• Nicole (5/5): Spijt van deze accomodatie…prijs /kwaliteit - Het was schoon en netjes Het zwembad dat voor iedereen toegankelijk is…is niet zoals de afbeelding, Veel bedjes zaten nog in het plastic gewikkeld. De bar bij het zwembad had zijn tijd gehad en er was niets te verkrijgen…dus ook geen barman die aanwezig was. Je betaald er fors voor. Ook als je bij de receptie aankomt zijn ze naast de receptie begonnen met een verbouwing…maar het ligt gewoon braak! Dat ligt dan ook t.o. jet zwembad en naast het restaurant. Het is welliswaar low-season….maar de faciliteiten behoren wel gewoon goed te zijn.

• lucas (4/5): Disappointing! - Originality of the rooms and overall concept, nice decoration, nice outdoor bathrooms Very close to the beach. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had several serious issues: the air conditioning barely worked and leaked onto the bed, the mattress was very worn and humid, and the overall cleanliness inside the room was poor (dust, hairs, dead bugs, sticky surfaces). There were also maintenance problems, including a leaking roof, the toilet flush that did not work properly and the sunbeds in the little private garden soaking wet for the whole period - we were never able to use them. The outdoor areas and pool also seemed poorly maintained, and some facilities were unusable due to lack of upkeep. This might be better during high season but our experience was not satisfactory. We decided to change hotels for the last night - no refund given, even if initially our booking was fully refundable. We understand tropical conditions can make maintenance difficult, so this is not intended as an unfair review, but the overall experience was far below expectations, especially considering the rating displayed on Booking.com (far from what it really is).

Le restaurant très bon Personnel très gentil La pluie 😭 étant dans une tente donc « toit » en style de tissu, il été donc très désagréable d’entendre la pluie la nuit … l’hôtel n’y est pour rien. Sans ça, l’expérience est top.

• aurelie (6/5): Bon séjour dans l’ensemble - Nous avons aime la chambre qui était très propre chaque jours et bien entretenue . Le lit était très confortable, la douche magnifique . Khwan beach et bien situé il y a pas mal de chose à faire. Je recommande mais avec certaines conditions. Je n’ai pas aimé l’entretien de la piscine qui était très sale. De notre arrivée nous demandez à ce que quelqu’un vienne la nettoyer à deux reprises. Le contour de la piscine est très très sale je pense que cela fait des mois qu’elle n’a pas été nettoyé au robot sans compter l’intérieur de la piscine également . Payer une belle chambre aussi cher avec une négligence comme la piscine c’est dommage. Au niveau des wc la lunette des wc était jaune et pour notre dernier jour dans la nuit il y a eu une souris dans les toilettes . C’est inacceptable pour moi sachant qu’à coter de notre chambre il y a le restaurant .

• Anaelle (9/5): Sejour surprenant et supérieur a nos attentes initiales, nous reviendrons. - Nous avons apprécié le concept de la double tente, la decoration de la chambre. La piscine était magnifique avec cascade. Les tentes sont parfaites et confortables. Tous les équipements étaient soigneusement adaptés au séjour. La proximité avec le port de Pralarn pier pour se rendre a koh phangan et la disponibilité du personnel a toute heure était également tres appreciable. Il manquait simplement le bar dans la piscine qui n’était pas fonctionnel mais le bar indépendant de l’hotel à côté était toujours ouvert aux moments voulus.

• Zana (2/5): Gib lieber 20€ mehr aus und nimm dir ein vernünftiges - Auf den Bildern sieht es extremst schön aus. In echt, extrem schmutzig, Sachen abgenutzt, Zimmer werden nicht gereinigt, man ist gefühlt im Jungle. Besser man lässt das Licht abends aus, sonst sieht man die ganzen Haare und Schuppen von den anderen. Roller nur gegen Reisepass, es war leider das erste und einzige Hotel wo ich mich unwohl gefühlt habe. Nachts kein Sicherheitspersonal, Pool auf den Bildern viel schöner. Die Lage ist auch natürlich gar nichts. Ohne Roller kannst du nichts machen.

El aire acondicionado es imposible estar de día en la habitación del calor es una sauna , la pisciscina está el agua verde hay partes con zona de vegetación verde , la television con rayas de estar rota por la parte de abajo ( habitación LILI)

There was a large infestation of mosquitos the area had certainly not been treated. Our outdoor chair was covered in about 40 of them alone. There was a lot of mould and the AC was not strong enough. It was uninhabitable and we had to leave after one hour of arriving. After inspecting the room we requested a refund to which the staff were surprisingly and disappointingly unable to approve.

We loved the Nana Beach restaurant - The safari tents were beautiful - great decor and attention to detail & the pool was great and not busy. Restaurant on site served excellent food but was pricey. So close to Mae Nam beach. Little touches like giving us insect repellent & a beach bag to use - nice! Holes in mosquito nets and you needed these!! Rough surfaces in the pool - my son cut himself several times. Restaurant on site was expensive compared to what else was around there.
• Zerina (8/5): Super! - Wir hatten die private Pool Villa und können diese wirklich empfehlen. Tolles Zimmer, viel Platz, viel Privatsphäre, der eigene Pool ist super, Outdoor Dusche ein Traum. Die Lage des Resorts ist auch sehr gut, man ist überall schnell. Der Strand ist eine sehr kurze Gehdistanz entfernt und sehr schön. Eine Kleinigkeit: die Position der Klimaanlage. Bläst direkt aufs Bett.
• Valeriia (4/5): - Вилла с собственным бассейном разочаровала во второй раз. Хотя в первый разочаровывала погода, так что тогда списали на нее, а оказалось зря. Уехали на сутки ранее, без возврата средств. Напор воды и температура в душе просто ледяная. Слив не работал в обоих раковинах, чистили несколько часов, делали напор воды, ничего не помогло. От Комаров не обрабатывают вообще, они круглосуточно везде, даже ранним утром. Вода в бассейне ледяная, ге успевает прогреться, так как солнце на территорию попадает около 1,5 часов в день. Полотенца старые, кондиционер не регулируется и дует прямо на кровать, не комфортно.

• Aneesa (5/5): Average - The staff were nice Upon arrival I was told there are maintenance works going on until 5pm so there is no electricity which I was fine with. I went out to explore the area and received a text message saying the time has been delayed until 8pm, this put a setback on the plans I had originally made so I stayed out until 8:10pm hoping when I get back the electricity will be back unfortunately it was not and it came back after 9pm, I wouldn’t have complained if the room wasn’t so hot if I had known I would have stayed out until later Once the electricity had come back, the room was still so hot even with the AC on, I also asked for an iron to which I got given a steamer which did absolutely nothing so had to put on a creased dress, the shower also didn’t seem to work so had to crouch down on the floor and shower with the tap on - I didn’t want to keep hassling the staff and I had already asked them a couple of times when the electricity will be back Maintenance should not be carried out during this hot weather maybe in cooler months so people are not suffering in their rooms with the heat I only stayed for 2 nights and to be honest I was very glad to be leaving, I do believe I should get a partial refund on the inconvenience caused on the first day

L’établissement est très agréable, bien entretenu, avec une belle atmosphère tropicale et reposante. Le personnel a été adorable tout au long du séjour : souriant, attentionné, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. On s’y sent vraiment bien accueilli. La piscine et l’environnement sont superbes, et l’ensemble donne une vraie impression de détente et de confort. Nous avons eu une panne de courant pendant le séjour, ce qui a été un peu contraignant sur le moment. Cela dit, le personnel a très bien réagi, avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme, ce qui a largement atténué le désagrément.

• Ashley (10/5): Such a beautiful resort. - The staff were amazing, could not do more for you and the manager called Ann was especially helpful and facilitating to any help we needed. The pictures of the villas do not do them justice, they are such a unique and perfect place to stay. It is out of the staffs control and if you pick to stay in an amazing place like this…. Expect insects and mosquitoes.

Нас было 4ро, мы попросили принести еще лежаки к нашему бассейну. Все принесли тут же. Не очень хорошая канализация. Вода в ванной уходила медленно.

• Dario (8/5): glamping retreat with a peaceful atmosphere - The location is outstanding, set directly on the beachfront with a beautiful and well-maintained pool area. Even during our stay in March, both the pool and the beach remained pleasantly uncrowded, which added to the overall sense of relaxation. We stayed in a family tent that was thoughtfully designed and far exceeded typical camping standards—this was truly glamping. The interior was charming, featuring a canopy bed with mosquito protection, and complemented by a small yet уют outdoor space. Additionally, there are many excellent cafés nearby, and Bophut is easily accessible—either a short 5-minute drive (around 400 baht) or a scenic 45-minute walk Unfortunately, we experienced a complete outage of both water and electricity for approximately one and a half days. While part of this interruption had been announced in advance, the actual duration exceeded what had been communicated. Furthermore, the hotel restaurant displayed live goldfish in small glasses on the tables throughout the day. This raised ethical concerns for us, leading us to avoid dining there altogether.

Le personnel est très agréable et aimable, toujours le sourire ! L'hôtel est très bien entretenu ! Nous étions très bien situé : plage à quelques secondes, beaucoup de chouettes restaurants à proximité, .. Nous avions des odeurs d'égouts dans la chambre par moment mais faut-il réellement en vouloir à l'hôtel ? Il me semble que cela est le cas un peu partout sur l'île. Les infrastructures ont du mal à suivre alors que la population et le tourisme y est très important. Personnellement, cela ne nous a pas déranger plus que ça !

• Michael (10/5): - This resort exceeded my expectations. The room was amazing and the outdoor bath and shower were just fantastic. The pool in the resort was the best out of all the places we stayed whilst island hopping. We did not go to the beach, however it is just a two minute walk from the resort. Definitely worth spending a little extra to have a luxury stay on Samui. We were also able to hires mopeds from the resort at a really good price. The resort arranged transfers for us, which was very helpful. A deposit of 2,000 Bhat is required on arrival, and returned when checking out. The fan wasn't working in the room and I sent a WhatsApp to reception. Within ten minutes, I had facilities come to the room and fix the fan. Better still, he said the AC could be better and spent a few minutes adjusting it. Fantastic service.
• Marjo (10/5): Perfect holiday paradise - Really lovely resort only few steps away from the beach. Quiet, peacefull and lovely atmosphere. Didn’t have breakfast but ate one dinner in restaurant Passa and food was really good, prices little bit high as they usually are in resorts own restaurants. It was lovely that you could buy ice cream cones there. Nearby several nice restaurants, specially affordable and good food you can get from Bamboo across the street. Near also 7Eleven, but crossing a very busy road was difficult and sometimes even scary, so used to go to BigMiniC-market which is located about 800 meters away and same side of the road. Reception ladies were really friendly, helpfull, always smiling and they made me feel really wellcome. Had a one bedroom villa, which was my holiday paradise. Sun shined on the yard from noon to late evening and lying on a sun lounger under the shade was perfect relaxation for me. Room was spotless, cleaned daily and there was always plenty of hot water for both shower and bath. Special thanks to housekeeping, who made my stay here even better. Really good Wifi, even for streaming movies. Hotel pool was nice, big enough for swimming and perfect for just relaxing. Didn’t see any mosquites, although I expected them based on the reviews I read. Hotel offers insect repellent and there are nets around the bed, but I didn’t need either of them. This was really a week in perfect holiday paradise for me. Thank You Khwan! Highly recommended! Nothing

• Tanja Michaela (10/5): Romantische Auszeit für volle 14 Tage - Wir hatten die duplex villa zur Nutzung von 2 Personen. Diese war perfekt daher, um die Reinigung max. jeden 2. bzw 3. Tag zu nutzen. Es gab zwei Bäder, zwei WC, doppelte Handtücher/Strandtücher. Wir konnten völlige Ruhe genießen. Die Villen sind mit völligem Sichtschutz gebaut und vom Schlafzimmer im ersten Stock sieht man auch das Meer etwas. Optisch war die Villa (unsere war die Junglevilla) etwas abgewohnt, jedoch überhaupt nicht störend wenn man kein Nörgler ist. Würden dies sofort wieder buchen. Der Strand ist keine 2 Minuten entfernt und direkt von der Anlage erreichbar. Alle Essensmöglichkeiten sehr gut und rasch erreichbar, an der Hauptstraße bis zum Markt und genügend viel Auswahl.
• Urszula (9/5): Bardzo fajna alternatywa dla typowych hoteli. - Pięknie urządzone namioty, śliczny ogród i basen Wszystko było ok.
• Helen (9/5): Tolle Pool Villa, ruhige aber zentrale Lage - Pool Villa ist geräumig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Privater Pool und Terrasse bieten extra Privatsphäre in einem eher kleinen, ruhigen und schönem Hotel, perfekt zur Entspannung. Alles sehr sauber, das Personal ist unaufgesetzt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Strand etwa 100m entfernt. Schöne Bucht, tolle Spaziergänge möglich, oft wenig los und man hat 100m nur für sich. Im Ort schöne und kleine Läden, v.a. auch leckere Restaurants für günstiges Geld (z.B. direkt am Eck an der Straße). Rollenverleih (mit Partnerfirma) am Hotel, durchschnittliche Preise, sehr schnelle Abwicklung. Hotel hat super Ausgangslage für Ausflüge mit dem Roller über die Insel (Helmpflicht, Führerscheinklasse A1/A, Internationaler Führerschein). .

• Yasemin (8/5): Personal war sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. - Das Zelt war schon ein Highlight, jedoch sollte keiner dieses Zimmer nehmen, der Angst vor kleinen, teilweise auch größeren Tieren Angst hat. Das Zelt ist nicht ganz nicht, vor Regen schon, aber nicht vor kleinen Tieren. Das man am Strand für die Liegen teures Geld für Minderwertige Liegen bezahlen muss.

• DaniëlleHylas (7/5): Fijn verblijf op een mooie locatie! - Erg mooie tent, mooie locatie en personeel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt zat er niet bij in en was vrij prijzig, dus we aten meestal buiten de deur. Verder moesten we ineens naar een andere tent voor de laatste nacht, waarbij het personeel ons een beetje aan het opjagen was om de spullen in te pakken.

• Mandy15 (10/5): - War mal was anderes als Hotel. Alles sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Mega schöne Anlage. Man fühlt sich wie im Urwald. Jederzeit wieder. Schade das man nicht inklusive Frühstück buchen kann. Frühstück für Thailand relativ teuer und kleine Portionen. Am Strand keine Liegen. Man muss an den Bars mindestens 500 Baht ausgeben um Liegestühle oder Sitzsäcke zu nutzen.

From the staff, who were always kind, attentive, and available, to the overall quality of the services, everything was flawless. We felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The atmosphere, the cleanliness, the comfort… every detail was thoughtfully considered. It is rare to experience such a complete and enjoyable stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for this incredible experience. We leave with wonderful memories and hope to return very soon.
• Craig (9/5): Amazing stay, very comfortable sleep and great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again - Staff very helpful and amazing restaurant at hotel. Very peaceful atmosphere and great stay. Good location and right next to beach Air con in room didn’t circulate the whole room leaving it very warm all the time. the tent had a lot of marks on and looked a bit dirty. There was also a few rips in the tent. Shower was also quite difficult to use.
