- Rika (3/5): 空調がひどすぎます - 立地は最高です。周りになんでもあり、地下鉄駅からも近くてどこにでもいけます。お部屋は清潔でバストイレも別で快適でした。 （空調さえよければ） 空調が完全には止められません。 オフボタンを押しても換気のため（とホテルスタッフの方は言っていました）、冷風が吹き付けてきます。 部屋が冷え切っても完全に無風にはできず、設定温度をあげて無理やり暖房にするか（５月なのに）、冷風を我慢するしかありません。 暖房のまま寝ると喉が痛くなり、空調を切って寝ると部屋が勝手に冷え切っていて、どのみち風邪をひきます。 ホテルのスタッフの方からは毛布を貸しますと言われましたが、そういう問題ではありません。

- superlative26 (10/5): Fantastic stay in the heart of Seoul - We loved our stay at the Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel. It was easy to get to on the Airport Limousine Bus from Incheon, which dropped us next to Myeongdong station, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. The hotel reception is up on one of the top floors of the building, where we were warmly greeted by the staff who spoke very good English. I had no problems at all understanding them, and didn't need to attempt to use my basic Korean. The clientele was mostly Japanese, Chinese, and a small number of Europeans. We had booked an executive twin room on the 20th floor, which was fantastic. We had a great view of Myeongdong Cathedral and the room was very comfortable. Having a Japanese-style toilet is always a treat! We heard no noise at all from other guests or from the roads outside during our week-long stay. They clean the room every other day as standard, and provide fresh towels and bottled water at your door on the other days. The only negative for us was that I would say that the air in the room was incredibly dry from the air conditioning. However, a humidifier is provided in the room which I was very grateful for as it meant it wasn't a problem. The humidifier lights up, but you can turn the light off with the switch at the back (it took a while to work that out). I can thoroughly recommend room 2023 and would stay in that room again if we came back to Seoul. The hotel also has four lifts which made getting up and down to the room very quick and easy with hardly any waiting. The hotel is very central, so the pedestrianised streets nearby can be quite busy with tourists, particularly at the weekend. We enjoyed the buzz of it, and it meant there were lots of shops, restaurants and in the evening street food stalls very close by. Getting to other parts of the city was very easy as they were either walkable in 20-25 minutes or you could easily get a subway from Myeongdong Station, usually with a maximum of one change of line. I would definitely recommend this hotel, which we found to be good value and an extremely pleasant stay.

- Daniela (10/5): - We loved the hotel. The location is great, the room was clean and modern. But the highlight of our stay was the breakfast. The restaurant looks so elegant, the staff so welcoming and food was delicious. We had a great experience at this hotel. The double bad room was pretty small.

- CHITOSE (9/5): 安心で快適な日系ホテル - 浴室が独立していて、湯船に浸かりリラックスすることができました トイレもウォッシュレットで快適でした 明洞の真ん中にあり、買い物途中で荷物を部屋に置きに行ったり、ホテルを出てすぐに屋台があり、立地が良かったです 荷物を広げるスペースがほぼ無かったのは少し不便でした ホテル前の通りは混雑と屋台で、タクシーをつけることが出来ない点も少し不便でした

- Mitsuo (8/5): また来ます - 駅から近く、賑やかな場所にあり、とても利便性がいい。 ホテルに入るといい香りがして、海外に来たなって感じです。ロビーは時間をつぶすのに寛げて広々で最高です。 お部屋は広くはないけど快適空間です。 泊まるのは2度目なので、安心してましたが、部屋の所々にホコリがたまってて少しがっかりしました。

If you are looking for a spot that combines Japanese-style hospitality with an unbeatable location, this is it. The buffet breakfast was the star of the show. It was incredibly lively and offered a massive variety of Korean, Japanese, and Western options. Everything felt fresh, and the staff did an amazing job keeping the stations replenished even when it was busy. It’s the perfect way to fuel up before a day of sightseeing. The rooms were clean, quiet, and featured those great Japanese touches like high-tech bidets. Being right in the heart of Seomyeon, I was just steps away from endless shopping and great local eats. Plus, having access to the sauna after a long day of walking was a total game-changer. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Busan!

- Oscar (9/5): Excellent hotel in a superb location. - The front office staff were extremely helpful in organizing transportation from the hotel going above and beyond the call of duty. Specifically, I would like to point out the curtesy by Mr. J.R. Lee at the front desk who helped me navigate various Korean websites to book us a long range bus to the ski resort (when there were no trains available), and a taxi to the bus station in East Seoul. He was friendly and professional in all aspects. The hotel has a management policy that even if your room is ready/available at whatever time before check-in time (3pm), you cannot enter your room earlier. If you wish to, you will be charged KRW20,000 (USD13.60) per hour. Whilst this may be a small sum, given that the room is already available, it took no extra work by any staff, its petty to charge any amount.

- WUN YING (10/5): - Location is right in the middle of myeongdong and it's very convenient to go shopping and drop my things and go back to shopping. Easily accessible to myeongdong station or euljiro il ga station. Room is clean and although there is no housekeeping everyday, a bag of towels and water bottle will be placed outside your room. The toilet comes with bidet. Shower is separated. Airport bus limousine is just right outside the main road. There's really nothing to complain about.

- Yasmina (5/5): Seelenlos, aber frisch renoviert und top gelegen - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Gut mit der Metro zu erreichen und viele Restaurants und Shoppingmöglichkeiten um das Hotel herum. Die Betten waren bequem und die Toilettensitze beheizt. Auf dem Flur gibt es einen Wasserspender und eine Eismaschine Ich sag es mal so, wer gerne für ein Hotel bezahlt, aber nur den Service eines AIR BNB erwartet, der wird hier auch nicht enttäuscht werden. Der checkin was effizient aber nicht freundlich. Überhaupt scheint es hier nie darum zu gehen den Gast willkommen fühlen zu lassen ( die "begrüßung" bei einchecken war nicht etwa,:" Herzlich willkommen, schön sie hier zu haben, wie war Ihre Anreise, wir wünschen Ihnen einen schönen Aufenthalt. Nein, die Begrüßung lautete:" Passwort?" Das Frühstück geht bis 10.00, um Punkt 10.01 stand eine Mitarbeiterin vor uns und informierte uns kurz angebunden darüber, daß das Frühstück bis 10.00 sei und wir jetzt ( Achtung ernst gemeint) den Frühstücksraum verlassen sollen. So gingen wir ohne unser Frühstück zu Ende gegessen zu haben, und ohne jemals wiedergekommen zu sein. Roomservice gibt es nicht und die Zimmer werden nur alle 2 Tage , manchmal alle 3 Tage gereinigt. Ich brachte einmal Essen von draussen mit und fragte nach Besteck, dies wurde mir verweigert mit den Worten ( das Plastikbesteck sei aus und das Metallbesteck sei nicht für Gäste). Alles in allem ist es ein frisch renoviertes, optimal gelegenes Hotel ohne Charme und Herzlichkeit.
- Chang Wei (8/5): - I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on it. The hotel's ground floor is right next to Myeongdong's night market, which is very lively. On the first night after moving in, I could still hear construction noises from upstairs late at midnight.
- Koo (10/5): - Location is great, middle of Myeongdong. Subway station within 2 mins walk and airport bus station just next to Subway station. Room is modern and of a good size. Room is also quiet despite being in a popular food and shopping area. Highly recommended

- Sumardi (4/5): Location Good But Hotel Might Not To The Favorable - Location is good & more centre to reach out to any places & nearest exist for subway is no. 8 & staff was very helpful & friendly. For smoker quite easy to have a stick in the indoor smoker room at lobby area. Room not that spacious as expected then furniture e.g like round table to big for the room with such space then the walkway for room also quite narrow. The worst experience is the bed & pillow they provide which not comfortable at all bedding with uneven mattress & pillow to hard also too soft.

- Serena (9/5): - It was at a great location, easy access to food & shopping. I only gave a rating of 3 out of 4 for location cos you have to walk a fair bit to get cab or limo bus. But overall it's a great place to stay ... it's clean, separate toilet and bathroom hence you can still use the toilet even if someone is showering. Bathroom is separated into wet and dry area, and I appreciate that water from shower doesn't leak out into the dry area, which often happens in other hotels. Room can be a little tight, a bit challenging to pack/unpack luggage. And I wish the price could be more affordable.
- TravellingwithRidz (10/5): Thank you Do Hui! - Great hotel. Stayed for four nights and no hiccups at all. They clean the room every other day which was fine. There's self laundry and it's smack in the middle of Myeongdong with excellent amenities and close to exit 8 of the train station. Front desk Do Hui was excellent too in ensuring we had great stay from checking us in to providing directions!
