• Donna (2/5): Walking distance to Old Town - Apartment was not clean. Washer did not work, shower did not work properly. Beds were NOT comfortable. Did not have daily cleaning service.
• Tracy (6/5): Disappointing Apartment ☹️ - Very small apartment, needs a lot of updating and looks unclean. None of the heaters works, the wifi kept coming and going. The tv signal was rubbish so couldn't watch very much as the picture kept jumping. Very easy to lock yourself out as no yale key was given fo front door.

• Dan (2/5): Most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on. - The bed is like gravel covered by a thin layer a foam padding. There was no position I could find that didn't have some part of my body feeling like I was being poaked. My wife experienced the same thing. The flat is located in an iffy part of town and the front door, that leads to the flat, doesn't lock securely. Once inside the building the hallway smells of cigarette smoke. Fortunately the room was odor free. Worst of all the owner came by on the morning we were leaving and was horribly rude to my wife.
• Howon (2/5): DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE - This place basically ruined out trip to Edinburgh. For how much I paid, I didn't expect much, but this was beyond my imagination in the worst way. The neighborhood was sketchy, the building was old, smelled funny and creepy, and inside of the place... it was incredibly old, small and dirty. The thing that shocked me and my husband the most was that the washing machine full with half-way-done laundry, which seemed to be what was supposedly our bedding. Nobody came and picked it up during out stay. Bedding and the couch were dirty with lots of stains of I don't even want to know what. The kitchen was dirty as well, the sponge that was there for doing dishes was filthy that we didn't even touch it. The bathroom and the shower were tiny, and the bathroom sink was so small that it was not usable (We had to use the kitchen sink.) And the living room was dusty, and of course, very small. There were a few warning signs that said that the guests should clean the place before they leave, otherwise there will be an extra cleaning charge, which was not mentioned when I booked the place. This stay made me wonder Hotels.com's rating system. This cannot possibly be 4-star place, so please, if you are considering this place, reconsider.
