- Ellen (7/5): Good accommodation if you’re travelling via ferry. - The property was/is close to the ferry terminal which was the main reason why were in Chetumal, free mints at the front desk/ reception. Clean rooms but bathrooms do need a little TLC… good for a short stay. My partner does like having two bed pillows when she sleeps, unfortunately we only had one each. As mentioned above, the bathroom needs some work.

They asked us to wait about 1 hr. Luckily it took only 30 mins approximately. They did not offered any sort of compensation

- Jason Daniel (1/5): False Advertisment - Only the outside part of the hotel looks nice We didn't like the room being so small for a king's room. Was told by staff that the room size we purchased is a queen size room with a queen size bed but the booking clearly states king size room. Also the room was very dirty and the inside paint and renovation was poorly done and has a scent of mold. Only spent one night and booked another hotel instead due to the staff being unable to help. The room number that we have stayed in is 222 at the back corner. The hotel staff refused a refund and didn't take care of the room maintenance.

Y además en la reserva te dicen que si hay parking y que creen es que te estaciones en la calle y se ofenden si les dice algo que ese detalle lo puso Expedia le echaron la culpa a Expedia la vdd PÉSIMO SERVICIO
