- Marcelo (4/5): Although location is good, I will not come back. - Location of the hotel is the highlight. Near parks, restaurants and the Punta Carretas Shopping Mall. For travelers by car, there's a parking garage (charged extra). Poor room sound isolation -> You can hear everything that happens on the hallway and on other rooms as well. This is a very strong pain point. And this is the main cause I'll not return to the hotel. Bed is not confortable -> our "King Size" bed was actually two single beds next to each other. Hotel Staff -> is not very supportive, since there's no assistance for luggage carrying or any assistance when you arrive by car (associated with the "no temporary parking area") the check-in experience is extremely poor and frustrating. Breakfast -> Included with the stay, but not great. A/C -> room didn't have any air conditioning control, so it was extremely hot the all the time... to the point we had to keep windows open for ventilation.

Lindas instalaciones, limpio y olor a limpio siempre. Ell punto es genial realmente!!! Farmacias, feria, restaurantes, cafeterías. Placita! Kiosco. Cerca de todo realmente y preciosa zona. Volveriamos sin dudas! Todo me gustó!

- Tal (9/5): - Nicely located in Punta Carretas. Comfortable, nice looking rooms. La rambla and many restaurants are within walking distance. The staff was welcoming and quite informative when we needed information. In general everything was very nice. The only problem we encountered was that staff didn't explain very well how to find our rooms. So it was a bit of an inconvenience when we first arrived. Other than that it was just fine.

Best thing about the hotel is its staff. Receptionists were very nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks Ahmed to answer all of my questions, that happened to be many. On the second day I got towel with a big hole on it, which was very unpleasant.

Rue assez passante mais bonne insonorisation, par contre on n'ouvre pas la fenêtre... Le rooftop est mal exploité, il mériterait d'être repensé et faire l'objet d'investissements. Quelques signes de défraîchisement. Mais c'est, dans l'ensemble, un bon établissement.

El desayuno es muy bueno y el trato en el restaurante también es muy bueno. Nos cuidaron el equipaje al salir hasta que tuvimos el viaje de regreso, nos prestaron un adaptador de corriente.

El pasajero no puede estar al servicio de ellos para que li - Ubicación El trato del personal de recepción, la falta de limpieza en general y particularmente de la habitación. En toda la estadía no limpiaron la habitación. A pesar que salíamos después del desayuno al retornar la habitación seguía sin limpiar. Tuvimos que reclamar toallas limpias y papel higiénico. Y pretendían limpiarla cuando volvíamos. Por ende no la limpiaron durante toda la estadía

- Hector (9/5): Buen Hotel, mejor que la descripcion. - La habitacion doble, para familias es ideal. Buenas instalaciones y el personal muy amable, siempre dando soluciones. El Desayuno esta bien. Buen lugar con restaurants muy buenos cerca. Recomendables. Como tiene pocos estacionamientos, se sugiere reservar con anticipacion. Pero es lo unico.

Peccato per le note negative Doccia dentro la vasca,bidet non funzionante,frigobar in camera vuoto, nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua di cortesia, colazione minimale solo un tostapane disponibile per tutti gli ospiti.

- Carolina (4/5): Disconforme - El desayuno estaba bien. En las fotos de booking se ve mucho más moderno, prolijo, limpio, que lo que realmente es. La habitación no estaba tan limpia, cuando hicieron las camas quedaron súper mal tendidas, arrugadas y desprolijas. Habíamos reservado dos noches, pero nos quedamos una sola por desconformidad sinceramente. No reclamé el dinero de la segunda noche , ni lo que habíamos pagado del estacionamiento, porque no quería dar más vueltas a la situación. Pero realmente no volvería.

Personal muy atentos el estacionamiento miyyyy chico para una camioneta y me lo cobraron aparte entre otras cosas que no sabia. Y una habitación para 4, no podes dejar 2 tohallones... Pero lo corrigieron.

The location was very good, making it easy to get around and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. This was definitely one of the biggest advantages of staying here. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always willing to answer questions and assist whenever needed, which made the experience more pleasant. The breakfast was quite basic. While it was sufficient to start the day, there wasn’t a wide variety of options available. It would be nice to see a bit more selection in the future. On the downside, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. While it wasn’t terrible, there were some areas that clearly needed better attention to detail. Additionally, the gym facilities were limited — there were only a few light dumbbells available, so it’s not ideal for anyone looking to do a more complete workout.

- Y.C.M.A (5/5): Bueno pero en franco deterioro por falta de mantenimiento. - Siempre usamos este hotel por la ubicación y opción de estacionamiento. Está limpio y el personal de recepción es muy amable. El desayuno es completo. Últimamente uno de los ascensores no funciona, lo que genera gran espera para tomarlo al subir o bajar. El aire acondicionado de la habitación tiene ruido, lo cual ya me ha pasado en otra oportunidad. Falta de mantenimiento general que se nota en pintura de los pasillos y habitaciones.
