- Laura (8/5): Great location so would serious;y consider staying there again. - Room was clean, and spacious, and parking was was very convenient. Staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. Probably a one off, but had some issues with the door key not working upon arrival. Took 3 trips to the front desk, and the help of the custodian to fix the issue. I was on a deadline for an event so just made it in time. Would have much preferred to relax for 20-30 minutes after a long drive.

- Peter (7/5): - Hotel is easy to find, c.ose to central corre of Kingston (bt car) Breakfast was included, but tasted as if it had been prepared the day before and warmed up.
- Marion (8/5): 100% worth staying at if you are there for Queens picks ups and drop offs or business. - Breakfast is the best here by far.
Hotel layout is nice and the location to Queens the best. Easy parking. I found the bed almost too soft. My wife was fine being lighter. I sunk pretty deep. Its the softest hotel bed I have encountered. Not sure if all the rooms were like that.
- Nash (8/5): - Convenient for our needs. Quiet location. Close to air canada bus connector. Access to restaurants close by.

- Nicole (8/5): - The old world feel . The staff at the breakfast buffet were exceptional The bed was very uncomfortable
- Susanne (8/5): -
- Jayne (8/5): Great room - Friendly staff.
Large room with large comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities & fridge in the room. Large bathroom with toiletries provided.
Spotlessly clean
45 min walk to downtown, but lovely lakeside walk for much of it.
Hot & cold breakfast available. Plenty of choice & tasty dishes. Bathroom shower very antiquated, not very powerful and only lukewarm water available in the evening.
Bar facilities limited to conference groups. Dining facilities reduced depending on conferences.

- Robyn (8/5): Comfortable, clean, great breakfast - Full breakfast was excellent The building and decor is dated but not in a charming "historic house" way
- daveparth93 (9/5): - Cleanliness. Size of the room. Free parking.

- Stuart (8/5): - Great breakfast Everything was good

- judith (8/5): Very good. - The property is very central and you can easily get around Kingston. It is very close to Queens campus if you are visiting your student! Free outdoor parking and hot breakfast is a plus. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It is abit dated. The television is ancient. The water took a very long time warm up for my morning shower( 10 minutes). I should note this has never happened before on any of my stays). It was fine on day 2.

Freundliches Personal jeglichen Alters.
Gutes Frühstück. Es war alles bestens.
- Carole (9/5): - Breakfast was really good.
- Colin (9/5): The excellent staff were top rate. - Staff were excellent, as was the breakfast choice. Location very good for the University locations. Shower height in en-suite (minor but noy great for tall people).
- Neville (8/5): - Location, breakfast Old tv...need a smart tv
- Brent (9/5): Good value - Quiet No swimming pool
- Sandra (7/5): -
- Carol (9/5): Had a nice overnight stay here with an exceptional breakfast. - The room was a good size and comfortable. The staff were very friendly too. We were pleasantly surprised to see such a large choice of good food for breakfast. The staff serving us at breakfast were very pleasant as well. The TV is a little outdated as it was a bit blurry and on the small size.
- Davida (10/5): Charming - Breakfast - exceptional, the staff who served Breakfast absolutely wonderful N/A
- Chaundra (10/5): Stay here whenever I’m in town visiting my queen’s student. Breakfast is great, rooms are comfortable and can’t beet the - Convenient. Clean, comfortable.

- Sky (10/5): A comfortable lively environment in a lovely building. Staff was respectful and helpful. Great groun - The breakfast was excellent- well prepared and graciously served. Fresh ingredients and good coffee 0
- Newton (9/5): Super cozy and comfy! - I loved the room. The bathroom was super huge and roomy. The pillows on the bed were very comfy and soft. I think I even fell asleep by accident while just lying on one. I did not try the free breakfast but I am glad that it was available. On some of the towels there were several long hairs. That must have been some oversight from room maintenance.
- joanne (9/5): -
- Ying (8/5): -
- Ahmed (8/5): Solid choice, close to Queen’s U - Solid 3-star conference hotel in close proximity to Queen’s U. Staff was great, breakfast buffet ample, and bed comfy. Parking is included. You get exactly what you pay for.
- Helen (10/5): Already booked for next trip in Jun. - Clean and quiet. Front desk staff looks like students and are all very polite and helpful. Buffet breakfast options are decent. Water from Shower can be stronger.
- Keegan (10/5): - I am so impressed. Smooth and easy stay with a genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive staff.
- Michelle (6/5): -
- Elaine (9/5): Lovely - Location
Quiet area

- Chaundra (10/5): Will definitely stay here again! - Comfortable, convenient, excellent breakfast!
We will definitely be returning! - Easy to find, easy to park, great staff, a beautiful breakfast and dining room, close to downtown, very clean room, comfortable bed, lots of pillows and bedding, a very large room, quiet room, gorgeous neighbourhood. Lots of towels and great liquid soap, shampoo and lotion. They had a makeup mirror, portable fan and an iron. I would recommend providing a bar of facial soap, instead of only liquid.
The coffee maker didn't work 😞 But, I found out later that we could have gotten a carafe of coffee for our room from the kitchen.
- Megan (10/5): Great location, wonderful staff! - Close proximity to Queens and a great breakfast!

- Martin (8/5): Compared Bonvoy, you had ALL the main things right, but it was only the secondary features lacking. - Room was great esp the bed. We had booked an early arrival time and it was immediately remembered. The breakfast was great! Although the early arrival was done immediately upon arrival we would have liked to get a confirmation -- instead nothing!
Bathroom could have been a little cleaner.
- Jackie (8/5): I would recommend this property to friends and clients. - The breakfast was very good. The lunches served on the two days we had meetings there were excellent. And so were the snacks during our breaks! The rooms were nice and clean but in need of some upgrading.....looking a bit tired.

- Yahia (6/5): -
- Anna (9/5): I really enjoyed my stay. -
- Evan (10/5): -
- Patricia (9/5): Beautiful place - Location was perfect for what we wanted to do. Breakfast awesome WiFi poor and had to redo every 24 hrs. Shower lacked good pressure
- stanley (8/5): The accommodation met our expectations. The property was very beautiful - The breakfast was outstanding.
- Jane (7/5): I'd stay again - Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly
Location was excellent for easy access to downtown/Queen's university and on bus line. A bit dated in terms of decor and smelled like an old university hall.
- Nick (9/5): - Included breakfast was fantastic, better than any other hotel i have stayed at, was definitely the hightlight of our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wasn't really anything I didn't like. Bathroom in the room was a little tight, but not bad. Soap that was provided in the room was not the greatest.
- Derek (7/5): We loved the location and the quiet, large grounds. - Very nice breakfast. Taste and variety. Beautiful, inviting, open space. Too much foot traffic sounds in the morning. Bath was not very comfortable.
- Theodoros (10/5): -
- Ruth (9/5): - Buffet breakfast was impressive and included excellent table service. Room felt safe and quiet. Bed was very comfortable.
- Michael (8/5): -
- Matthew (9/5): - breakfast was great rooms clean no pool bar bug lites sat outside
- McKenna (8/5): - Perfect for an overnight stay! We would stay here again as it was comfortable and the right price in comparison to other hotels in Kingston. The hallways can be loud with voices heard through out the night until about 1 am.
- Carolyn (10/5): -
- Christine (10/5): -
- Ann (9/5): Unique and good experience - Breakfast are very nice, also the staffs are kind and polite. Historical style very cool
- Lynn (8/5): -
- Nikhil Ks (10/5): Loved it, would return again for sure. - Very good service, fantastic breakfast. Little bit far from the centre.
- Stefano (9/5): -
- Fabrizio (10/5): -
- Caroline (8/5): Very good - Breakfast just ok Breakfast
- Ivana (10/5): Excellent location close to Queens U, Breakfast is a nice bonus. - Location, Breakfast included, consistent price. Bathrooms should be renovated
- Arman (3/5): -
- Yan (10/5): -
- Natalie (9/5): Confortable Stay - The staff was excellent, and the facilities clean and well maintained.
- Sarah (8/5): -
- Viviana (10/5): Amazing -
- Carley (7/5): -
- lin (10/5): -
- James (2/5): Disappointing. - Couldn't sleep from the noise of partyers in the corridors that started around 11am. Finally got up and checked out around 4am. Complained to the front desk, they said they would let the manager know. They refunded me $20 from a $225 dollar room charge. Totally inadequate response.
- Jacqueline (9/5): -
- Mark (9/5): -
- Margaret (8/5): Awesome thanks! - Location
Exceptional breakfast!
- Brice (7/5): -
- Alex (6/5): It was okay, a 6/10. - Good location. The bathroom is poorly laid out with not enough room for drying after shower and you have to lean way off toilet to reach toilet paper. The change room for pool was co-ed? the hot tub was only warm, there was nowhere to put your towel and shoes outside so they stayed dry while in pool. There is one small covered area with hooks that people just threw your stuff on the ground to access theirs, as there was nowhere else to put things. The guy at pool was unfriendly and sat on his phone.
