• Paulo Junior (8/5): Están dejando a desear mucho - Las instalaciones del hotel del Hotel están Ok, los personales también soy muy educados Dios mío gente como ustedes no evolucionan, ustedes sabían que iban mucha gente, no tenía personal en la piscina, no tenía música Dios mío parecía un velorio, solo mi familia alquiló 8 habitaciones, es deprimente como ustedes no mejoraron nadie, tienen que evoluir gente, esta fue mi 3ª vez en el hotel, y para mí no vale más por el servicio no entiendo, tienen todo en la mano y van a perder, yo no quedo más en Savoy por un buen tiempo, yo tuvo que pedir para poner música, yo tenía que quedar yendoo al teléfono todo el tiempo para pedir porque no tenía nadie en la piscina. El desayuno una vergüenza gente por favor yo empezar a reír cuando vi kkkkkkk Creo que el problema es la gerencia. Tiene que mejorar ver los detalles Estuve el del 10 al 12 de abril

• Larissa (8/5): - The hotel is modern and has a nice breakfast buffet. People were very nice. The lacking details of attention don't align with the cost of the hotel. No help with the luggage, no one taking us to our room, they didn't have enough key cards for everyone to have one. One of the rooms was only set up for 2 people when we booked for 3. The staff was very nice though.

• Alexander Felix (6/5): - Suite sehr schön, sauber und schöne Aussicht. Am ersten Tag kein Internet. Nach 3 mal reklamieren am 2. Tag Internet mit schlechtem Signal. Nur in einer Ecke des Zimmers war es möglich mit dem Handy Internet zu haben. Balkon sehr groß, aber keine Möbel vorhanden oder ein Sonnenschutz um den Balkon zu genießen. Kellner war sauer als wir am Freitag am Pool etwas bestellt haben, mit der Aussage Freitag ist kein Pool Tag. Essen hat in den letzten Jahren an Qualität nachgelassen.

Die Lage ist nicht die allerbeste, da man recht weit zum Strand hat, allerdings sind Taxis (z.B. Uber) günstig. Der Swimmingpool ist nicht so schön wie andere auf unserer Reise im Restaurant zieht es und es ist etwas zu kalt

El hotel impecable en limpieza y confortabilidad El baño tiene puertas de vidrio y abierta a los costados. No da la intimidad adecuada si compartes la habitación. La ducha no tiene suficientes colgadores para toallas y ropa, resulta muy incomodo.

• lubigon (7/5): CATEGORÍA DEMASIADO ALTA PARA LO QUE OFRECE. - Ubicación. -Pedí habitación matrimonial, nos dieron una con una cama supletoria, que ocupaba espacio. - Solo había una mesilla a un lado de la cama, en vez de una a cada lado. - Dejé un poco sucio el bidé, a propósito, y no se limpió, solo se limpió por encima. - El desayuno escaso, zumos no naturales, fruta no muy buena. -Y para remate, al hacer la salida (check out), nos dicen que tenemos que esperar un momento, porque tienen que revisar la habitación. Nos debieron ver cara de ladrones o algo así, ¡lamentable para un hotel de esa categoría! No repetiría la estancia.

The extremely loud music in the night, you can't sleep till 4AM when they have events. Music was very loud also at swimming pool and restaurant making difficult conversation. Breakfast wasn't great in quality and variety.

Hermoso, excelente restaurante y personal muy bien capacitado que provee un excelente servicio. Está prácticamente sobre el malecón (costanera) lo que trae aparejado un elemento adicional positivo para elegirles.

• Karl (8/5): Nice hotel in Encarnacion - Great hotel in Encarnacion. We only stayed a couple nights, but really enjoyed the hotel. Located not too far from the city center, and the hotel staff were absolutely great.
• Gareth (9/5): Superb - Good hotel in a nice area. Swimming pool (with towels) and a gym. Spacious room and excellent breakfast. The hotel looks onto the riverfront. The walk to the beach and most of the principal restaurants is about 1-1.5 Km. However the walk along the riverfront to the beach is beautiful. Uber works well and is really cheap.
