I love the friendly and quiet atmosphere. I felt at home all the time. From knowing nothing about this place to becoming my destination for the future.

- Clarissa (10/5): Wonderful little boutique... - This is an amazing little boutique hotel in the city of Managua.... Hotel staff and the grounds were amazing as well, the cook is magnificent. Me and my family loved this little jewel of a place and wish we could have stayed here longer.

- radi (10/5): Sehr schönes Hotel in exklusiver Nachbarschaft. - Bei unserem Nicaragua-Aufenthalt waren wir zum Ende unserer Reise noch ein zweites Mal im Timeless. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war der besonders freundliche Service. Amanda hat uns einfach jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Auch unser Gepäck das wir für einen kleinen Trip auf Corn Island nicht benötigten könnten wir im Hotel deponieren. Alles kein Problem. Wir können das Hotel wirklich nur empfehlen.

Very friendly and helpful staff with even more friendly owner on site who is eager to make sure your stay is great. Locked compound in a non central part of the city means there is not much to do outside of the hotel, but the staff are more than happy help with transportation to and from the airport or any destination you may choose to be traveling to.

- Bree (8/5): Cute boutique hotel. - Nice place to stay in Managua about 30 mins from airport. Felt safe in this area and the hotel staff was very friendly. There were some cob webs around the lamps so this could be improved but overall nice place. Great jacuzzi and pool.
- Noel (2/5): Terrible experience - Too expensive for the poor conditions, the bed is uncomfortable, the a/c does not work it spilled water and damaged some documents I had. The shower is terrible, there were hair on the floor, spider on my towel and the water drops poorly from the shower. Worst experience I have ever had in Managua and I go there once every two months for the past 6 years

He offered us free drinks and use of the pool and restaurant. And took it a step further and found us a comparable room at another hotel. He was kind enough to drive to the other hotel with us and get them to honor our reservation price. They really made something good out a bad situation.

- Marc (10/5): A Real Gem - Beautiful modern design. Large rooms, great common space,large beautiful rooms and two hosts (owners) who made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was great and innovative. My only reservations are the location which is an expensive taxi ride to central city areas and some staff who would benefit from additional training. My only negative experience was when the owner volunteered to drive us to and from a restaurant he recommended, but failed to indicate there would be a charge (very reasonable).
- Mary T. (10/5): Oasis - Timeless Boutique Hotel is a hidden oasis in the sea of dust, noise and sweat of Managua. There is a marked drop in temperature upon entering the leafy neighborhood of walled enclaves. This hotel is a recently re-designed (read fresh, crisp and immaculate) contemporary house/mansion with comfortable, relaxing common spaces that include a patio, dining room and pool/Jacuzzi area. I also saw an exercise machine. The property is walled and is on a quiet street. The room was very nice and the air conditioning was a refreshing treat after a day of sticky cab and bus travel. A delicious dinner of chicken, vegetables and potatoes was the best meal I had in Nicaragua. Hosts Amanda and Lindsay were outstanding. I would stay here again.

- Chris (10/5): Great personalized Experience - We were greeted by Lindsey after a long car ride with information about the city and an offer for some home made soup and a ride to get to a great restaurant. When he found out we had an early flight, he said he would wake up at 5am to cook us a nice egg breakfast so we would have energy for our flight. To say they were accommodating would be a big understatement. The room was quiet and this was a much more personalized experience then staying at a regular hotel.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great boutique home/hotel in Managua - The hotel is very new, so some things are still being completed and worked out, but it is very nice, very clean, and very secure. The staff is wonderful and got me taxis to and from where I needed to go quite easily.
- Verified traveler (6/5): nice hotel but wouldn't stay again - the hotel was further from the airport than i was lead to believe, even though the hotel offered transportation which was nice it was very pricey and would of been cheaper to stay across the street from the airport at a more expensive hotel but no transportation cost. Also the hotel advertised jacuzzi tubs in every room which is the main reason why I booked this hotel and upon arrival this wasn't the correct information. The rooms were clean and the included breakfast was good but was highly disappointed about the stay.

The room was nice, but lacked appropriate plugin for computer and cell phone. Breakfast was good. I was there one night and my friends picked me up the next day and were given a tour, which was nice, but then were asked to pay for the coffee that was offerred to them. We thought that could easily have been complimentary in the interest of promoting their new hotel. All in all, it was OK.
