- Stella (7/5): The hotel and staff were good, beds/room not very comfortable. - The ambiance and design of the hotel was very elegant and original. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh products and good service. Location was good, except there was a lot of noise from the streets at night (student graduation period). The room was a bit too small and the beds rather small and not very comfortable.

- Anthony Jose (10/5): - The staff was great. I ordered the romantic package 24 hours in advance and the hotel was able to accommodate it - my partner loved it. The rooftop was great for a morning coffee or simply spending the night listening to the sounds of the town. The decorations were beautiful, inside the bedroom and around the hotel. One last comment: the hotel is on a quiet street but close enough to the "action" of Cádiz. Nothing, everything was perfect.

- ROSELYNE RIVOIRARD (8/5): - Emplacement idéal pour partir à la découverte de Cadix à pied. Personnel charmant. Chambre très jolie et bien équipée. Le manque d'isolation phonique avec les chambres voisines, on entendait tout ce qui se passait dans les toilettes d'à côté, même au cœur de la nuit, le voisin étant à priori malade notre nuit fût compliquée. Dommage, mais à améliorer. Pour info nous occupions la chambre 305 au 3ème étage.

Un plus : nous nous sommes garés au parking reina Sofia juste à 5 mins de l hôtel à pied . Parking pas très cher et sur. Le seul bémol comme presque partout en Espagne , on entend les voisins côté salle de bain.

The room we had was a bit tired, rickety beds, dingy towels and the bed spreads could do with updating. Our room faced the road and was really noisy with everyone returning from the bars and restaurants until 2 in the morning. Then atrium noise from the reception area. If someone flushed the loo from the room above it sounded like the roof was caving in. I’d love to give this a higher score but it was just so noisy and I had trouble sleeping.

- MARTYN (7/5): It is rightly categorised as 2 star - Situated in old town. Whilst in the old town is a way from main attractions. Breakfast is adequate but samey, ok for a 1 night stay but not for more. Charged parking is available but very narrow access and as cars are "stacked" within it ingress and egress need to be planned and coordinated with hotel ,so not ideal if you plan to use the car during your stay. Aircon is room is very feeble.

Das Hotel liegt ruhig, in einer Seitenstraße der belebten Innenstadt, mittendrin und doch ganz ruhig wir hatten leider sehr laute Zimmernachbarn....

The roof top terrace was very comfortable as was our bedroom. Only minor issue- no coffee making facilities in the room. However the coffee from the bar was excellent.

The hotel and the room were gorgeous and reasonably spacious. The bed was unfortunately very firm and made sleeping rather uncomfortable. We both found ourselves tossing and turning and waking up often throughout the night.

- Simona (10/5): Excellent - A small but very beautiful, romantically decorated room; the bathroom is spacious and clean. The entire hotel is very stylishly furnished. The breakfast is good and nicely served. We parked in the hotel garage for €18 per day. The hotel’s location is very good. The entire old town of Cádiz, with its many interesting streets and charming little shops, is easy to explore on foot. We were welcomed very warmly and given all the necessary information. This is also why we have such fond memories of our stay in Cádiz. We would love to come back. /

- Marco (10/5): Hotel pieno di charme nel cuore di Cadice - Hotel molto caratteristico e accogliente, situato in una posizione perfetta nel centro storico di Cadice. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e confortevoli, con uno stile tradizionale davvero affascinante. Staff super gentile, disponibile e sempre pronto ad aiutare. Ottima anche l’atmosfera generale della struttura, molto rilassante. Nel complesso un soggiorno davvero piacevole, consigliatissimo. Si sentono leggermente i rumori provenienti dalla strada o dagli ambienti esterni, ma nulla di particolarmente fastidioso.

Parking is a bonus but trying to find the hotel and park is not for the faint hearted. Breakfast was very nice also. Loved every but bed was a little hard.

- Jennifer (9/5): Excellent location & nice room & bathroom - Good location & facility One of the beds dip a bit, could have had some coffee/ tea facilities in the room. Pretty quiet, except a man talking in the street at 4am in the morning.

- Sharon (10/5): Excellent hotel, easy walking distance to everything in historic centre of Cádiz - Beautifully decorated with such attention to detail, creating a tranquil environment. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of hooks, a wardrobe, case stand and chair so easy to keep holiday clutter tidy. We loved the roof terrace with comfy seating to sit or lie on and made good use of this space. We also loved the lounge which was cosy and had books and games available. The staff were so helpful and friendly they made us feel very welcome and at home. Breakfast was continental with a good selection of breads to toast, cheese ham and pate and lovely granola, yoghurt and fruit but no egg unless you ordered some for the following day. We will definitely use this hotel again when we return. 😊 Nothing
- Penny (7/5): - The location was excellent. All staff were good, helpful and friendly. The bedrooms were quite functional with no exrra cushions or throws to make it more cosy. The decor was okay but a bit thrown together. Eg 4 different lamp types in the bathroom. We would have appreciated tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

- Gordon (9/5): The decor and atmosphere were great and the staff very attentive. - Centrally located. A genuine old style hotel. The lady who signed us in and helped us park our car in the underground car park was brilliant. Thank you. The basins were not in the bathroom.
