Jedynie suszarka do włosów mogłaby być troszkę lepsza😉 Byliśmy rok temu, w tym roku wróciliśmy. Kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo szybki i łatwy. Nie ma takich rzeczy. Wszystko mi się podoba.

It was close to Varenna with easy access to ferries and nearby towns. The apartment was clean, peaceful, and well equipped for a comfortable family stay. Nothing major — having a car was necessary to move around comfortably, but the parking facilities were good and convenient.

• Andrea (5/5): Vistas increíbles y una pena que la Residencia se “gestiona” de lejos. - Vistas, parking. La Residencia se gestiona de lejos. Un asistente virtual te dice lo que quieres oir. Pedimos una plancha, decía que estaba en la puerta y no era verdad. Nunca la trajeron en 4 días, Reservamos una hora de jacuzzi, nadie nos abrió el sitio. Debíamos coger las llaves del cajetín, no funcionaba, estuvimos 15 min intentando para que al final resulte que el pin que nos dieron no era el correcto. Destapamos, pusimos en funcionamiento, apagamos, tapamos, cerramos el sitio, dio problemas dejar las llaves en el cajetín hasta q lo logramos. La siguiente reserva de jacuzzi otra vez dio problemas y cancelamos porque ya no queríamos más tanta autogestión. Hasta el dinero de la reserva lo dejamos sobre la mesa porque nadie vino a por él.

Este destul de departe de șoseaua principală. Pentru ca am fost turiști nu am adus cu noi șampon și gel de duș. Ne-au lăsat niște pliculețe dar nu au fost suficiente pentru timpul petrecut la cazare. Faptul ca are o singură baie, a fost puțin incomod.

Byłem 3dni i czułem się bardzo swobodnie nie myśląc o tym czy coś jeszcze trzeba zrobić z tą rezerwacją :) Wszystko się zgadzało. Wszystko było ok, ale aby coś poprawić to warto by było dodać jakieś małe oświetlenie typu lampka nocna w sypialni i delikatne światło w salonie :)

De plus, pas d’accueil, de personnes à qui s’adresser en direct. Le soir extrêmement bruyant et personne pour réguler les nuisances sonores. Équipement très succinct. Mauvaise literie. Jacuzzi payant, mais pas de lumière pour les réservations du soir, de plus buée sur les vitres mauvaise aération. Attention, sur les photos la piscine semble grande mais trompeur !!! The staff was very kind and supportive, and the check-in process was extremely smooth thanks to clear, detailed instructions and a very efficient online registration system. The apartment is new, well maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, making the stay very comfortable. One of the highlights was the breathtaking views of the lake. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful, with beautiful scenery that makes it perfect for a relaxing stay. Everything exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

• Klimtschak-Sharbatiani (10/5): Sehr sauber, Parkhaus direkt am Haus, Balkon mit riesen Terase und Super Aussicht auf Como See - Wir haben als eine Paar mit einem grossen Hund gebucht und sind mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben schon viele viel teuere Hotels gehabt aber dieses hat unser Herz geklaut. Das wichtigste für uns Sauberkeit- Alles sehr sauer!!!!!!! und die Lage - absolut Traumhaft Aussicht! Wir wollten nicht im Zentrum wie Varenna oder Bellagio buchen um Geld zu sparen und haben in Dorio gebucht. Aber wenn ihr mit Auto seid dann ist es super. Hotel ist auf Berg aber weg ist trotzdem easy. Zu fuss würde ich nicht laufen wollen aber Parkhaus direkt am Haus was uns sehr wichtig war ein Parkhaus wo wir unser Auto sicher stellen können. Zum Varenna mit auto ca. 20 min Bellagio 1 stunde Menagio 1 st Bellano 10 min Also wenn einer sucht ein Hotel der sehr sauber, super eingerichtet mit allem absolut was man braucht, Ruhe absolut idilisch, sicheren Parkplatz dann ist es für euch! Aussicht vom Balkon ein spektakulär Nur YouTube hat nur 1 Tag funktioniert nächste Tage ging leider nicht aber wahrscheinlich wir haben tu viel Filicita gehört ind die konnten es nicht mehr hören 😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃

Information folder on table was invaluable as we arrived late on and had no provisions with us. Pizza delivery was very welcome and delicious. Car park an added bonus, no problem finding a space. Finally the views, there are enough words to describe the beauty of this place. We were 5 mins from buses, trains or a short drive to the shops No kettle, we are from UK, so tea is like an appendage. We made do with boiling a pan of water. Surprisingly no pizza cutter.

• Stephanie (7/5): Stunning views, location not for the feint hearted driver - The setting was beautiful. The views were stunning. There was a large living space with a massive floor to ceiling window that opened to a balcony where you could sit and watch the lake and its beauty. It is exceptionally difficult to park if you have a slightly larger than average car. It’s up an extremely steep hill and driveway which is not for the faint hearted. There is only one bathroom- great for a couple or family- not so great for four adults. The location was too far to walk to any bars or cafes so you have to drive - forcing the very difficult parking to be done over and over. We had very little in put from any staff- but they did respond very quickly when we requested cushions on the sunbeds

• Khizra (9/5): - The balcony was lovely, the pool was great. The entire property was spacious and airy. Would definitely book again! What I didn’t like was the route up to the property. Very dangerous and tight. But not much can be done with that, just something to be mindful of before you book is all.

• Sergey (10/5): - Panoramic Lake-Como view from the living room. Excellent value for space vs. lakeside hotels, well-equipped apartment. A bit noisy heater located in the bedroom (winter time).
• Tyrone (9/5): The stay was wonderful. - The view of the mountains and the lake were spectacular! Due to the train strike we were stranded at a station that was a 15-20 drive away from the apartment however the staff came to pick us up and ordered pizza for us to have dinner. Nothing to do with the room or the staff however, the train strike made it difficult to get to the apartment. Thankfully the staff picked us up.

• carol (8/5): - The view and location of the property was spectacular. It was very clean and comfortable with great facilities. There was a mix up of the rooms because there was no one to meet us on arrival and we had to move properties to the property which was ours. I left my earphones in the room by accident and Dorio told me about this but then didnt post them to me when I offered postage and costs.

• nickymekolle (7/5): Spacious and comfortable - The view from the balcony was very beautiful, though it rained during our stay there. The apartment was large, the rooms were large and the beds were so comfortable, and there was great space for parking. There was a jacuzzi, but we didn't have time to use it, unfortunately, due to our busy schedule. The host was prompt in answering my questions and providing help to the TV issue we had. The road to the apartment is quite steep uphill, and we arrived at night, so we found it very confusing to locate it. Make sure your tyres are good enough to climb up. Also, we were a group of five, but we were not provided with towels. We found two in the only bathroom present there, but we thought they were to be used to place on the bathroom floor after showering. Or maybe we were supposed to ask the host? Well, I didn't because I expected that we should have found them ready, and if they weren't present, it probably meant it wasn't part of the package.

• Marija (10/5): Great city-break! - The apartments are very nice, big, clean, and the view out of the terrace is just amazing! If travelling by car, the location is convenient for exploring the surroundings of Como lake. Kitchen has a lot of stuff ( only bigger pot is missing). Its not what I didnt like, but just pay attention to the location of the apartments. The road up could be quite difficult if you are not an experienced driver. Parking is also quite narrow. I managed all that safely, but I assume it could be a problem for someone.

• Kenneth (5/5): Great views! - Incredible views of Lake Como from enormous glass doors opening onto the balcony. Very noisy with no adherence to the “quiet hours”. Cold and impersonal. Felt like a property that was managed from afar. Parking was difficult with frequent need to rearrange vehicles. Seemed like a “party spot”.
