• Franklin (8/5): - Friendly reception lady. Fridges in rooms, 711 up the road. Cute Thai houses and beach with gorgeous sunsets ! Door was left open on arrival so we have lots of mosquitoes in our room.
• April (9/5): Relaxing beach front stay - Super cute little beach hut that had everything I needed - including AC! All of the staff were incredibly friendly and kind. In typical Thai fashion, the mattress is quite hard. Other than that I have no complaints.

• G (9/5): Great stay. would book again. - The location is great with the sea right next to the property. Allows you to relax. with restaurants, 7/11s all within walking distance, it's super easy finding anything you want. The staff is very helpful and the room was cleaned every day without me having to ask. The place is safe and they helped with local tuk tuks for longer travels. Bathroom was a bit small and the door didn't shut, but was not an issue for me as I was alone. Room has a kettle and a fridge. Over all great experience. Wish I could have stayed for longer.
• Muikku (8/5): - Bungalowit ihan rannassa ja ranta hyvä. Bungalowit siistejä ja ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Juomavettä sai respasta niin paljon kuin halusi. Hyvä ido jääkaappi huoneessa. Resortilla ei ollut rannassa aurinkopetejä. Rantaan sai halutessaan respasta pienen aurinkovarjon ja makuualustan. Suihkusya tuli vain yhtenä päivänä lämmintä vettä.
• Lia (9/5): - Great location. 30 secs from beach, 7/11 and the main road with lots of shops/restaurants. Nice restaurant/bar on site that do a happy hour and serve great food. Guests get 10% off breakfast. Also a fire show on a wed which was a great added bonus to the evening. Great friendly/approachable reception staff for booking trips and transport. Bed was a little too hard for me but thats not the fault of the accomadation, thats just a personal prefrence.

Allt var så härligt, det leder en grusgång ner till stranden, beachbarerna är superbra och mysiga, det är nära till 7-eleven och apotek med mera, ägarinnan är en jättetrevlig britt och övrig personal är helt ljuvlig. De hjälpte oss att boka snorkling, cooking class och annat. Rekommenderas högt av oss, familj med 2 tonårsbarn. Något hårda sängar, men hellre det än alldeles för mjuka. Alla sov bra ändå, så egentligen inget problem.

Situated perfectly for the beach with a bar and restaurant too with stunning food. I cannot recommend this resort enough and am already planning my next trip! As a solo traveler I’ve felt welcomed and made friends for life here! Sunsets here are unreal Nothing :)

• fiengo (10/5): Une pepite! - Emplacement parfait , chambres extremement propres et spacieuses, la plage est jolie, et Kim la propriétaire des lieux est un amour… elle vous reçoit comme des amis, avec plein de petites attentions: thé et café a disposition à la reception, ainsi que des nattes de plage, des jouets pour les enfants, de la creme solaire, un parasol. Le vbar de la plage est tres sympa, Jaki est une perle. Les deux dames de la reception ( wa et Nii, me semble-t-il?) sont adorables, souriantes, de bon conseil et pleines xde ressources pour vous degoter des bon plans. Les masseuses sont tellement gentilles, et le lieu agréable.. franchement,nous avons adoré cet hotel. Ne pas y etre restée plus longtemps!!!

L’hôtel met à disposition de l’eau par bidon, c’est très pratique. Même si l’hôtel prete des nattes , ballons et autres accessoires de plages, j’aurai apprécié avoir quelques transats disponibles sur la plage comme les autres hôtels voisins

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So kind, approachable and helpful in every way. I would recommend to anyone and definitely return in the future. No faults at all.

• Anet (8/5): Bien mais nous n’y retournerons pas. - L’emplacement, le personnel. La vue de notre chambre (#2 vue mer). Patio terrasse avec meubles très apprécié. Nous y avons séjourné 7 jours. Le mince filet d’eau de la douche. 2 petites bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée qu’on doit aller remplir à la réception pour les journées consécutives. Pas de séchoir à cheveux mais disponible à la réception. L’établissement en bord de mer mais aucune installation comme parasol ou chaises longues de disponible. Le tarif est trop élevé pour les services offerts.

We loved the quiet location at the end of the beach, and when we stayed (in rainy season) it was pretty empty. Long beach is fantastic and the restaurant at the end of the villas is the perfect place to watch the sunset. When the tide is high you can't easily access the rest of the beach, it's about a 10mins walk round to it via the high street.

• Nienke (7/5): Fine - It is close to the beach and to some shops and restaurants. Nice staff. Wifi didn’t work in the room, only at the restaurant. The daily cleanings during our stay of the room were not good, they only made the bed and said they cleaned it.

• Jack (8/5): Welcoming staff, cosy bungalow close to a lovely beach! - Kim was very welcoming and lovely! Always chatty and happy to help. Bungalow was cute and tucked away under the greenery close to the beach. The beach was literally 10 seconds walk away and very quiet and a beautiful view out to koh phi phi. Small issue with mosquitos first day but this went away and didnt cause any further issues. Couldnt get the aircon going so had to ask staff to come help, if this could of been done prior that wouldve been great but it was quickly resolved.

View from the family house onto the trash heap and the staff house, the driveway between the houses, a huge number of mosquitoes in the bathroom due to the open exhaust hood, uncleaned air conditioner.

• Marcin (8/5): Some dated rooms, but great location and staff! - Awesome location right on the beach, with a 7-11 just behind, and a great cafe/bar attached. Staff super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and serviced efficiently daily. Bed was comfortable, room kept cool with AC and fan. I stayed in one of the older bungalows and it’s definitely getting dated. There was a 2cm gap in the front door - but luckily the AC kept up. The worst thing would have to be the lack of water pressure in the shower - it was manageable, but not particularly pleasant. One of the light switches was also damaged - pushed into the wall plate. Still worked, but was a bit sketchy having to stick a finger in to toggle it. No safe in the room.
• MUZDAV (10/5): Outstanding Location, Outstanding Host - Stayed here to begin my stay on Lanta given the proximity to the dive centre at castaway. Stayed in a garden bungalow which was clean and comfortable and serviced each day without special request. Bed comfy, bathroom ok if a little strangely arranged with shower in between sink and toilet but not an issue as floor well sloped to ensure is dry after very short period of time after a shower. Water pressure low however I believe that is the case everywhere on Lanta as other resort was much the same, was not an issue for me. Tea and coffee provided with kettle & fridge, both worked well. AC in room worked well. Location is very good with a short stroll down the path to Long Beach, my bungalow the furthest from the beach and was still very close. Is a short walk up to the main road where there is 7/11 & ATMs Staff are available from 8am to 8pm and nothing is a problem for them and the owner, Kim, is about most of the day and is a delightful host. In hindsight I should have stayed here the whole time I was on Lanta.

• Paul (10/5): - Very attentive staff on site. Strong dedicated WiFi signal for each room. Large fridge and strong A/C in the room. The resort offers mask/snorkels for free use but the glass on some were scratched so badly that it made viewing underwater very poor. I would suggest perhaps bringing your own snorkel gear for the best experience.
• Laura (10/5): Lovely property, spotless bungalows, right on the beach - Beautiful property, bungalows are neatly spaced facing the pathway to the beach. Shady trees and flowers. Staff is busy keeping things clean, sweeping leaves every morning. Rooms are kept spotless Aircon works well. Irish manager on hand daily, keeping things running tip top.friendly reception staff calling out hello and smiling. Reception 12 hours daily helpful and will book onward travel or tours for you. Right on the south end of Long Beach, great for shallow swimming and long walks in the morning. There is a bar restaurant on the property beach front which seems very popular with guests and resident expats. Nothing.

• Catie (10/5): Best stay on Lanta with the most amazing staff! - I would give this hotel a 12/10 if possible! I have stayed in multiple accomodations in Koh Lanta and this one by far exceeded the others, including more expensive places. The owner, Kim, and her amazing team, especially the ladies at reception, could not be kinder or more helpful. We loved chatting with them everyday and really appreciated how they take time to learn about each guest. We truly felt like we were staying with family friends rather than at a hotel. We checked in a little later than expected due to travel difficulties, but Kim arrived quickly to let us in and had let us know our room number in advance so we could wait outside comfortably. The room exceeded our expectations - it was better than the pictures - it was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with places for luggage, side tables for each bed, plenty of outlets, and a large fridge. We also really appreciated being able to refill our water bottles and borrow beach towels/mats at reception. Finally, the location could not be better. Though next to a few other hotels on long beach, the beach area never felt crowded and the water depth was perfect for swimming at both low and high tide (few rocks). We had debated staying somewhere else with a pool, but it was unnecessary given how nice the beach in front is, and we were more than glad we didn't! There is a 7/11 and pharmacy right on the main road outside the hotel, and the majority of the best restaurants on the island are within close walking distance. The attached restaurant, the Fat Turtle, has a delicious a la carte breakfast, and fun fireshows in the evening. THBR will be our go-to hotel in Lanta from now on - can't wait to go back! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Koh Lanta is so gorgeous, especially Long beach, Nui and Kantiang beach and the walking with giants. Hopefully return soon Nothing. We did not want to leave
• Laurian (10/5): Gem of a place - Had the loveliest time at Thai beach house. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was fantastic- 30 seconds to the beach with a fun beach bar/restaurant- the food is excellent. Kim and her team go out of their way to be helpful and didn’t seem to mind my endless questions.

• Rebecca (9/5): Just what we needed! Koh Lanta pace was great, not crazy busy but enough going on. Resort was great. - Really nice setup in the resort, felt easy and relaxed with just a small number of cabins. Staff super helpful for day-to-day queries (and also of great help during a medical emergency!). Really well located right at the end of the beach, with a range of beach-front bars and restaurants, along with local cafes/restaurants on the street-side and a handy 7-11, ATM, medical centre, scooter hire. Shower pressure was really low. Would have been great to have been provided with hand towel and bathmat for the bathroom at the start, but they were happy to provide extra towels when we asked. Sheets were starting to get worn out.
• Rachel (7/5): perfect stay nice staff and beautiful location - Beautiful location right on the beach. Lovely Bar with really nice food and drinks. Accommodation is nice i would just say showers maybe need some updating but that is a very minor thing. Everything else was lovely. The Shower could be better and lighting

• Leigh (7/5): Good - Nice location with restaurant & massage on beach & a few delicious restaurants very close by. Quiet & peaceful, beautiful beach & excellent for swimming, floating. The a/c worked very well. Beds were rock hard. And poor quality pillow, also, making it difficult to sleep. Cool water shower with low pressure.
• Taylor (10/5): The perfect location in the heart of Koh Lanta and surrounded by jungle and sea. - This is a magical spot to stay tucked between the main road and the beach. The hosts were wonderful and helped us with booking day tours and a motorbike for our stay. The accommodation is also next to a great bar and restaurant. There was nothing not to like. I suppose the shower in our room could have been more separate from the rest of the bathroom, so it got a bit wet, but not a deal breaker. It was a really perfect place to stay.
• Fabian (8/5): Very good - Great location next to the beach. Convenience store and other restaurants close walking distance.
• Daniela (9/5): Superb - One of the best locations in Koh Lanta, very convenient and stunning view. Kim and whole team was exceptionally helpful and kind, made sure we had the best experience during our honey moon stay. Hotel offers 10% on delicious breakfast (pick at your choice option which is great solution) in nearby restaurant - also one of the best restaurants on the island. Cleaning service was perfect too, AC worked well, rooms are well equipped. Wonderful stay and right on the beautiful beach! Room might need little refreshment (mattress, towels) as they were a bit used. But overall not more to wish, the rest was perfect :)
• Belinda (10/5): Exceptional - Great location right on. Long beach. Reasonable restaurants just up the road. Easy to grab a taxi into town. 7/Eleven close bu for supplies. Brilliant fireworks display on New Years eve right on the beach.
• Emma (10/5): Super helpful staff, great location. - The location was excellent, and the room was basic but beautiful but the main thing was the friendliness and helpfulness of Kim and the staff. They gave us great recommendations and they super helpful, hard working and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. It really made our stay so enjoyable. Thanks! N/a
