Μοντέρνο δωμάτιο Βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ, κάτι που δεν αναφέρει ο οικοδεσπότης και αναφέρεται μόνο σε σχόλια επισκεπτών. Δεν μπήκε καθαρίστρια ούτε μία μέρα, έστω για να αδειάσει τα κουβαδάκια. Το ιντερνετ είχε πολύ κακή ταχύτητα, ήταν πρακτικά ανύπαρκτο. Η πολυκατοικία σε πολύ κακή κατάσταση.

Para dormir sin más (y con almohadas que son una porquería) - Ubicación céntrica, muy cerca de la plaza del mercado y tranquilo por la noche (habitación que da al patio). Es un quinto piso sin ascensor, tenedlo en cuenta. Almohadas que no son almohadas, es como dormir sin nada. Escribí al alojamiento y nunca contestaron. Volví a escribirles y nada...eso sí, cuando terminé la estancia, y les dije donde dejaba las llaves (no dan instrucciones de salida) ahí contestaron al segundo. También les pedí si podíamos dejar las maletas en algún sitio del alojamiento unas horas y no contestaron.

• Slawomir (9/5): It was a very comfortable and quite place. - It's in an excellent location. There are many restaurants and shops in the neighbourhood. There is a very good bar serving breakfast nearby, and the old market square is three minutes' walk away. There's a nice view of the town hall from the balcony. The flat is accessed via the yard, which can be tricky for someone visiting for the first time. However, the owner's email instructions are clear.

• James (10/5): Perfect location and a really nice apartment. Can’t fault the place - It was modern and clean in a great location just a couple of minutes walk from the main square. The steps felt like they were never ending specially being on the top floor but it’s nothing to worry about really.

• luca melchiotti (10/5): - Right next to the main square, the location is perfect to start strolling around the city center as soon as you step outside of the building. The room was clean and big enough and had all the facilities you need. Paulina was really kind and set my check out later than what it was supposed to. Would definetely come back
• Aitana (8/5): Centrico y serviciales - Es muy centrico, a escasos minutos de la plaza. Es acogedor, pequeño, suficiente para uns pareja. Cuando llamas por telefono te solucionan todas las cosas, traslados, tema de llaves, etc. Instrucciones muy claras de entrada. No se oye nada de escandalo, es muy tranquilo. No cambian las toallas todos los dias, ni limpian la habitacion, solo hacen la cama y ya. Es un quinto sin ascensor. Al estar detras de un patio, da mala sensacion.

• Zara María (7/5): Bien con excepciones - La ubicación es genial, está a 3 min de la plaza del mercado y está muy limpio. La cocina es bastante práctica El baño era una cristalera y no había prácticamente intimidad en él. El apartamento está ubicado en la última planta del edificio y, al no haber ascensor, se hace bastante pesado subir las escaleras y, aunque esto último ya lo habíamos leído en otros comentarios, no imaginas cuántas escaleras tienes que subir hasta que las subes 😅 Las almohadas eran también algo bajas.

• Sosnowska (3/5): Za 264 zł za noc uważam że totalnie się to nie opłaca - Jedyny plus to dogodna lokalizacja i Żabka na przeciw. Pobyt był bardzo nieudany. Już po przyjeździe okazało się, że informacje w opisie nie są zgodne z rzeczywistością – w pokoju nie było kapci ani ekspresu z kawą, a telewizor był zepsuty. To nie apartament a mieszkanie w którym są trzy pokoje, ściany są bardzo cienkie – słychać rozmowy i każdy ruch sąsiadów. Drzwi do pokoju się nie domykają, zostaje szpara, przez którą widać światło z korytarza, co sprawia, że trudno czuć się bezpiecznie i komfortowo nocą zwłaszcza dla kobiety. Wejście do budynku to kolejny problem – apartament znajduje się na 5. piętrze bez windy, więc z dużą walizką jest to duże utrudnienie. Stół w pokoju jest zniszczony w apartamencie widać ogólne zużycie. Recepcja działa tylko do 17:00, a później kontakt możliwy jest jedynie z automatem telefonicznym. Zgłaszałam problem z telewizorem i brakiem kawy – personel wszedł do pokoju bez mojej zgody, gdy mnie nie było, i zostawił kawę. Naprawa telewizora odbyła się również pod moją nieobecność ale z wcześniejszym uzgodnieniem, poproszono mnie o zostawienie kluczy w skrytce. Uzyto ładowarki pod moją nieobecność co było dość nietaktowne. Po powrocie telewizor nadal nie działał. Dodam jeszcze ze gdy dokonalam rezerwacji skontaktowano się ze mną w sprawie kaucji, o której nie było wcześniej żadnej informacji. Nie zaproponowano mi żadnej rekompensaty. Za tę cenę standard i obsługa są zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań. Nie polecam i na pewno tu nie wrócę…Zdjęcia w załączniku.

• David (10/5): - Easy walking distance into centre of old town, some very nice cafes and bars right on the street next to property but very peaceful neighborhood. There are 5 flights of stairs to walk up with no elevator but it's good to walk off all the pierogi and beer.

• Nils (2/5): AI at its worst - They use AI bot to respond to you even if you call. I wanted to leave my luggage but there was no key in the key box. I called 10 times it was always said somebody is being notified und will call or show up at the premise. Nothing happened. Plus you have to climb 100+ stairs with your full luggage as no elevator exists thru a rather disgusting and run down stairways. Since they have a kitchen in the hallway to your room you will be waken up by the noise if someoene prepares their breakfast, really fun when this happens 6 am...

• Lauren (2/5): Entrance access difficult. - I can't review the property itself because I was unable to get in and we had to stay somewhere else. Most of this is likely due to my own stupidity, and lack of computer knowledge, but they did not send me the information to get into the unit until I was already gone. They could at least put their phone number on the building door or something. I did not take my phone with me because it is old and doesn't work well in foreign countries but it's tiny. Can't replace it. Black comedy of errors, and expensive. Make sure you have entrance info before you get on the plane or cancel the reservation.
• Olha (9/5): A very pleasant, quiet and safe place for a short stay in Cracow - The apt is very comfortable, the bed is wide enough with a good mattress. It was rather unusual to have a bathroom like this but we liked it :) You should mind that our apt was on the 5th floor without an elevator, so if you have many or heavy luggage it can be hard for you to go upstairs. You have everything you need for a short stay and it’s a big plus! This place is safe and quiet so it was a pleasure to stay there! Thank you :) Maybe the inconvenience of the 5th floor without elevator

AFTER we booked and paid for another place to stay, we had someone else call with a Polish number and they got through the helpline. It seems only people will a Polish phone number can actually connect to Novum House helpline. Very unfortunate and frustrating to be left stranded.
• Ema (10/5): Perfect - Self-check-in, plus it was only a 15 minute walk away from the bus station. The location is perfect. It's located in the old town where the park is, and there's a żabka supermarket right next to it. The room is also very beautiful and it has everything you need.
• Claire (8/5): Lovely room, check in not easy - Lovely apartment in a run down building, this is to be expected in Krakow. Ignore the state of the building as you enter as the room is absolutely lovely. I was not a fan of the AI phone system, I had to ring the property as they sent all the details in Polish. Check in was very confusing but once I received my email in English it was easy to follow instructions for getting into the room.
• Sofiia (10/5): Exceptional - I’ve been to Krakow several times and for me this apartment is the best. I feel like I like it the most among all places I’ve ever stayed during travelling. 1. The apartment is located near the Main bus station and in the city center, but the windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard so it isn’t noisy there. The bedroom is not big (that makes it cozy) but bathroom is (what is comfortable). Also the room has modern interior 2. The apartment is equipped very well: a table, chairs, a conditioner, a nightstand, table lamps, a hanger stand for clothes, an electric teapot, dishes, towels, a hair dryer, shower cosmetics and there is even a plant. Other household items (microwave, toaster, iron and board, any other dishes and more) you can find in the common corridor. Also here is free wi-fi 3. The communication with the staff is easy and convenient. All information about check-in/staying/check-out is being given by messages and is very clear. If you need any help you can contact the manager. After booking you’ll also receive a massages with useful information you may need during stay in Krakow. Also there is the cleaning service. 4. The Novumhouse cares about environment. There are different bins for sorting garbage and in the apartment are hanged tips on how to care too I’m very satisfied with my stay here, if I ever go to Krakow again, I will definitely choose Novumhouse for my stay

• Christina (8/5): - Schönes Zimmer in sehr praktischer Lage. In meinem Zimmer waren Vorhänge am gläsernen Bad angebracht, was in einigen älteren Bewertungen anders zu lesen war. Gleich gegenüber auf der Straße ist ein kleiner Supermarkt und es ist wirklich alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Was könnte verbessert werden: Ich hatte den Online Check In schon deutlich im Voraus gemacht und dort Info bekommen, die Check In Codes würden am Anreisetag ab 0h verfügbar sein. Leider wurde auf meine Mail vom frühen Morgen nach den Zugangsdaten bzw ob etwas falsch gelaufen sei erst zum Check in Zeitpunkt mit den Infos geantwortet. Also nicht wundern. Infos, die ich bekommen habe, waren alle englisch und gut verständlich.

• Eduardo (10/5): Modern Apartment in the Heart of Krakow's Historical Center - The location could not have been better. It is located right in the heart of Krakow's Historical Center. You could see the steeple of the Basilica of St. Mary from my apartment window and balcondy. In addition to the natural lights from outdoors, there was plenty of lights inside the home. You have a small balcony with a chair and small table that was ideal for having collecting my thoughts in the evening. The bed was very comfortable. The towels were thick. The walk-in shower was ideal. There is an electric tea kettle in the apartment. The common kitchen area is equipped with some dishes, toaster, and microwave oven. Take a deep breath and get ready to climb 5 floors to the apartment (without a lift) and enjoy the bird's eye views.
• Daniele (6/5): Overall good, check-in and communication bad - The apartment was located in good and strategic area. But it was at 5th floor without elevator in old building. Overall opinion is good for me because it was clean, comfortable room and also quite. But the check-in procedure is very difficult first time and it was writtend in only polish language. You'll receive lot of emails regarding procedures to check-in the apartment, and it was mentioned to receive all codes starting from your reservation time and automatically resent each 30mins using automation to guarantee your entry also for last minutes booking. For me wasn't true and I got lot of issues to join my room. Anyway the 24/7 assistance helped me and all issues has been solved, but I spent lot of time for that.

• Erik (5/5): Passable - This was advertised as "an apartment " on booking.com. In fact, it was a single room (en-suite) with a sink and microwave outside in a narrow corridor to be shared with another room. You never see any staff (with the exception of the cleaning lady, who was very friendly). You receive a code to the front door and then you retrieve a key with another code from a box. A bit impersonal. The location is excellent. My main issue is that you only get a room, not an apartment. If you pay a bit more, you can go to a hotel where breakfast would be available.

• Jodie (10/5): Perfect stay to be in the centre of the action - Amazing apartment just a stone throw away from the main square. Perfect spot to be right in the centre of where all the bars and restaurants are. We walked everywhere from here and was perfect for us. There’s not a lift so there’s a lot of steps to get up to the apartment but that’s just a minor when the apartment itself was so perfect. We were lucky enough to have had a balcony so had a lovely view of the top of the rynek glowny.

• Stephanie (8/5): Very good - Located very centrally, next to a very good milk bar. Clean and modern apartment. Easy check-in and out. Good air-con! Shower splashes everywhere, could benefit from sliding door between shower and the sink. No big deal as the place was very lovely and comfortable.

I was a bit confused with checking in but the lady on the phone was excellent in support. Please, note the property located on the highest floors with no elevator. It might be a challenge if you have a luggage. I hadn’t, donut was fine for me.
