There are two court yard aside from the grassy area that we used for when we needed better wifi; the wifi in our room wasn’t great and kept cutting out for me. It’s gated, safe, in a great location for walking around downtown Cuernavaca. Would stay here again
- Walter (10/5): - I just may have found my new favorite property in Centro. The garden and the common spaces are great. The staff are responsive and the food is delicous. The bathroom could use a sprucing up and the water runoff from the jacuzzi tub surround can be annoying while showering but the staff is happy to bring more towels or clean it up for you. The toiletries smell amazing and they give you plenty including mosquito repellant. I didn't need to use it. Oh...the windows have screens if you want to open them versus using the AC. My only criticism would be the cleaning of the room. I hate stray hairs and there was quite a bit of long stray hairs on the floors. I assume they use brooms to clean the floors but a vacuum would do a better job. I'm bald so i notice these things and im a bit of a clean freak. I mentioned this to the front desk. I really enjoyed my stay and the property is close to everything so the walkability is great. It's quiet and calm and perfect for working remotely at the restaurant or any of the multiple seating areas available around the property. Las Mananitas is awesome but can be a scene and a bit too busy for me, especially since I'm often working remotely. I really appreciate the laid back, relaxed atmosphere without any pressure or dustractions. The staff is present but not overly doting. They were always within eyeshot and not in my face but aware and ready. The carrot cake i had with my breakfast was life-changing. Get some!

En la página de hoteles.com indica que tienen batas y pantuflas, sin embargo en las habitaciones no hay, y pedimos, si nos llevaron pero nos indicaron que ellos no tienen ese servicio. Buena ubicación a pocos pasos del centro de la ciudad.

- 773fernandod (10/5): Excellent place and experience!! - Looking for a hotel in downtown cuernavaca, we found this place and decided to go to see it. Alfredo, the boy in lobby, received us in a very kindle and warm way and explained us the hotel facilities and prices. We are very pleased and delighted with the experience, service and facilities of the place, all the suites include satelital TV, AC and Jacuzzi. The fact that there are few suites, allows you to have a very comfortable and quite rest. This hotel is located in Abasolo street, and parking is included!! We loved the hotel and sure to be back soon!! Thanks to Alfredo for all the help and service
- cagulla (6/5): Nice hotel, but overpriced... - It was an ok little hotel, with nice patio areas, it would've been better if I hadn't pay ~US$170 p/night (taxes included).... the pool was good, sadly only the Jacuzzi was heated and not the pool, and the rooms were large for a family (junior suite)
- SKBorealis (10/5): Perfect for a group of friends and family- rent the suites! - Recently stayed here with a group of 16 from the states. The suites are super well appointed, with good linens and luxe bathrooms. The breakfast buffet on Sundays is a treat for any foodie. The bar is very comfortable, and it is the perfect place for a group. The space hosts many events, and yet totally catered very closely to our midsize group of tourists. Ask the chef about his market to table excursions!!! Our departure was rocky due to a canceled transport, and the staff quickly found us a more comfortable and economical way to the Mexico City airport. I will definitely be staying there again- and am looking forward to it already!
- Marco-Giardiello (4/5): It's not a hotel, or a B&B - We fallowed recomendations for this place, and sincerely, I can't even say it is a hotel or a B&B. When we arrived, the desk receptionist, told us lies. We had a reservation for room 301, WITH air conditioned, she told us that was unable to give us that room, because they had a problem with it. They gave us room 401, WITHOUT air coditioned, and when I complaint, guess what room they gave us? The 301, and nothing had happend to the room. They have GOOD rooms and OLD rooms. The first they gave us was OLD and not pretty. The second one was very good, but in the third floor, and without elevators! Tried to have lunch, and the restaurant is closed from mondays to thursdays! Next day we had breakfast, and the breakfast is not included, then not a B&B They had only two or three employees, with almost NO training. Their garden has artificial grass, so we learned, that this place is really a place that they rent for events, thats why they need the artificial grass!

My father has lived in Cuernavaca for many years and it was the first time we did not stay in his apartment. We were very happy in the Casa de Campo. - AleLMC67 (8/5): Relaxing family time - To get away from Mexico City we planned a 3-day getaway to Cuernavaca and found this hotel through TripAdvisor. We went mid week (Tuesday-Thursday) which was perfect for our family as we were the only guests along with one other couple. This gave our family of 4 (2 children ages 11 and 8) the run of the hotel. Pros: the chickens and peacocks that roamed the gardens, full run of the small pool and hot tub area, many leisurely conversations with the very nice staff, short walking distance to the cathedral and downtown Cuernavaca, warm sunshine and clear skies every day. Cons: the restaurant was not open every day, small pool area that would have felt crowded if there had been other families staying in the hotel. We highly recommend Casa de Campo as a midweek getaway for a family.

The Japanese hens and peacocks are a nice complement to the experience. While the hotel is worth the stay, just a meal at the restaurant is nourish to the senses.
- Doisberto (10/5): it keeps improving all the time - At the first glance, it didn´t look like a fantastic place - an old building, informal staff, a pre-historic elevator which didn´t work. However, during the 24hs on which we stayed at Casa de Campo, we were completely absorbed by the "Granny house" environment where one feels like home. The staff is beyond friendly and reliable, the garden is so welcoming that we even had dinner on it, the food is good, everything just feels right. From my 2 year old son to my mother in law, everyone felt the good energy coming from this place. It is a 300 year-old house that was transformed into a fantastic place - this is how we felt by the time we were leaving. Will definitely return.
- Y3257AElaurab (8/5): Best wedding ever! - I had a wonderful time ... My cousin´s wedding was a dream! The hotel had everything I needed, the room was perfect and it was really close to the main plaza, breakfast delicioussss. I loved the details at the wedding ceremony... so romantic!
- 362sandrav (6/5): Convenient location only - Location is convenient to visit downtown. Needs renovation ( furniture and decorations, old and broken things with no design, it's colonial but not fashionable colonial style). Be careful : restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch, not for dinner from sunday to friday). It mostly used as a renting space for weddings.
- BlaBluppowitsch (10/5): An all-around wonderful experience - We have stayed in the hotel two times now, once as regular tourists and once for our wedding. From the friendly staff, to the beautiful building, to the impeccable wedding preparations, our experience has exceeded all our expectations. If you are planning any event in the Cuernavaca area, do yourself the favor to at least visit the Casa de Campo, walk around the beautiful garden, see the well-decorated rooms, and talk to the staff (esp. Hugo and Nayeli). I am sure you will be convinced quickly that this is the right place. Beyond this, the hotel is right in the city center, but still an oasis of tranquility. The restaurant serves very good Mexican food and even one of the best club sandwiches that I have ever had. And the rooms - especially the suites - have beautiful views of the garden. We will definitely be back to the Casa de Campo soon!
- Gloria (10/5): Great resort hotel - I just wanted to get away and relax, this was the perfect place. Lovely grounds, wonderful attentive staff, the food was excellent too,the pool was small though, but in comparison to everything else it really didn't matter.
- Susan (10/5): Great to be so close to everything! - We would come back and stay again at Casa de Campo, nothing negative to comment. it was great place to stay, we had teenage girls with us, and they thought it was "cool". They had everything that a big hotel could over but in a more intimate scale.
- smax21 (10/5): Wonderful first visit to Cuernavaca - This was my first visit to Cuernavaca. I had a great time and got to explore some of the most amazing parts of the city. We reconnected with some of my wife's old friends in Mexico who took us to some great restaurants in town. During our time in Cuernavaca we stayed at at the Casa de Campo. The hotel was great, centrally located just a block from main bus station and a few blocks from the Cathedral and the main square. They have beautiful Peacocks and other funny looking birds roaming around the garden. The rooms were very nice and the bed was super comfy. They have a delicious breakfast menu with the best hot chocolate made from authentic Mexican chocolate. I can't wait to visit Cuernavaca again and I'll definitely be staying at Casa de Campo when I do.
- mas406 (10/5): "A great place to stay in the heart of Cuernavaca" - I visited Cuernavaca for three days with my mom and my husband, we stayed in this gorgeous hotel " casa de campo" . The location was great we could go walking everywhere in town. The room was very comfortable, quite and clean. They had a chocolate natural soap and the restaurant has a unique variety of traditional dishes from many places in Morelos, we had the most delicious breakfast and buffet on Sunday. It's walking distance from both bus stations, the cathedral and the main plaza. I can't wait to go back for another visit.
