• Lea (8/5): Gute Lage direkt am See mit schönem Sitzplatz - Die Lage zum Nationalpark war super, und auch die direkte Lage am See war top. Alles in allem war es tipptopp, und wir würden es wieder buchen. Der äussere Eindruck könnte sicherlich etwas besser sein, aber das hat während des Aufenthalts nicht gestört. Der Lärm des Kühlschranks war etwas störend.

Shower has low pressure up to no water coming out from shower head at all for hours. Very disappointed n upset for no water during shower half way. The bed is too soft causing back pains. The Inn won't issue a refund for unused night. The Inn instructed us to contact booking.com for refund.

• Harshil (6/5): Once they fix the washroom door as that room gets opened most, everything was decent. - The location, cleanliness and the exactly same as mentioned in the pictures The washroom door was very squeaky, through the whole night it kept disturbing the sleep for everyone. They need to get that door fixed or else everything was fantastic.

I stayed in a rustic cabin that met my needs. Bed, kitchen etc were all adequate. They did not provide dish detergent and I ended up using shampoo.

Having your own personal fire pit by the water under the stars was amazing! No coffee makers in the room. Had to purchase coffee from a coffee maker in the lobby if you wanted one. No firewood available on site. Television didn't work
• Bernard (6/5): so I knew what I was getting, and I booked on Thanksgiving day happy to get a room but disappointed - great location right on the river, close to the Algocquin park, room nice stayed here before, so I knew what I was getting, very weak WIFI, no coffee with the coffee maker, only one piece of soap in bathroom, the whole facility needs a face lift in order to warrant the price they are asking for, $335.can for a double room is very steep for the quality of the place very small TV the property has so much potential, it could really be a gem
• Nathalie (6/5): Bof, le voisin est plus sympa - La situation permettant d’avoir accès aux sentiers de randonnée L’entretien des extérieurs (pas sécurisé au niveau du ponton) planches bois cassées. Pas d’eau pour la douche. L’eau coulait uniquement et très légèrement pour remplir la baignoire. La pression n’était pas suffisante pour sortir par le jet de douche. Douche rapide avec le peu d’eau qu’on avait. Eau du lac, soit disant filtrée et non conseillée pour la consommation. Bref personnel indisponible sur place et même avant l’arrivée, pas de réponses aux questions posées. Dommage ce site pourrait être bcp plus accueillant

• Justin (2/5): - I dont want to bash the hard working people that run it but..I took my fiancee there for the night the day i preposed to her. stayed in the "honeymoon" suite. on the ground floor with a dilapidated patio the door barely locked felt very uneasy.The back patio wood was had broken boards all over and looks like there hasnt been any work done for a long time. the bed was the worst thing I've ever laid on. we checked in at 4pm and ended up leaving at 1am and drove the three hours home. the room itself was blah dimly lit the tub and shower was gross didn't even try them. even if this room was half price i would never stay there again a waste of time and money unfortunately. so much more i can say but trust the reviews and don't ruin a special day or weekend by staying here. unimpressed to say the absolute least.

The bed sheet is not clean, the comforter was ripped and dirty and has some kind of animal hairs on bed sheet. Bed was not comfortable causing backache. Shower has no water for hours due to low presure. no soap for shower. Nothing I like at the Inn. Terrible staying.

There was a spill left in the refrigerator, mold in the coffee maker, and tea leaves still in the kettle. It was clear that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly after the previous guest’s stay. I have never stayed at an inn this dirty before. And it cost $300 per night. Totally not worth the money.

In room 10 the hair dryer was not working and the fan was noisy. Breakfast not available before 8.30 and very limited dinner menu.

Never Again - Close to the park entrance is the only good thing about this property We were there for 2 nights to spend 2 days hiking in the park however turns out there was no water and then the staff tried to blame to township for cutting the water supply. Absolutely disgusting when they charged me almost $300 per night for a room without water! No compensation at all either when asked while checking out.

• Steve (4/5): - This really isn’t a hotel. There is no working restaurant, breakfast is said to be ‘all day’ but we had to wake them up at 09.00. Anything after that would be from a very limited breakfast menu brought in from a nearby cafe and it shut at 19,00. Reception was from 08.30 to 20.00 in theory but mostly was unmanned. The was no room cleaning service, no bar. The internet connection worked occasionally but mostly not at all. The web joining instructions were wrong. The photos didn’t show the noisy main road adjacent to the site. The door from the veranda was falling apart. The whole room was tatty. Two paper cups were supplied for our two night stay. One pod of coffee per person per day. The paper cups fell apart. I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels all over the world, some in very much ‘third world’ places and I haven’t yet had one that was as bad value for money as this one.
• Sean (10/5): - Lots of potential...rooms are nice but the outside needs upgrading; good spot for water access
• Tim and Jenn (7/5): Nice place - dated property but updated room. Light directly outside patio door and gaps around the edges of the curtai - Updated room. Good location Overall dated and needs some exterior maintenance. Limited restaurant (but pizza place up road). No room darkening
• Yalina (6/5): Good experience overall. - All I have to say is that the staff was amazing. They truly were attentive and helpful. The place was cozy, peaceful and clean. The location is great and super convenient for the plans we had during our trip. Only I gave three stars on the overall experience because our trip was especially to relax and break free from the routine. One of the main reasons I chose the room we did was because they advertised the private Hot Tub. When we got there the jets did not work at all and when we filled the water some weird stuff came out of there and it was weird. I don’t like deception and I appreciate when my time and money is respected. If you advertise something please ensure you deliver. To the owner: your hot tub requires maintenance. People expect this type of thing to be available during vacation you particularly charge more for that room based on that function so you must ensure the client gets what is expected otherwise I equal that to deceptive practices. I even read another review with the same issue so I hoped you would have addressed that long before I got there. Also, when you use the microwave it shuts off. Fix that pls. Moreover, it’s not that expensive to add ceramic or reusable cups and plates. Other places have it and with cheaper prices. I would definitely visit the place again. I find value in the whole experience including my plans , and the people who actually serve the customers, etc. That makes a great difference. But I wouldn’t recommend it for now.

• Werdah (8/5): - It was a pleasant stay and staff was very helpful and friendly specially the lady at the reception desk. Cleanliness should be taken care of and check if all the appliances are working. We enjoyed kayaking.

• Peter (6/5): - This is a great spot especially being right on the lake. But the downfall here is property is so unkept everything is falling apart and no curb appeal which is sad they should take some pointers from the resort that is across the lake from them. Also should have free firewood for guests to use cause nothing better then enjoying a fire at night on the beach. Speaking of the beach it could use some TLC along with the broken Muskoka chairs. This place could be a honey hole if only the owners took some proud into the resort.
• Anjana (1/5): Regretful, pathetic - Very bad facilties, no water, no internet, no room service, no garbage removal, very bad shower
• Marc (8/5): - This was a nice little motel just outside Algonquin Park. Very friendly staff. An old school little motel, a bit worn in places but overall
• Rae (9/5): Overall I was quite happy with my stay, although we didn't spend much time at the Inn. - Located right on hwy 60, on the shores of oxtongue lake. Private beach and docks. The room was simple, modest and clean. No hassle check in, staff were friendly. The door to our room was very hard to unlock, the key rotated a full 360°. Impossible to open one handed. Shower water pressure was very low, and the faucet made a horrible noise the entire time the shower was running.

• ALBERTI (8/5): - L'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait à quelques minutes du parc Algonquin. La chambre était calme et correcte. La vue sur le lac était idéale. Il manquait juste un petit bureau car j'avais mon PC et ce n'était pas évident de l'utiliser sur la petite console. Et une lampe de chevet serait un plus.

• 吉郎 (5/5): あまり期待してはいけない。 - 周りの宿泊客が親切だった。 Wifiが通じると書いてあったのに、通じなかった。それをスタッフに言っても、僻地がから当たり前だと、気にしていないようだった。 カヌーが使えると書いてあったが、カヤックしかなかった。

• Sabine (8/5): - Die Lage mit Seezugang und die.Nähe zum Nationalpark. Gasgrill ist inbegriffen. Es fehlt ein Besen…. (für den Sand nach dem Baden)
