• Hayden (5/5): It was okay, definitely won’t return. - Everyone was very friendly Our room wasn’t the cleanest, there were gum on the baseboards & I thought that was kinda gross, as well as the shower had hair all in it. We checked in around 10:30-11pm so I just cleaned it myself.

• Kimberly (7/5): Nice, quite, peaceful. - Really enjoyed the stay. Had a wonderful time with family. We got charged for an extra $20.00. for an early Reservation check in when it had stated plainly stated that there was allotted reservation times for us to choose from, like am or pm for example. I am still waiting to hear something back from management on that issue.

The rooms were dirty, we booked a jacuzzi suite for three days, we had to move twice, first the tub didn't work and room was FILTHY. 2nd room we checked to make sure everything worked, was also very dirty and had some kind of large beetles in it, needless to say I didn't even move my stuff into that room FINALLY the 3rd room was ok enough for us to stay in ALTHOUGH WE CLEANED IT OURSELVES. But the first night the light over the tub blew, and the adjustable shower head DID NOT ADJUST. Also the first day we were there we left to explore and when we got back we were LOCKED OUT of our room that was PAID FOR... Needless to say I wasnt happy... But the beautiful state and scenery made it all worth it. Won't go cheap next time. You really do get what you pay for 🤷

Water continuously poured over the front edge & onto the floor. I did sleep well while there, so the king size bed was surprisingly comfort. This particular Red Roof is making changes in the right direction.

• Melissa (4/5): - Check in was easy, staff member at check in was perfectly cordial. The room however was a huge letdown. Had I not been exhausted and noticed how poor the housekeeping was, we would not have stayed the night. We were only staying long enough to sleep a few hours while traveling. Cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. The toilet behind the toilet seat was unclean as pictured prior to use. The shower bar had black mold that I was able to easily wipe of with tp. If I could wipe it away so easily, it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Brown streaks on the walls by the tp dispenser that I HOPE aren’t what they looked like. There were marks on the mirror so it obviously hadn’t been cleaned well. I also found a massive cockroach (legit appx 1.5 inches long) by the ac unit as we were leaving. Never again!

I did not feel safe, s - The entire location of the property were covered in company, work trucks and man by the 20s and 30s groups of men were hanging out drinking in groups out on the property. I did not feel safe.

• Terry (4/5): Disappointing - Book a room. And when I got there they told me it was under maintenance. That the only rooms they had were the ones with a spa tub in them. An it was going to cost me more. So I had no choice but to pay it. And then when i got in the room to take a shower they're was no hot water. So once again I had to get another room. So it was late as hell when I finally got to get in the bed.

• Janelle (2/5): - The first room I was given smelled like smoke but was a “non-smoking” room. The second room had bedbugs and when I was offered a new room I left and asked for a refund. The team at Expedia has still not been able to get ahold of them which is a massive disappointment.
• Victoria (10/5): Pleasant - Hotel staff was wonderful and accomodating, even when our reservation was "cancelled" even after the fact of maintaining contact with the front desk throughout the night, it was somehow cancelled, but the gentelman at the front desk, upon arrival was more than helpful and had managed to get things squared away where we were not inconvienced at all.
