• Lucas Machuca (9/5): - La ubicación, el servicio, el personal muy atento y el precio Le falta mantenimiento, la limpieza de la regadera no era la mejor, el piso se sentía resbaloso por exceso de limpiador, la colchones se sienten viejos y la iluminación del cuarto no es buena
• Yanez (10/5): - La ubicación es muy buena, una zona súper tranquila por ende no había ruido en la habitación. La llave para abrir la habitación no funcionaba muy bien, cada que vez que iba a abrir tenía que pedir apoyo a algún colaborador del hotel, mejorar esos detalles haría que fuera un 10/10.
• Lourdes (8/5): Very nice and clean. - First of all, it is a fantastic location! I love the placita and the zocalo. The breakfast was not included, it was good and excellent service. The light in the room was not good enough to do my makeup, not even in the bathroom. I could not have a hot shower, the water was warm, it rained that day and after getting wet outside, I wanted to take a hot shower but I couldn't.

WE LOVE STAYING ON THE FIRST FLOOR BY THE POOL, THEY ALWAY ACCMMODATE US. WE CALL IN ADVANCE TO REQUEST FIRST FLOOR, CRIBS FOR OUR GRANDKIDS. WHEN WE ARRIVE EVERYTHING WE ASK FOR IS DONE. WILL RECOMMEND 1000% PLUS THE BEST PART MY GRANDKIDS ENJOY THE POOL, THE RESTAURANT. DELICIOUS FOOD.

Room was nice, but the only problem is that the neighbors next to the hotel have roosters which kept waking me up at 3 in the morning until I decided to move rooms on the other side of the hotel. Hotel is in a convenient location next to restaurants, shops and banks.

Friendly staff. - The location on the Jardine de La Villa de Álvarez was perfect since the horse parade passed by there. It is also relatively close to La Petatera at which we attended the final bull riding competition. The breakfasts at the restaurant were delicious. The service was super. The electronic room entry cards had to be reprogrammed.

There were plenty of dining options in the plaza that the hotel is located in. There was unfortunately an earthquake one the nights we stayed, but staff was on top of everything making sure all the guests were safe and felt okay.

• Angela (8/5): La Villa experience. - Everyone was very nice and helpful. The room was clean. My reason for giving the score is due to the condition of the room and linen. The chair had a large burn mark. Sheets had holes and the towels were old and dingy. We had a relaxing time in the pool.

• Joseph (8/5): Very nice hotel and location. Very little English spoken. - We Enjoyed the stay. The housekeeping is excellent. All staff were very helpful. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We Appreciated the air conditioning very much. It was nice to have a restaurant on property. First, most of the staff at the front desk and no one at restaurant could speak English well enough to understand some basic requests. Please make English speaking a priority so more can stay at the hotel. We did know some words and phrases in Spanish. Second, please have the front desk or restaurant staff ask loud guests to speak quietly around the pool or put signs up because the echoes from loud talking are enough to keep wake up sleeping people. The building shape amplifies the voices greatly. Third, the time for food preparation in the restaurant was slow and long. Fourth, consistent Higher quality, better made coffee in the restaurant would be appreciated. One cup was excellent. Other cups were not. Fifth, We requested two extra blankets for each person due to not having blankets in the rooms. Sixth, We got extra pillow cases and took the pillows out of the decorative cases in the room and used those.
