Malgré le tarif relativement élevé de cette chambre, plusieurs problèmes ont été constatés, notamment en matière de propreté générale (empreinte de chaussure de la femme de chambre dans le bac de douche ; une brosse de toilettes qui n'avait manifestement jamais servi, car elle était coincée dans son support et ne pouvait être retirée ; les toilettes avaient besoin d'un bon nettoyage, tout comme le sol). Deuxièmement, pour une chambre de ce prix, on s'attendrait à trouver une bouteille d'eau ou quelque chose de ce genre à l'arrivée. La chambre était décrite comme disposant de mobilier d'extérieur, mais il n'y en avait pas sur notre mini-terrasse ; nous avons dû aller en chercher nous-mêmes. La pelouse du jardin n'avait pas été tondue et, comme le portail n'était accessible qu'en présence du personnel, on se retrouvait en quelque sorte prisonnier dès que celui-ci rentrait chez lui le dimanche soir ; je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié cela. Il faudrait un code d'accès pour le portail.

Les efforts du personnel pour pallier l absence d attention clients de la Direction Une chambre chère pour des nuits à 15 degrés dans notre chambre et sans aucun chauffage alors qu il faisait -4 dehors dans la chambre de notre amie sans que la Direction n ait décidé de remonter le chauffage. Seul le salon de l hôtel pouvait être chauffé via une cheminée et il n y avait plus de bois pour ce faire dès le troisième jour. Escalier dangereux dans notre suite. Ni service ni ménage de chambre pendant le séjour. Aucun éclairage la nuit pour aller du parking de l hôtel à sa porte d entrée. Tout ceci nous a fait penser que la Direction privilégie sa structure de coûts au confort élémentaire de ses clients pour un hôtel qui ne mérite définitivement pas les trois étoiles qu’il arbore.

Clare (7/5): Lovely building, nice pool, good food but felt that the Hotel was set up more for conference guests. - The pool was a welcome addition as we had been on a hot drive. The Dinner was very good. We did not like having to walk to the other end of the hotel to find our room. The air-conditioning in the room was not working. The beds were very hard. The shabby chic look was expected but not well executed. We did not enjoy having to lie on the concrete with a cushion beside the pool and there was very little information from staff when we arrived as to where to get towels etc. We did not have breakfast as we felt it was somewhat pricey for a continental breakfast. after dinner we wished to play card games and we were directed back into the body of the hotel and upstairs into a rather strange empty un-atmospheric room, presumably used for conferences. There was no way of getting a drink or Coffee as there were no staff around at all.
Laetitia (8/5): Excellente expérience et joli séjour dans un très beau cadre - Accueil, personnel vraiment sympa et à l'écoute. la maison a beaucoup de caractère et est savamment aménagée, décorée. Les chambres également ont du caractère. Le restaurant sur place est un "must" , qualité du personnel, plats raffinés, et personnel qui a été à l'écoute pour les menus enfants par exemple. Nombreuses installations telles que le billard, les jeux anciens, les pièces de lecture... une jolie découverte que nous aimerions reproduire. Le petit déjeuner était top Arrivés un jour de pluie, une fuite d'eau dans la chambre obligeait à mettre des serviettes. Le personnel a réagi rapidement pour essayer de trouver une solution. Pas de clim (même si personnellement je n'ai pas eu besoin).

Naomi (8/5): - お庭に自然が溢れていて良い雰囲気だが、蚊が入ってくるため窓を開けられない。四人部屋のダブルベッドが屋根裏にあり、エアコン、扇風機といった空調がないので、猛暑の中では暑すぎた。

Berend (8/5): - Geen standaard kamer, ik denk omgebouwde boerderij. Romantisch en we hadden een hele fijne douche. Restaurant was ook prima. Daarna was ontbijt was wel tegenvaller. Basis op orde, maar had ook iets meer van vleeswaren e.d verwacht. Maar verantwoord was het wel:)

stephanie (7/5): Déception - Les extérieurs sont très beaux, la piscine est aussi magique La réceptionniste est très agréable Nous avons trouvé le personnel plutôt jeune, ce qui engendre un espèce de laxisme et des attitudes relativement familières qui ne correspondent pas au cadre et style de l'hôtel Très déçu par le dinner au restaurant, nous ne trouvons pas justifié les 12.50 € en supplément pour le foie gras, nous ne sommes pas contre un supplément sur ce type de produit mais là c'est clairement abusé, nous voilà avec 25 € déjà de supplément pour 2 petites portions de foie gras (autour de 5 ou 6 € par supplément est largement acceptable) a part 1 ou 2 plats, il doit systématiquement etre rajouté un supplément de 5 € par plat... 2 entrées et 1 plats nous voilà avec 30 € de supplément Erreur sur la facture du restaurant pensez a vérifier Nous pensions avoir la climatisation, nous avons eu un purificateur d'air, mais apparemment nous avons mal lu car il n'est pas indiqué la climatisation dans la liste des équipements de la chambre c'est donc une erreur de notre part Le petit déjeuner est aussi assez cher, alors oui des produits locaux mais pas énormément de choix, pas de jus d'orange alors que c'est la base d'un petit déjeuner alors qu'il y a un autre jus mais qui ne peut pas convenir a tout le monde surtout au petit déjeuner Nous attendions beaucoup mieux de cet hôtel
FRANCOIS (9/5): On y retournera !!! - Tout ! Le cadre est somptueux ! Personnel au top ! Le ménage (aspirateur) approximatif dans la chambre à l’arrivée, qui a été vite pris en charge par le personnel.

Pierre (9/5): Le luxe à la campagne. - Ayant apprécié cet établissement il y a prés de 20 ans, nous y sommes revenus pour une fête de famille et n'avons pas été déçus. L'accueil est toujours chaleureux et l'architecte Jean-Philippe GAUTIER a réalisé là une magnifique restauration. Le parc et la piscine permettent une totale relaxation dans un environnement de pleine nature. Attention à ne pas en faire trop sous prétexte d'Ecolabel...
