• Laura (3/5): Horrible sleeping conditions, but mostly tidy place. Paid too much for this. - The apartment had lots of space for our needs. The room and the linens were clean. The beds were so bouncy that two people bothered each other through the night. The windows to outside were not soundproof at all and the nightlife, until 2 or 3AM was so incredibly loud. People screaming, laughing, fighting, yelling, and singing until 2AM and later. It was so hard to sleep in this apartment. Also, the bathtub did not look cleaned out. The floor had lots of dirt marks from someone's feet before us. The overall feeling of the apartment and hallways was quite old and not clean. It felt like the doorways and handles were very dirty or stained.

After we checked out and left Whistler, I realized I had left my watch behind in the room. The staff went above and beyond to locate it and safely mail it back to us. Their honesty and kindness turned a stressful situation into a great memory. Aside from the amazing team, the lodge is comfortable, perfectly located, and ideal for a mountain getaway. We can't recommend them enough!

• David (7/5): Amazing whistler and great experiences - It’s central location You know I understand it’s a bit of a party village and open to enjoying all that goes on . But my room was right next to the lift and in the mornings I had families with loud children waiting to go down and late at night I had drunk people coming out of the lift to music on their phones and loud laughter and chatting. A bit disappointed with my room location I guess .

However… Absolutely convoluted parking. Then convoluted and confusing maze to get from parking lot to the room. (Up stairs, down hall, outside , through the fitness area turn right … etc) never seen anything like it. Finally the keys were cut off before check out deadline just as we were packing up and down to the parking lot - couldn’t get back into the room. The carpet in the room needs cleaning and I wasn’t confident the bathtub was properly cleaned. (Sorry)

Was able to store our bags before and after our stay to maximize skiing. Studio Unit is small but usable. A lift is down which means if you are staying in room 610 you will have a long route to access the room. Ended up using fire escape stairwell the entire trip.

Was able to leave my luggage and change in the fitness center so I could hit the slopes. The property is in a great location. Only 5 mins walk to the village and lifts. There is onsite storage for snowboard/skis. The rooms have a nice gas fire to warm up after a day on the slopes. There are adequate kitchen facilities to make meals. Check in could be earlier although the property does try to get you in before the official check in time if the room is available.

The rooms are very basic with fairly uncomfortable beds and couches with shabby blankets and were not as clean as I would expect.

The location is superb, right in the heart of the village, making it incredibly convenient for going to the Gondola, having dinner, or going to the bars. The hotel offers excellent value for money, with very comfortable rooms and highly professional and friendly service. When I left my Bible in the room, a staff member immediately called to retrieve it for me, repeatedly confirming how it could be returned to me – very kind of them.

Basically as sharp as the flap of a cereal box. With 2 small children we needed to feed them something at the room.
