- Kiersten (8/5): - Apartment was lovely and spacious. Lack of hot water for bath and shower. Lamps not working in living room. Problem with tv in same room. Fridge was slightly dirty in salad compartment. Loved how spacious the place was and amenities nearby. Would stay again if things mentioned were sorted.

La puerta de entrada al edificio cuesta de abrir. Se nos rompió la llave y nos cobraron 50 libras por la copia más bronca incluida de la persona encargada.
Las camas muy incómodas.
- Norman (4/5): Awful stay - We requested early check in as my 90 year old dad was tired but the owner refused even to check in an hour early.
Entrance to the apartment and stairs were filthy.
The key to the lock of the main door was faulty and we could not open the door. We had to phone the owner and he explained that we needed to turn the lock very slowly which we did but it still did not open. We phoned the owner again and requested that she come and open the door. We tried repeatedly to open the lock and finally it opened. I had to borrow a phone from a restaurant to phone the owner twice as we did not have a cell phone for Edinburg. Finally the owner arrived but we had already got into the apartment, she was very rude and annoyed as she had to come to open the apartment but she did not care how much trouble we had to get into the apartment.
No hot water from the taps in the sinks only for shower.
Beds uncomfortable as they had high bed guard rails like they have for children's beds on ALL the beds. If there were guard rails for a few beds that would have been okay.
There was a dining table for 6 people, but we could not use it as it was so tightly wedged between the sofa and the wall that we could not pull out the chairs to sit.
There were lots of cleaning supplies, dishes and cutlery.
The instructions said to take out the rubbish when leaving, however, there were no instructions on where to dispose off the rubbish.
I will not stay again even for free.

- Verified traveler (6/5): One Night in Edinburgh - We chose the apartment because it was the cheapest weekend accomodation we could find in Edinburgh within two miles of the City centre and four miles of Murrayfield Stadium where we were going to the Rolling Stones concert in the evening. The apartment is in a nice enough area of Leith with pleny of buses available for the short journey into the centre of Edinburgh. The keys to the apartment were in a key safe at the entrance to the apartment block for which we were emailed a code one day prior to our arrival. The apartment was on the second floor and accessed by a flight of stairs. It had all the amenitities we required and was clean and comfortable. Bunk beds might not suit everyones needs but the were more than adequate for ours short stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Buono ed economico, ma bisogna adeguarsi... - Spazioso e grande, per quel che si è pagato. Il "Check in" non esiste, arrivi e da un contenitore a combinazione prendi le chiavi ed entri. Non abbiamo mai incontrato il proprietario, pare non serva.
C'era abbondanza di coperte e asciugamani. Attenzione alle clausole se intendete entrare prima dell'orario previsto, le sanzioni sono altissime.
La gestione non è delle migliori... rispondono poco con pessimo inglese. Mi avevano fatto pagare 2 volte ma per fortuna finalmente mi hanno reso i soldi pagati ingiustamente.
Se volete pagare poco fa per voi, ma non aspettatevi il lusso... anzi...

Vi hade 15 gr i rummen, inget varmvatten, inga tv-kanaler, inget wifi, diskmaskinen var full av mögel.Det tog ett dygn innan vi fick kontakt med uthyraren. Efter att ha ringt och lämnat meddelanden, skickat sms, även kontaktat hotels i Sverige. Men när allt var ordnat trivdes vi bra. Ganska långt att gå till centrum. bussen att föredra om man inte älskar långpromenader.
- Benni (4/5): Von Außen sieht es so aus wie wenn da keiner wohnt - Das Haus an sich war gut zu finden. Wir standen davor und dachten....das kann es nicht sein!
Es wurde nicht von uns vermutet, dass man hier wohnen könnte.
Drinnen war es einigermaßen OK...wenn auch der Begrüßungstrunk fehlte, es noch Wasser im Wasserkocher gab und im Tiefkühlfach noch eine Pizza lag.
Da wir viel unterwegs waren und nur dort übernachteten war es für uns OK....ansonsten nie mehr!

To the credit of management - the smoke detector was beeping when we arrived it was rectified within a couple of hours.
You are expected to clean before you leave. Easy to leave it better than you found it! It has been a long time since the place was given a good clean behind, and under anything.
Yeah - not ideal. But did the job.
