• Holmes (5/5): - The manager greeted me kindly though I arrived late, responded helpfully to problems and questions, and was cordial to me upon my departure. One housekeeper was very kind to get more coffee and 'creamer' for me. Management/houskeeping was generous with snacks, much appreciated. Linens and towels were bright and new. Shower and floors were recently renewed. The facility is aging, and not gracefully. The door had apparently been forced open due to some violence in the past. Cosmetic problems with repairs detracted from overall appeal.

We should have brought breakfast because of the kitchenette but decided to go out. Denny's is nearby but I thought it was very expensive. Next time I will find a hotel with breakfast included.

• Tedi (4/5): Disappointed - The bed was ok. Curtains didn't look clean, torn and didn't close properly. The refrigerator is rusted and runs loudly all night. Between that and the traffic, I didn't get much sleep. The bathroom exhaust fan didn't work so after I showered the room felt damp all night. The sink drained very slowly. The heat/ac unit smelled bad as if the filter needed to be changed or cleaned.

The parking spot had buffer zone on the side so you could open your door without hitting the car the next to you. Very nice person at front desk. Gave me a room with two beds though I didn't need it.

• Pamela (9/5): Favorite place to stay for Santa Rosa Marathon weekend. Great price and logistics for event. - Able to check in early. Parking available in front of room made access and unload/load of luggage easy! Main road stays busy and can be noisy at times.
• Robert Gary (7/5): Okay, Decent, Would Stay There Again, But in a different room - Room was reasonably clean, large, had some nice accoutrements like Keurig coffee maker, granola bars, nice TV, comfortable bed, reasonably priced. Staff are nice . Noise in early morning hours (2 a.m.) above my room woke me up. Heaving pounding on the floor that continued on and off for a long time, Kept me up much of the night. Really cast a negative vibe on my stay. Next time would request a room without anyone above me. Had trouble getting shower handle to work properly.

• Thomas (8/5): Perfectly Fine! - The room was well equipped with modern appliances & fittings. Everything appeared to be new or nearly so. Everything worked well - heating/cooling, ahower, toilet, refrigerator, etc. The bed was comfortable. It's very basic and designed to be easily maintained - plastic laminate floors, basic furniture. But everything was clean & functional. Bottom line - it was designed to be a good value, and it was. Right on target.

The room is always clean and supplied daily with fresh linens, coffee, protein bars, and water. I would have liked to know about the apartments on the property.

• Jeffrey (5/5): Very comfortable and functional room, but a bad vibe about the safety of the property and location. - The room had two queen beds. The layout was very convenient with two vanities in different rooms. WIFI, refrigerator, microwave, TV, A/C, shower, toilet all new and in good working order. The beds were properly made up and comfortable. We arrived at 9:15PM. We had to stand outside in the rain and ring a bell to hail reception, apparently getting him out of bed. Wearing night clothes and a robe, he looked at us somewhat suspiciously through the locked door before unlocking the door and letting us into the small lobby to check in, even though he should have been expecting us from our reservation. We have never experienced that kind of check-in at such an early hour. Apparently security is a big problem in this part of town. At least that is the impression we got from the icy reception. The housekeeping service was not clearly explained. During our three-night stay, we never took down the "Do Not Disturb" sign because of our sense of poor security. We didn't feel comfortable with anyone coming into our room while we were away during the day. As such, we ran out of TP and facial tissue and rang the bell at the reception to ask for more TP and facial tissue. The same person who checked us in admonished us for not getting supplies from housekeeping before providing them himself from a shelf in the back of the office. If security is that much of a problem I don't blame the manager for being ultra cautious. But it does not inspire a good safety vibe in the clientele. This is a shame because the room is obviously newly outfitted and very well laid out and functional. One more thing. The people in the room directly above us (we were in 104) got up at 3:00AM and were moving about loudly and talking and laughing very loudly for about a half hour or more. We don't feel comfortable sharing the property with people behaving loudly on that time schedule. This survey does not ask about our recommendation or desire to stay here again. I can understand why.

• Jose (10/5): Good Value Stay w/ easy freeway access. - We were on a two nighter stay while attending a local event. This hotel is located close to the freeway ramp, local shopping at Trader Joe's, Target, and a good amount of restaurants. It is too far from the city center, and not exactly walkable. Parking lot has ample parking. Our room was clean if a little worn, and all appliances and utilities worked perfectly. There's plenty of storage to hang or put away clothes. The front desk guy was congenial and efficient checking us in and out. Bottom line is this is one of the cheaper places I found when booking a room in Santa Rosa, and for the price, better than a Motel 6 stay.

Fridge and microwave were a plus. Very comfy bed and pillows. Fresh quality towels and maid service was top-notch! Instant hot water in bathroom and nice tiled shower with non slip tub. Golf channel was available as well as a large selection for tv. My new favorite inn in Santa Rosa. A+++ service. For a great breakfast go to Dierk's Parkside cafe just north of inn.
• One Good Globe (10/5): Comfortable motel off the highway to get a good nights rest - I liked that there was no carpet but instead hardwood floors. The floors felt clean on my bare feet and the bathroom was also clean. I had read mixed reviews so I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was very pleased with the comfort of the room. The front desk clerk was a little agressive. We checked in and he said "you booked for a single bed room, and I don't have any left, so you'll have two beds- ONLY USE ONE BED!" We were a bit startled by the approach, but we only intended to use one bed anyway so it wasn't putting us out, it was just a strange approach.

• Howdy (10/5): Stay here! - Manager was most accommodating gentleman ever! Helped me out of a jam when I left my phone elsewhere. Allowed me a last minute Late check out. While waiting outside for a ride he brought me a chair and a bottle of Cold water. Room was more than I expected. Staff, everyone was awesome 👍 I spent 3 nights and my kid lives in Santa Rosa so I'll Be Back!! Thank you 🙏 I had to leave.

• Cathy (10/5): Very pleasant stay - The owners were exceptionally helpful to me. Friendly when checking in, quickly came to the room to help fix the TV that briefly didn't work and even offered to let me borrow their phone charger since I had forgotten mine. The hotel rooms are set back from the street so it's nice and quiet.
