the smell of spoiled food, which the cleaning service tried to kill with a lot of bleach. as a result, we could not stay in the living room for long. the central air conditioner did not work, there were only two small portable fans, which did not give the effect that was required. broken shower doors and no cap on the toilet flush button, all the plumbing is very old.

• Kirsten (8/5): - Tolle Lage! Direkt in der Altstadt und nicht weit vom Strand entfernt! Leider war die Wohnung líeblos eingerichtet. Der Balkon hat keine Aussicht und in den Nachttischlampen waren keine Glühbirnen.

• mohamed (8/5): Moyen - Appartement tres bien situé propre convient pour 4 personnes,douche tres petit avec un debit d'eau tres reduit,cuisine bien equipé avec un lave linge mais pas de lave vaisseles comme mentioné,insonorisation insufisante,trop de bruit des alentours et des voisins jusqu'a 2h du matin pas tres sympas de leur part,reception a 200metres ouverte 24/24.

Dock ligger lägenheten ovanför flera restauranger och torgets uteserveringar gör att det blir livligt. En stund efter midnatt går det bra att sova så för familjer med tonårsbarn som vill ha ett bra boende till rimligt pris kan varmt rekommenderas detta.
• Verified traveler (8/5): - Ligging appartement is super, dichtbij t strand, centrum, openbaar vervoer. Wel gehorig. S avonds laat veel lawaai, door opruimen terrassen die vlak onder appartementen liggen. Schuiven Stoelen en tafels. Als je na 1.00 uur gaat slapen is t geen probleem

Kaikki tarvittavat keittiövälineet olivat, kahvin- ja vedenkeitin sekä astiasto ja ruoanlaittovälineet. Jopa uunikin oli. Huoneisto oli valoisa, kun sijaitsi ylhäällä. Sänky oli hyvä nukkua ja hyvät tyynyt. Huoneisto oli myös hiljainen lähes koko viikon ajan, ainoastaan viikonlopun öinä kadulta kuului meteliä. Sijainti vanhassakaupungissa oli erinomainen, palvelut, kaupat ja ranta lähellä. Aamiaisravintola kattoterassilla toimi myös. Kattoterassi oli käytettävissä oleskeluun loppupäivän ajan. Wifi toimi hyvin. Henkilökunta oli palvelualtista ja ystävällistä. Hotellissa oli myös wc:t ja suihkut käytettävissä huoneiston luovutuksen jälkeen.

• Marjolein (10/5): - De locatie was erg prettig. Het appartment zelf was schoon en ruim. Bed lag heel fijn en we hadden een kleine buitenruimte. Ook zat er een wasmachine in wat erg fijn was. Perfect!
• Alan (10/5): A little gem in Alicante Old Town. - We have stayed in this apartment before and it was just as nice the second time. It is so close to the square when you open the windows you feel like you are in it. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con is great. A lovely place to stay in the heart of the old town. It’s about 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 mins to the Market and Tram Station. You check in and out at the B and B just up the street and you can leave your bags there on the last day and have use of toilets and showers.
• Lucy (6/5): Great Accommodation not sure about location. - Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean overall. Location we thought ideal at first, right in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, marina and shops. However what we did not take into account is noise. Each night we did not have a restful sleep. There was a lot of noise from people to lorries to road sweepers. After a few nights we were looking forward to coming home! No negatives against the actual accommodation just location we would prefer something quieter or at least to have been warned!
• steve (8/5): Very central in a lovely part of Alicante old town - Hotel staff very helpful. We had a slight problem which they sorted out immediately and without quibble. Couldn’t have asked for more at this price.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Santisma Faz Apartments by La Milagrossa B&B - Great location in nice building. Very central in lovely square. No noise issues thanks to bedroom opening into internal window. Cleaning only every 4 days and standard of cleaning very poor with long hairs all over floors. Rest of apartment and amenties made up for this. Overall very comfortable stay.
