Fawaz (6/5): - في ممر الدور الثاني حيث غرفتي 213 تصدر روائح كريهة جدا تم ابلاغ الاستقبال ولاكن بدون حل في اليوم التالي لاقامتي وصلت الرائحة الي داخل الغرفة انبعاث الروائح الكريهه في الممر ثم انتقلت الي داخل الغرفة

Majed (1/5): ندمت صراحه - الهدوء المفارش مع الأسف باليه تحتاج تجديد والغرف تحتاج ترميم مع دورات المياه الأدوات غير كاملة لاتوجد مكواه ولا ماكرويف ولا سليبرات لين اتصلت طلبتهم جيت بغير الغرفه حصلت الغرف الثانيه اسواء جدران متحمسه وأدوات القهوه على طاولات متقشره فرش الارض محرق والبوفيه جداً عادي يومين الفطور نفسه شكشوكه وبيض وبطاطس مقلي ومصقعه أشياء تكرم النعمه وزيت يعني الفندق كله يبيله شغل سنع
Fire (5/5): Only if you desperate - The rooms have a more modern look than most ( it's just a look though) Staff were not informative about the hotel, bathrooms reminded me of my military days. I don't know if the hotel has WiFi, no info provided and no info in the room. Breakfast is very scant, it's great if you've some high Keto goals.

JOSE (3/5): Facilities are okay. But adressing customer requirement is very poor and not appreciable. - Cleanliness and facility is good. No breakfast available as per the booking. No flexibility with the checkin time. Had to wait almost 2 hours. Requested early checkin after booking, but no any response from the hotel. Requested tax invoice during booking. Given VAT number. But the invoice was given under the gust name with inputting the given VAT number.

فيصل (1/5): اسوء إقامه - انغشيت بالتقييم وطلع سي وشوفت عينكم المخدات فيها نفس اثار الدم ويقولي الموظف هذا صدا وإذا كان صدا هل أنام على الوساده وهي بهذا الشكل , الوضع استهتار عندهم وكذلك الغرفه أول ما دخلناها الشقه ريحة المجاري طالعه من الحمام لكل الشقه ويتأخرون بإرسال العماله لتنظيف. (وزياده على الموضوع هذا كله الشقه شامله الإفطار وماحصلنا فطور كويس لو مشتري فطور من البقاله اصرف لي).
