- Ann Louise (10/5): A Gem - It is a great space - especially for the price. The neighborhood is beautiful. The owners were great at check-in and check out. Just FYI - it would not be handicap accessible as there are stairs. I was there on business and there were convenient - walkable - restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay there again.

- Gene (8/5): Great location. Minimalist amenities. - First off, the folks who own this property are very nice and gracious. Its a small guest house on their back property. The location is perfect. In the heart of Beverly HIlls. The place is small but fairly comfortable for two people. My only complaint is that the AC wouldn't come on. Thankfully we didn't really need it with the perfect LA weather. Also, remember, this is someone's house, not a full scale hotel.
- Ulisses (8/5): Fair Price...EXCEPTIONAL VALUE! - I decided to stay at the Beverly Hills Modern Guesthouse to try something new for a change. I booked for 3 days. The guesthouse was awesome! It had the privacy of a hotel room, with the amenities of an apartment. I was able to cook, do laundry and lay out on the patio deck in between meetings. The person I was in contact with was Tony and he was so accommodating to my schedule and provided me with everything I needed to prior to my stay. The location is centrally located and i was able to walk pretty much anywhere. You can't beat the price! I highly recommend the Beverly Hills Modern Guesthouse!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice quiet neighborhood hidden in great location - Quiet, clean pool house in quiet neighborhood embedded within convenient location. Within walking distance of great shopping, endless variety of eating options, coffee shops, entertainment... you name it. A great value!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good stay! - Quiet back house of a nice family. Clean and easily accessible and the host was very nice. The outdoor patio is great to relax and soak up some sun. Location is pretty central if you are running around town.
- DK (8/5): Clean, comfortable and convenient BH/HW location - BH= Beverly Hills, HW= Hollywood. Very friendly, clean and unique guest house. When booking be sure to inquire or take note to its ~$120 cleaning fee. I liked its privacy and its somewhat sound proof building construction. Several restaurants are within a 5 minute walking distance ranging from valet parking cuisine menus to walk-in, family comfort restaurants. The Grove Mall is about a 5-10 minutes drive as with the Brea Tar Pits & museum along Wilshire Blvd . Griffith Park is also close by.

The house was just as good as it looks in the photos and we just loved having breakfast the rooftop terrace. The neighbourhood was really nice and relaxed while still being relatively close to everything in north LA. We'll definately stay there again if we're coming to the area!

It has more space, has a kitchen with a huge fridge, a nice rooftop with furniture to hang out and is excellent located. I had a very nice stay and look forward to visiting you again.

Beverly Hills Modern Guesthouse is the best! The geographical location is wonderful. It is quiet and convenient. The landlord lives in the house at the front, and they are really nice. The guest house is comfortable and sweet. It has everything. So don't hasitate on booking this house!

- Maria (10/5): Nice guesthouse with great location! - I stayed at this guesthouse with a friend. The location is great, it's close to Beverly Hills shopping center and the grove and it's just a short drive no matter where you want to go! The guesthouse was nice and especially the rooftop! We stayed for four nights and can definitely stay here again. Of the couple we rented from I only met Kat and she was very sweet and made us feel welcome :)
- Verified traveler (10/5): Owners went above and beyond - My wife and I travel quite a bit and we have never been treated so kindly and respectfully. I would say we are very low maintenance travelers, but this trip was an exception. Due to difficult circumstances, I needed to change my plans several times over the course of a few days and was accommodated fully by Tony and his wife. My wife ended up there alone for a couple of days and they made her feel like family and feel safe. I greatly appreciated this type of concern. I later needed to cut her trip short, so she could meet me where I was and under no obligation at all, Tony still offered to help with room charges and such. Like I said, we haven't experienced this type of exceptional treatment before. In regards to the room, my wife loved the deck and utilized the entire unit. the location is excellent and the price more than fair. We look forward to returning soon!
