• Walter (9/5): - Casa Alice hat eine sehr gute, ruhige Lage etwas außrhalb von Rovinj. Sie ist daher gut zu erreiceh und es gibt Parkplätze in der Nähe. Die Altstadt ist trotzdem in 20 min zu Fuß entlang des Hafens erreichbar. Hervorzuheben ist der freundliche Gastgeber und das hervorragende Frühstück. Nichts

Das Zusatzbett für unsere Tochter war unbequem - zu dünne Matratze und knarrendes Lattenrost Gestell. Die Doppelbetten sind hingegen sehr komfortabel.

• Susanne (10/5): Ein Haus in welches man gerne wieder für Ferien zurückkehrt! - Sehr aufmerksame und nette Gastgeber inklusive Personal, welches uns jeden Morgen mit einem äusserst umfangreichen Frühstücksbuffet mit selbst gebackenem Brot und vielen köstlichen Delikatessen verwöhnte. Das Frühstücken im wunderschönen und naturreichen Garten bleibt uns noch lange in Erinnerung. Fühlten uns auch im grosszügigen Zimmer mit Meersicht rundum wohl. We especially appreciated the glass of wine when we checked in. The location is very quiet with good parking. It's in more of a neighborhood. It was an easy and short walk into "town".

• Davorka (10/5): Izuzetno mjesto! - Posebno nam se svidjela izuzetna ljubaznost vlasnika i ostalog osoblja, zatim čistoća i urednost cijelog prostora. Soba je prostrana, lijepo uređena, prozračna, mirisna. Doručak je obilan i ukusan s domaćim kruhom i desertima. Objekt je na odličnoj lokaciji, mirnoj i tihoj a za 10ak min lagane šetnje ste u samom centru grada. Vrlo je lako doći automobilom do lokacije i imaju vlastiti, besplatan parking. Po dolasku, vlasnik nas je ponudio domaćom štrudlom od jabuka i domaćim rashlađenim vinom, što je vrlo lijepa gesta. Oduševljeni smo boravkom u Casa Alice i vraćamo se opet sigurno. 😊
• Ute (9/5): Perfekte Tage in der Casa Alice - Christian ist ein sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, es gab jeden Tag frisch gebackenes Brot und Kuchen. Seine Restaurantempfehlungen waren ebenfalls sehr gut. Außerdem hatten wir ein sehr großes sonniges Zimmer mit Balkon Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht, ist eine Whirlbadewanne, die nicht funktioniert hat (aber vielleicht konnten wir sie auch nicht richtig bedienen 😉), war aber auch nicht wichtig.
• Sonja (10/5): Alles perfekt! - Die Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft sind perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, die ruhige Lage sowie das Frühstück haben uns begeistert. Das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig in ca. 15 Minuten erreichbar. Wir kommen wieder!

Fietsen gratis te huren, daarmee snel in de stad (4-5 min) of op het strand. Wandelen naar stad ook mogelijk 15-20 min. Heerlijk ontbijt elke dag. Uitermate vriendelijk personeel. Wifi op de kamers werkt niet zo goed
• willy (10/5): Eine Wohlfühloase - Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Wir sind früh am Morgen angereist und weil das Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, wurde uns ein Frühstück angeboten. Das Zimmer hat unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Mit einer Dusche und einer Badewanne im Zimmer. Wir hatten unser Zimmer ebenerdig und hatten einen grosszügigen Gartensitzplatz. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und äusserst Aufmerksam. Wir fühlten uns die ganze Zeit ausgesprochen wohl im Hotel. Das Hotel besitzt einen grosszügigen Garten mit einem Pool und man frühstückt im Garten oder im Speisesaal Das Hotel ist klein und dadurch sehr familiär Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt. Zu empfehlen für Menschen, welche die Ruhe zu schätzen wissen. Die 25 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt nach Rovinj haben wir sehr gerne in Kauf genommen.

• wilhelm (9/5): Durchweg ein erholsamer Urlaub. - Das Team war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Es wurde uns ,wenn es möglich war, jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Die gute Atmosphäre innerhalb des Teams ist spürbar und wirkte sich somit auch positiv auf unseren Urlaub aus. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, mit frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, frischem Brot und Kuchen . Dieser wurde auch nachmittags zum Kaffee angeboten. Die Beleuchtung über dem Badezimmerspiegel ist unzureichend.

Abschalten und genießen! - Der Inhaber und das gesamte Personal sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht, einem den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Großzügigkeit von Kristijan muss hier ausgesprochen werden!!! Der Garten, der Pool, viele Handtücher, schöne Liegen bereiten haben uns schöne Tage am Pool beschert. Außerdem gibt es leckeren Kuchen und immer frisches Obst. Für uns war es top!

• Elena (10/5): Großartige Wohlfühloase! - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön hergerichtet: ein typisch istrisches Haus wurde modern hergerichtet, hat aber seinen ursprünglichen Charme behalten. Die Zimmer waren sehr groß; wir hatten sogar eine Badewanne im Schlafzimmer - zusätzlich zur Dusche im Badezimmer. Der Pool war sehr schön, es gab viele Schatten Plätze durch tolle Olivenbäume. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich - wir haben Wein und frisch gebackenen Kuchen bekommen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker: frisch gepresster O-Saft, selbst gebackenes Brot und Kuchen, viel Obst und Gemüse, tolle Qualität. Eine Eierspeise wurde auch immer frisch nach Wunsch zubereitet: gekocht, als Spiegel- oder Rührei. Insgesamt war das Personal sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen und hilfsbereit (haben gute Restaurant-Tipps erhalten). Toll war auch, dass man sich kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen konnte - dies war vor allem super um ins Zentrum schnell zu gelangen.

Vi blev taget godt i mod af værten og følte os straks velkomne. Casa Alice er som en lille oase, hvor man kan svømme i poolen, læse i skyggen under et figentræ og bare slappe af og hygge sig med familien. Stedet får vores bedste anbefalinger.

• Anna (8/5): Ein schöner Aufenthalt etwas außerhalb... - Äußerst freundliches Personal, tolles Frühstück mit hausgemachten Kuchen, Eigerichten und frischem Orangensaft. Lage sehr ruhig (Ausnahme wenn das Zimmer zu nah am Frühstücksraum liegt, dann ist man leider früher munter). Fahrräder zum Ausborgen, Strand recht nah. Wir gehen gerne und viel aber die Lage ist schon ziemlich abseits des Zentrums von Rovinj, v.a. wenn man dort auch noch stundenlang unterwegs ist spürt man die extra Kilometer. Die stylischen Fotos auf Booking erwecken den Eindruck es handle sich um einen Luxus-Spa, was aber nicht der Fall ist. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht ganz.

The outdoor setting was peaceful and relaxing. • Christer (9/5): fint litet hotell som vi gärna återvänder till - utmärkt frukost, fin trädgård och pool, mycket trevlig värd och personal allt var bra
• Cornelis (10/5): - Heel leuk en vriendelijk personeel, super ontbijt en je kon heerlijk rustig liggen bij het zwembad. Je kon goede mountainbikes lenen en binnen 5 minuten was je in het centrum van Rovinj. Echt een aanrader.
• Csilla (10/5): Szèp ,csöndes hangulatos hely,nagyon kedves tulajonossal. - Minden tökéletes volt,a tulajdonos kedvessége,hogy egy welcome itallal és hàzi sütivel fogadott minket.A teljes személyzet igazán kedves. A szállás szép,nagyon hangulatos a medence partján reggelizni,vagy csak beszélgetni.Szuper volt,hogy a tulajdonos ingyen biztosított kerékpàrt,amivel körbementünk Rovinjban. A sötétítő függöny szàmunkra nem sötétített elèggé(de ez egyéni igény).

• lucieinthesky (10/5): A cozy, classy, oasis of calm. - Everything. Great location - short (15 min) walk to beach or into Rovinj Beautiful calm, surroundings, birds singing and Shade from trees. Plenty of space around pool not to feel crowded. The food was exceptional and breakfast, the best we've had anywhere. Peaceful, comfortable large and airy room (we had deluxe with spa bath) Christian and his staff make the place feel more like a homestay than a hotel. The photos don't do it justice. Leaving. I miss the homemade cake.
• Marcus (10/5): - Absolut aussergewöhnliches Frühstück. Jeden Morgen frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Jeden Tag morgens frisch gebackene Brote und Kuchen, die es auch zur Happy Hour gab - frei zu nehmen und geniessen - absolut abwechslungsreich. Wir haben uns vortrefflich erholt. Merci vielmals.
• Zoltán (10/5): Stílusos és hangulatos - A szoba és az egész ház a kerttel stílusos és hangulatos. A medence kényelme a napozóágyakkal, a kertben lévő fák árnyékában kiemelkedő. A reggeli minőségi és ízletes a házi sütésű kennyérrel és süteményekkel. Utóbbit napközben is lehet fogyasztani akár a medence partján. Jó szívvel ajánlom az igényes és színvonalas környezetben pihenésre vágyóknak. Külön plusz pont az ott tartózkodásunk során ingyen biztosított kerékpár.
• Roger Hart (9/5): Delightful hotel just outside Rovinj - The people, the welcome, the splendid breakfast. Really quiet during the night too. More of a note - it's a 20 min walk into Rovinj centre : good for the step count.
• Betti_Hall (9/5): Ruhige Unterkunft mit perfektem Ambiente und Personal. - Der Host und das Personal waren total zuvorkommend. Perfektes Service. Bei der Ankunft haben wir direkt ein Willkommens-Getränk und selbst gebackenen Kuchen bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut angelegt, angenehm groß und sehr sauber. Der Balkon und dessen Ausblick waren zum Träumen. Das Frühstück war exzellent mit frisch gebackenem Brot und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft. Sehr empfehlenswert auch für jüngere Gäste. Sehr ruhige Lage, Innenstadt und Strand aber auch fußläufig erreichbar. Keine Wünsche blieben offen. Alles bestens.
