• F (10/5): Aanrader zeker prijskwaliteit verhouding - Super resort direct aan een privé strand , met unieke landtong die tijdens eb droog komt te liggen. Kamers wat gedateerd echter schoon en ruim waarbij het merendeel direct op zee uitkijkt. Voorts veel groen, wat dagelijks wordt bijgehouden. Het eten gevarieerd en kwalitatief goed, wie van zoet en toetjes houd komt in een grote snoepwinkel terecht. Ligging super centraal 5 minuten van de airport. Kortom een aanrader. Eigenlijk geen negatieve opmerkingen.

• Virgile (10/5): Une semaine de séjour parfaite - Tout l’hôtel est super bien entretenu . La chambre était bien avec un grand lit de 2 m et la vue sur la piscine et la mer extraordinaire. Les repas sont tres bons. Le service est parfait. Le respect est bien présent . La piscine est magnifique. La plage est très belle et elle fait partie de l’hôtel . Ahmed est très présent pour nous accompagner ( merci ). Les animations en journée et en soirée sont très bien . Les petit goûter à 16 h autour de la piscine sont très bien . Alors pas aimer, c est plutôt juste une petite amélioration à faire dans la salle de bain car les baignoires et la robinetterie a besoin d un rafraîchissement, c est une évidence mais je sais que l’hôtel fera le nécessaire au fur et a mesure du temps car il est immense.

• Toubi (9/5): - L’hôtel est super bien, surtout l’extérieur, c’est très propre et la plage est magnifique. Les chambres doubles deluxe sont vraiment vielles, il faut les rénover et ne plus les donner aux clients. Cependant d’ autres chambres ont été rénovées et sont vraiment bien.

Tout y était. - L’ établissement est grand, bien équipé, très propre Le personnel est aux petits soins avec tous les clients, se rendent hyper disponibles. Une plage privée, une piscine propre, de la place. Top La nourriture également, variée, très bonne. Simplement les douches qui des coups d’eau froide puis très chaude sans qu’on s’y attende, à part ça tout était impeccable.

• Henrieke (8/5): Pizzabakker is de beste! Loopjongens werken alleen maar voor fooi helaas. - Super lekker groot bed (kingsize), alles ruim opgezet. Overzichtelijk hotel en voldoende te drinken en eten overal. De pizza’s waren het lekkerste en de pizzabakker altijd in voor een praatje en hartelijk! Hij maakte mijn verblijf. Daarnaast vond ik het kunnen eten bij de restaurants ook super leuk ipv elke avond buffet. Hele andere ervaring gaf dit aan het verblijf. De jongens die rondliepen om mensen te voorzien van drankjes of om glazen op te halen kwamen alleen indien je fooi gaf. Weliswaar snap ik dat, maar als ik iets bestel bij de bar en het er wordt gezegd dat het wordt gebracht, maar er komt continu niks en andere mensen (die fooi geven) worden wel bediend, stelt dat teleur.

Cibo vario, c'è sempre qualcosa di buono anche per chi magari è abituato ad una buona cucina. Spiagge curate, struttura pulita. I prezzi che propongono per le escursioni dentro l hotel, sono molto più alti dei prezzi che si trovano in giro. Per esempio, una gita ad Orange Bay, in struttura la proponevano a 45 euro, l ho prenotata appena fuori, a 20 euro. Secondo me potrebbero proporre una scontistica riservata ai clienti dell hotel

• SY (9/5): Superbe expérience au siva grand beach ! - Superbe expérience au siva grand beach ! Le personnel était aux petits soins, Ahmed a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, la plage est à deux pas, le buffet est varié et bon, le restaurant libanais est délicieux ! Par ailleurs, l'une d'entre nous fêtait son anniversaire, l'hôtel nous a fourni deux gâteaux ! Un dans la chambre et un lors de notre soirée au restaurant italien. Nous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, vous serez chouchoutés ! Seul petit bémol, il n'y a pas de wifi dans la chambre mais l'hôtel nous a fourni deux cartes SIM chargés.

Very kind, professional and always available whenever we needed something. The service was very good, the beach was excellent and the Turkish chefs made delicious food. • Sebla (10/5): Overall we left with very nice Memories.thank you - We had a really enjoyable stay here as a family. The hotel itself was beautiful and comfortable, but what truly made the difference for us was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, warm and smiling all the time. It didn’t feel forced or “hotel-like” — they really made us feel welcome and cared for throughout the whole holiday. From the restaurant staff to housekeeping and the beach team, people were always helpful and positive. Traveling with children can sometimes be tiring, but their friendly attitude made everything much easier and more relaxing for us. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful, the sea was beautiful, and overall we left with very good memories. We would happily come back again. The rooms were a little old-fashioned and could use some renovation, but they were clean and comfortable. The kindness and positive attitude of the staff more than made up for it.

We also really enjoyed the activities available, spending a good amount of time playing ping pong. • The Connectivity Issue (Major Downside): There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was highly inconvenient. To make matters worse, cell phone internet coverage (mobile data) inside the rooms was incredibly poor. If you need to stay connected for work or personal reasons, this is a tough hurdle. • Lackluster Entertainment: Compared to other resorts we’ve visited, the entertainment program here felt lacking and wasn't the best. • The Buffet Sweets: While the food was generally fine, the desserts and sweets seemed to lack freshness at times.

• Gianluca (10/5): Fantastico. - Il soggiorno è stato sicuramente piacevole, la struttura è bella e grande, c’è la piscina e un mare veramente pulito, oltre che lettini e asciugamani della struttura. Il ristorante offre cibo vario, di buona qualità. Ahmed è stato davvero di aiuto durante tutto il soggiorno, è stato molto disponibile e ci ha aiutato quando ne abbiamo avuto il bisogno. • Janusz (10/5): Siva naprawdę warto - Hotele położony w świetnej lokalizacji,jedna z największych plaż,bardzo dobrze wyposażona można popływać i pospacerować głęboko w Może Czerwone. Obsługa naprawdę bardzo dobra i naprawdę bardzo dobrze wykonują swoją pracę. Posiłki od śniadania do kolacji super,bardzo duży wybór i urozmaicenie i naprawdę nikt głodny nie wyjdzie na 100%. Dodatkowo bary i przekąski. Top! Personel zawsze uśmiechnięty i pomocny od ogrodnika do managera, naprawdę zasługują na pochwałę i szacunek. Ogólnie polecam i sam wrócę jeszcze nie raz do tego obiektu. Hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą i przydał by się mały remont. ....z drugiej strony ma to swój urok i klimat i powiedzmy sobie szczerze ile czasu spędzamy w pokoju podczas urlopu? To jedyna uwaga.

• Coimbra (9/5): - Gostei da comida, gostei do serviço, gostei das pessoas, adorei o Hotel e todo o seu espaço, massagens, tudo optimo. Fiz um passeio de barco de uma empresa parceira do hotel, portanto tudo tratado dentro do espaço do hotel, saida da praia do hotel e correu muito mal, fui enganado por quem me vendeu o passeio (funcionario da empresa parceira do hotel). O passeio realizou-se num barco sem condiçoes de segurança, tudo partido, sem locais onde nos segurarmos. Magoei seriamente um Joelho e a minha esposas as costas.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la jetée ainsi que son restaurant/bar. Ahmed sera prendre soin de vous et vous réservera des restaurants pour le soir tel que le Libanais et le Mexicain (compris dans le all inclusive). Vous pouvez le contacter 24h/24 par Whatsapp. Vous trouverez un buffet matin/soir juste excellent. En activité vous pouvez faire confiance à Boda, responsable des expéditions Safari Quad / chameaux ( Remal Safari ). Merci pour sa gentillesse, le safari en quad était juste magique. Vous pouvez également faire confiance à l’équipe entière pour la plongée / snorkeling au sein de l’hôtel ( ils sont situés sur la plage au fond à droite près des bateaux ) nous avons passé une journée incroyable en plongée avec bouteille et masque au fond de la mer rouge pour observer les raies / poissons et coraux en tout genre. Merci à eux pour le professionnalisme. Et surtout n’oubliez pas de passer au bar ( bar au bord de plage ) voir Eslam Mohamed qui vous sert des savoureux cocktails et qui est très sympathique. La salle de bain mérite un coup de rafraîchissement !

• Claire (10/5): A Hidden Gem in the heart of Hurgurda - We booked this hotel for a short stay for my Birthday and Wow! It did not disappoint! We booked a Superior Junior Suite, and we're blown away to be staying in one of the nearly refurbished rooms. The room was incredible, clean, and have fantastic views. The whole resort is beautiful with its own private beach over looking miles of red sea, sand bars, and amazing landscape in the background. We were all inclusive - so many different choices available throughout the day made us feel spoilt for choice. The food was amazing in every outlet across the resort. We had no issues either with a variety of drinks - lots of choice from coffee to soft drinks, mocktails to cocktails, even the beer (lager) - good taste and quality. During our stay, we did require medical attention for my partner. The hotel manager, Ahmed, Salam (resort doctor), and many other staff members were very quick to help me and partner. We are truly grateful to you all. Without you all, things could have been very different. Everyone has made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. Everyone works so hard to make every aspect of this hotel a very pleasant stay for all. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone. This hotel deserves to be 5⭐️ and I truly hope that this will be seen by everyone who chooses Siva Grand Beach. We will be back soon 🇬🇧

• Solene (10/5): Parfait ❤️ - Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse au Siva Grand Beach. Nous avions une magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer, ainsi qu’un lit XXL très confortable. Nous avons été reçus comme des rois et nous vous en remercions infiniment. Merci Ahmed pour votre gentillesse et votre professionnalisme ! Je suis un peu choquée de voir certains avis disant qu’ils ont été harceler pour avoir des pourboires . Jamais durant toute la semaine on ne nous a demandé quoi que ce soit , uniquement pour la chicha… les pourboires que nous avons laissé étaient donner avec plaisir pour des personnes compétentes et adorables ! Tous les restaurants proposent un très large choix de repas, parfois même trop tellement il y a de possibilités 😁 On ne sait plus où donner de la tête ! Des snacks sont disponibles de 13h à 17h : crêpes, pizzas, etc. Je félicite particulièrement le jeune homme aux crêpes, qui était vraiment au top. Petit clin d’œil également au chef des grillades, adorable avec nous tout au long du séjour et toujours avec un sourire légendaire ! Des cocktails avec et sans alcool sont servis toute la journée, et les barmans sont eux aussi excellents et toujours souriant du matin au soir . Chaque soir, un show est proposé avec une équipe d’animation . La plage se trouve à deux pas de l’hôtel, avec transats, parasols et tout le nécessaire. C’est idéal pour les enfants : un côté de la mer est très peu profond tandis qu’un autre est plus profond. Il y en a vraiment pour tous les goûts ! L’hôtel est également idéalement placé, avec de nombreuses boutiques de souvenirs juste dans la rue en face, ce qui est très pratique pour se promener et ramener quelques cadeaux. Je tiens vraiment également à féliciter tout le personnel de l’hôtel. Les extérieurs sont magnifiquement entretenus ; chaque jour, jardiniers et agents d’entretien s’activent pour que l’hôtel soit parfait. Rien ne traîne, tout est toujours parfaitement propre ! Seul petit regret l’eau des piscine très très froide Et aussi il serait bien que l’hôtel mette en place une sorte de panneau d avertissement de préventions concernant les déchets que les touristes laissent sur la plage ( mégots papiers etc.. ) il y a pourtant des poubelles un peu partout… malgré que les équipes ramassent il y en a toujours, et avec le vent cela peut finir dans la mer et ce n’est pas ce que l’on veux évidemment !

Заботятся о котиках - на территории есть станции для кормления котов, и в целом отношение к животным добродушное. Даже кормушка для птиц есть. Нет тренажерного зала

• Cristian (10/5): consiglio vivamente per chi verrà ad hurghada - Soggiorno eccellente al Siva Grand Beach: pulizia impeccabile, ottimo cibo e personale fantastico (8-15 Maggio) Accoglienza e check-in La gestione dell'arrivo in tarda serata evidenzia immediatamente l'attenzione verso il cliente. Nonostante l'arrivo alle 23:00, il check-in è stato rapido e privo di intoppi. La struttura ha inoltre riservato un piccolo buffet fuori orario per permetterci di cenare. Camere e pulizia Il livello di igiene è da 10 e lode, con stanze mantenute in condizioni perfette quotidianamente. L'unico elemento perfettibile riguarda i bagni, attualmente un po' datati e dotati di vasca. • Nota oggettiva: La struttura sta già procedendo con i lavori di ristrutturazione e la pulizia estrema degli ambienti compensa ampiamente l'aspetto estetico del bagno. Ristorazione e sicurezza alimentare L'offerta gastronomica garantisce un'ampia varietà e ingredienti di qualità. Da italiano, ho trovato standard pienamente soddisfacenti. La totale assenza di problemi di stomaco durante l'intero soggiorno conferma l'elevata sicurezza e cura nella preparazione dei cibi. • Menzione speciale: Un ringraziamento allo chef Ahmed Hassan, che si è distinto per gentilezza e simpatia, aiutando a orientarsi nell'ampia scelta offerta. Spiaggia, bar e servizi resort La spiaggia è ben curata e dotata di aree gioco. Le postazioni bar sono distribuite strategicamente per massimizzare la comodità degli ospiti. • Bar in piscina: Posizionato al centro del resort, permette di degustare ottimi drink rimanendo direttamente in acqua. Un applauso al barman Fahd Taha per la notevole rapidità e competenza tecnica. • La Terrace: Operativa dopo lo spettacolo serale fino a mezzanotte, è gestita in modo impeccabile dal simpaticissimo Mohamed Abd Elaziz (facilmente riconoscibile per la sua stazza da bodyguard). Intrattenimento e dintorni L'hotel propone intrattenimento serale costante tramite spettacoli. consiglierei solo più distributori dell’acqua per rimanere sempre idratati

• Rayane (10/5): - Cette hôtel est une pépite, il est l’un des meilleurs hôtel d’Hurghada si ce n’est le meilleur ! Mon mari et moi avons adoré notre séjour, le personnel y est génial ! Je voudrais remercier Ahmed, qui nous a suivi durant tout le séjour et qui propose un service irréprochable, très réceptif et toujours très attentionné. Le Siva Grand Beach est situé au centre, au milieu de tout ! Vous avez une grandes places, toutes sorte de boutiques, de fast-food, de restaurants… Restaurant que vous n’avez même pas besoin de découvrir car mon coup de cœur a été le restaurant libanais situé dans l’hôtel (qui vous en propose 3 en plus du restaurant à volonté) ! De plus les chambres, qui vous offrent une vue magique, sont spacieuses, confortables et surtout d’une propreté irréprochable grâce au soin de Ramadan qui s’est occupé de la nôtre, un artiste d’une gentillesse et d’une bonté exceptionnelle, dont vous pouvez découvrir une de ces œuvres en image jointe. En conclusion, choisissez cet hôtel les yeux fermés, il y est impossible d’y être déçu !
• Imane (10/5): Superbe séjour - Notre séjour a été parfait du début à la fin. Le personnel était accueillant, attentionné et toujours disponible. La restauration était de qualité, variée et proposait un large choix de plats. Nous avons également eu la chance d’être surclassés et de profiter d’une superbe suite, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. Un grand merci à Ahmed ainsi qu’à son collègue de la réception, qui ont été particulièrement attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande Rien, tout était parfait

Каждый вечер была программа для детей, разные шоу, анимация — ребёнку было интересно и весело. Еды очень много, всё вкусное, выбор большой. Персонал отдельно хочется отметить — всегда внимательные, вежливые, доброжелательные. Это очень чувствуется и создаёт приятную атмосферу. Номер был удобный, всё комфортно. И ещё огромное спасибо за то, что без проблем продлили нам номер в день выезда. У нас был вечерний рейс, и благодаря этому мы спокойно смогли собраться, помыться с ребёнком, отдохнуть перед дорогой. Очень приятно, что за это даже не попросили доплату. В целом отдых получился очень тёплым и спокойным. Остались только хорошие впечатления 😊

• Libby (9/5): A great all Inclusive! - We loved our stay here, they upgraded us to a newly renovated room which was great, it was also on the bottom floor which was even better, right by the pool. The food was awesome they had so much to choose from! Loved the beach, even tho we had to drag ourselves out of bed early to secure a chair. The staff in the reception area are great, Ahmed helped us with anything we needed. We also had a great server on the beach (also called Ahmed) he really looked after us. The young guys in the bar inside were also lovely. Most of the bar staff are very rude, especially the ones behind the bar in the pool area. You really have to build a rapport with certain servers and only talk to them which is disappointing and a chore when you’re on holiday. We noticed that a lot of the patrons are quite old so if you’re a younger person looking for a younger crowd I wouldn’t recommend staying here, it didn’t bother us tho.

• Kassai (10/5): - A szálloda csodálatos! A személyzet nagyon kedves, mindenben segítőkészek. Sokkal jobb szobát kaptunk mint ami a foglalasban volt. Az ételek fantasztikusak és nagyon finomak. A strand gyönyörű. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Biztosan vissza fogunk térni ebbe a szállodába. -

• looleroo (9/5): Great resort stay with beautiful amenities. - The resort was very neat and well kept. The rooms are large and clean with beautiful views. The buffets were well stocked with wide variety and some changes day to day. Was a great stay. Some of the barmen and servers could be a little friendlier or polite. The other services providers at the resort felt a bit pushy but we understand this is just their culture and standard sales tactics. Overall we had a great experience.

Les gens rentrent dans leurs chambre de 11h à 1h en rigolant car ils sont ivres ! L’enfer du all inclusive . Il faudrait mettre dans tous les couloir un panneau pour que les gens respectent le silence. Grosse structure donc très bruyant

Potom Ahmed ktorý má nastarosti ubytovaných cez Booking,bol veľmi nápomocný a stále sa zaujímal či sme spokojní počas celého pobytu. Čašníci v baroch boli milí a ochotní pri obsluhovaní. Jedlo výborné,veľký výber. Pláž pozvolná piesočnata,v mori piesiok,voda čistá. Kúpeľňa v izbe by chcela asi viac starostlivosti,alebo rekonštrukciu.
• Ben (10/5): Great beach vacation - Very good location, very nice grounds and beach with enough longers for all guests. Rooms new with nice decor and amneties (deluxe suite). Food excellent, very tasty and versatile. No tummy problems for 8 days. Ahmed with the reception is taking care of Booking.com customers very good and he can he can help with every issues you may concern. We came at 4.00 am and get a shower room for free (early check in) so we could relax a bit after our flight. Just the usual tipping everybody at the restaurants and bars will get your drinks with a smile faster and more often, so dont forget to bring small bank notes...But it is standard in all Egypt so you cant blame hotel.
• lionel (9/5): Super hotel qualité prix sur Hurghada - Super exterieur Grande Plage privée Nombreux choix resto et bar Un grand merci a Admed Gamal qui a gerer les reservation des resto LIBANAIS et MEXICAIN, box petit dejeuner pour les excursions et le TAXI pour l aeroport pour 7/8€(ca evite les mauvaises surprises avec les taxi ou uber egyptien). Chambre tres spacieux avec un super plateau de fruits et petits gateaux pour vous accueil...et des bouteilles d eau. Nous avons aussi demandé un plateau repas pour notre arrivée tardive en chambre. Room 549. Pas grand choses... Comme j avais vu dans les commentaires les salles de bains ont besoins de raffraichissement mais fonctionnel. Un service de navette aeroport serait un plus aux vues de l hotel.
