Guest Reviews

- Beck (3/5): I would not come back and not recommend. - Very little. Overall it was a disappointment. No laundry facilities on site, no business center for printing, breakfast wasn't available until 11am during the week, carpet in the room was stained and disgusting, bathroom had hair and dirt on the floor, no do not disturb signs for the door, they claim to have two restaurants when one of them is a glorified grab and go like in and airport and the hours were also idiotic. If I am a guest at a hotel why is there no restaurant/food available until 11am during the week? Especially in an area where restaurants and food is very minimal.

- Terri (10/5): Enjoyable - The size and clean Nothing that really did not like but wish had coffee shop

- Kurt (9/5): Nice hotel with a very reasonable price! - The hotel was in a great location, right downtown. Easy to get to anywhere in Booneville.

- Brittany (10/5): Wonderful experience will be booking again! - Everything! Overall it was clean, good view of the river, friendly staff, good location for my visit with my brother at the prison and for visiting down town afterwards. Clean! Good location!
- Bull (9/5): Very convenient location with comfortable beds - The Isle of Capri honored my request to have a non smoking room far from the casino. Very much appreciated! Some of the people we were with were placed in rooms closer to the casino and their rooms were scented with smoke. Might suggest that larger roof mounted air exchangers be installed. The spray to remove smoke from a room that has been violated doesn’t work
- Worth (10/5): Quiet tucked away from the mussel - Customer service Not enough entertainment
- Davison (4/5): -

- Jaqueline (6/5): - Charged 3 times and staff was rude and not explaining why that happened and didn’t try to help figure it out

- Mark (7/5): - Location I had a major issue that I am still waiting to be resolved.. The night I checked into my room I found that the room specifically the bathroom was not cleaned and even someone had left a healthy load in the toilet.. I called downstairs immediately and housecleaning was gone for the night and hotel was full so couldn't even change rooms so I was told.. So next day I got an half done cleaning of bathroom and the run around about speaking to hotel manager..
Some was suppose to call today still nothing so I'll be placing a call myself ...

- teresa (10/5): - Everything's always nice when we go.. no problems here! My only complaint would be it's not really even a complaint it's just that the pet fee is $50 I think that might be a bit much. We stay a lot of nice places in Nashville and Branson and our pet fee is never this high.

- Joe (10/5): great stay in all - The room was clean and comfortable, but one of the toiletries was missing the hand lotion or body moisturizer dispenser was not available. Did not have more than two food options, which was ok. But for a Caesars operation I just expected more food options. Other than that it was great. I got chance to see a couple historic sights like the Kathy trail, and the town of Black water.
- Mary (9/5): -
- Michelle (10/5): Great accommodations, food and entertainment. - The room, parking and restaurant. No herb tea offerings in the restaurant.
- Cory (8/5): -
- Sam (9/5): -
- Miguel (1/5): We arrived and the lady up front was rude but we let it go. The room smelled very bad with smoke and it was a mess. - Nothing at all, it was nasty and trash was left in the room It had stains on the floor, trash was left and stains on the walls
- Penny (7/5): -
- Duane (8/5): Hotel ok, casino much to much smoke. - Didn’t eat breakfast there Much better ventilation in the casino. The smoke was terrible.
- Fatima (9/5): -
- Dwaine (8/5): -
- Kevin (8/5): -
- Nancy (8/5): Convenient and comfortable after a day of traveling - Easy access and in an interesting area I understand it is a casino but the lobby was too smoky for me
- Mary (9/5): Looking forward to going back! - The location is beautiful and in a quite area. The food we had was good and the wait staff very nice.
- karen (10/5): Would come again. - The restaurant was close and food was great. Supper and breakfast. Plenty to eat and prices good. Maybe a blanket in the closet. Some people may still get cool in summer even when it’s warm outside. And I didn’t see thermostat until next morning.

- F6638DKsandrab (10/5): Another solo overnight trip ☺️ - IOC in Boonville is my local casino. This was an overnight stay. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The Brews Brothers restaurant serves good food and drinks. Casino floor is small, but is packed with a great selection of slots.
Going solo to IOC, I have never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. This is a great place to go to.
- Michele (5/5): - The king size bed. Dirty bathroom, no hot water. Staff wasn't very friendly.
- Brad (9/5): -

- Angel (10/5): Had a great stay - Everything was excellent good service

- Conklin (10/5): -
- Patty (1/5): No positive experience given - Wasn’t able to contact property about my booking. Phone number only told you to leave email no one to answer and help. Sent many messages and never got a reply. Been well over 24hrs. Definitely got scammed out of my room since we just wanted to rebook stay Customer service/ kindness , understanding/ communication
- Joseph (7/5): - Cockroaches in room
- Kathryn (10/5): Very comfortable room, good food and nice sunset. - Near the river and restaurant downstairs! Smoky odor in lobby.
- Melissa (9/5): -
- Pelter (10/5): - No breakfast in the morning
- David (9/5): Great location, comfortable room. Nice casino. Great getaway! - Convenient location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Except for a large stain on the carpet, the room was perfect!! The casino was very smoky.
- Noah (1/5): I want my money back. I didn’t get to stay they gave our room to somebody else. - . They cancelled our room so we paid for nothing.
- Dom (7/5): - Bed was comfortable. Coffee maker (but no tea) in the room. If cigarette smoke bothers you, avoid this property. They have non-smoking "floors" but smoke seems to find a way (or smokers don't follow the rules). Restaurant is non-smoking, but the doors are open and the casino isn't very far.
- Carol (9/5): Three part family - Getting three rooms on the same floor for our family and with short notice and got early check in. Thx. Maybe would have liked a breakfast included. No biggie.
- Marti (7/5): Not as advertised. - The room was decent. Has a small casino, if you like gambling. Upon checking in, there was an additional $12 fee that was not part of the price in booking.com. The staff told me it was for the amenities (not sure what amenities she was referring to), but I'm pretty sure that should be included in the price. The restaurant was okay. The front desk staff seemed annoyed that they had to be there. One of the towels in my room had a weird black stain, so I'm not sure if it had been dropped on the floor or what had happened. Hoping the rest of the room was actually clean.
- JGA9779 (2/5): Dump! - What a dump of a hotel. Never staying here. Caesars is a joke. And given their terrible quality as a casino enterprise, this place fits the bill!
- Thomas (10/5): Great place to stay on Mizzou game day. - Comfortable room, nice staff. Great place to stay on Mizzou game day.
- Jerika (10/5): - Check was A Breeze Room was Nice and Clean Front Desk Clerk was Super Nice... housekeeping was nice and Friendly as well
- Trey (8/5): - Coffee wasn’t good
- ROBERT (10/5): - Nice room, stayed there many times.
- WILLIAM (4/5): - Both rooms I rented had badly stained and dirty carpets and bathroom tile and the walls were in bad need of cleaning and paint. In general the common areas were clean but dated. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean I think.
The property needs updates!
The casino is small with few table games open during the weekdays. The staff were friendly.
- Malynda (10/5): - Clean room, staff was amazing, restaurant was awesome and the casino was great as well.
- Tammy (6/5): - There was a ringing noise all night.
- davidkentp2025 (2/5): horrible hotel - HORRIBLE HOTEL - do not book a room here unless you like bad odors, rooms that are filthy and not clean, rude front desk staff, I could go on and on
- Jennifer (10/5): - Check in was terrible, the service desk lady was really rude, she acted like she didn’t want to help me…overall my stay was excellent, very quiet and comfortable definitely 1000/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND
- Scott (6/5): - Room was outstanding, clean, and the bed was comfortable. There was no Continental breakfast and the Internet reception was horrible. The wifi was unsecured. Most of the games in the casino were covered in nasty fingerprints
- BrianP232 (4/5): Rooms are filthy. - Carpets are filthy, ceilings and vents are are also filthy. Looks like they never have been cleaned. Staff seemed friendly. The cleaning staff needs to up their game. For high prices that were charged for the weekend the rooms are not up to par.
- John (4/5): But... it's a casino too. - Shortly after getting into my room I realized that it lacked an alarm clock. Front desk looked for one - no luck. Room was only sort of clean. No breakfast available next morning. Slept very well though. Good bed. TV channels adequate, but no HBO, et. al.
- Robert (10/5): - Great employees and clean, updated room.
- DAVID (10/5): - Nice location, best kept secret!
- Bridget (10/5): - Great experience. Beds were nice, room was big and clean, restaurant was nice and affordable. The only thing bad was the angel of cigarette smoke.
- Angela (10/5): - Wow, it was extremely busy because it was evening and the casino was hopping, there was decent parking fairly close by which was surprising.
- Jenny (10/5): - This place was great and spacious. They arranged transportation for us to pick us up from the cruise terminal and then to the airport when we left. That was super helpful!
- Barbara (10/5): - We had a very nice time. We went to relax and have some fun in the casino and we did just that. I am a former smoker and I will say that for a smoking facility I was pleasantly surprised at how well the smell was managed - very good job, I was not bothered at all by smoke.
- Michael (8/5): - Quiet and clean. Bed was amazing!
Could not handle smoking in the casino.
Need a breakfast option on week days.
- John (10/5): - What you would expect from a 3 star hotel, but it’s in a safe area.
- Norman (10/5): - I liked that it had a casino.
- Matthew (8/5): Pleasant stay - Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Not a lot of amenities, as we were not gambling, but it was a pleasant stay.
- Terry (6/5): Rooms need to be deep cleaned - Carpet was stained all over. Cobwebs behind everything. Celing fan would not go to higher speeds.
- Bonnie (4/5): - The front desk was not staffed when we arrived and when we checked out. We were given a smoking room when we did not request one. The room had huge stains on the dirty carpet and the bathroom floor was sticky! No breakfast in the hotel. Very poor facilities for a casino hotel!
- Greg (4/5): - Almost did not let us check in because they did not have room in our name yet they had my cc #. Had to wait 15 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk & she was just rude!!
- Curtis (6/5): - The carpet in the room I stayed in was beyond dirty, it was disgusting. The front desk personnel are inconsistent and rude. One member of my party was told it would cost an extra $20 for early check in. Another member was allowed to check in early with no fee. When the 3rd member checked in the front desk person was RUDE and told her it was a $10 charge. Then when I and two other people checked in early there was no charge.
Be consistent and don't be rude. This was my first stay at a Caesar's property and will likely be my LAST.
- JohnC2600 (6/5): Clean & Comfortable - Hotel is a little dated but very clean and the room was well appointed. The bed was one of the best I have ever experienced in a hotel. Stafff was helpful and friendly.
- Randy (8/5): - The room was clean and the bed was real comfortable
- Michael (8/5): - Needs updating
- jagss384 (2/5): Smoke bomb - We just checked in. We had paid a premium for a non smoking room. They put us in a smoking room as they have no others available. One of our party is allegeric to smoke. There is no vacancy for 30 miles at other hotels. It is the worst smoke I have experienced in a decade and we have no options. Front desk should no empathy.
- Luther (10/5): - Check in was an hour late; otherwise everything else was great.
- dale (4/5): - The bathroom floor was sticky and the bottom ledge of the toilet had tan residue on both sides. The carpet was worn and liberally spotted with a large variety of sizes and colors of stains.
My stay was Sunday and Monday nights which found no open restaurant at the casino on Monday and Tuesday morning for breakfast. The helpful clerk said I could get breakfast on Main Street, where all I saw was a donut place a mile or so from the hotel.
Won't be back!
- Peggy (2/5): - Nothing
- Jim (8/5): - The room was very clean. The lighting, for reading could have been better. Though, I suppose, not many stay there and read. The staff were friendly and efficient.
- Kevin (6/5): - Rooms were old and needed updating, especially the carpeting ,spots everywhere. But they were Clean
- SHEILA (8/5): - The building is old looking on the outside but a nice surprise to see how clean it was on the inside to include the rooms. Can you use some activities for those who don't wish to gamble all day like a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi. Could also use other options for food.
