- Akash (1/5): - The room was clumsy not at all hygienic. Bedsheet and Pillow covers were stained and poorly managed room. Everytime bad odour was coming. It became difficult for us to stay. According to the room provide the charges were very high. I won't prefer coming agin here.

- jeyenthiran (5/5): - The security at the property was good and made me feel safe during my stay. However, the reception experience was disappointing. The staff at the front desk were unhelpful, slow to respond, and not very welcoming. This made the check-in and overall interaction unpleasant. Improvement in reception service is definitely needed.

Breakfast was delicious every morning, but the real highlight was the staff — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Overall, a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning! The rooms were comfortable, though making them a bit more spacious and updating some areas would make the experience even better.

Shower box is not waterproof, causing water to come out and completely wet the bathroom floor, creating a slipping hazard, specially for kids.

- Ramya (2/5): - Location is the only plus No value for money. The room looks like business hotel room. Very small, not clean. Breakfast spread was pathetic. For refilling puris, baaji etc, had to ask them multiple times. Food taste was bad. Ordered alacarte food for dinner, it was bad, used MSG (Monosodium Glutamate) in their dish. Cramped open parking.

Nothing made me happy staying there for three nights, breakfast was below standard , the bed sheets were not washed even here they make money , i and my wife were not comfortable at ALL

- MONJISH (2/5): Worst ever in Chennai. I have been travelling to Chennai since last more than 25 years, - Location is Ok, on seeing online booking.com, I booked this property, but since we checked in late at Chennai at around 8.45 pm, I had little choice to find and book another Hotel. The window of the room was broken, ( Room No 104) even after complaining no response from management, practically there is no manager in the hotel, some waiters are manning the counter. We were three person, me, my wife & son, while we ordered for dinner, one water drinking glass was short, despite repeated request they did not provide a glass. I had given cloths for Laundry on 22nd Aug, on the assurance of getting on 23rd Aug, now at 11 pm, I could get my two shirts & a pant, but one shirt & one baniyan is delivered short, the person sitting in reception , could receive my cash for bill, but he said, he does not know about Laundry. So, my advice to all those who does not know about this hotel, should think twice, to book this hotel, you may lose heavily. The behavior of counter staffs is absolutely stupid like. You are not safe at all in the hotel, Housekeeping staffs also do not clear your room despite complaining, No Sr. staffs also attend your problems.

- - (5/5): The property itself was a major disappointment—small and overpriced—the outstanding service from the friendly staff was - The people managing the place were the best. The receptionists, the housekeepers and the Doorman, Khadak Ji, they all were smiling, polite and very helpful people. I cannot complain about the service, it was genuinely good. And I appreciate the people there always having a lookout if they see you having confusion or trouble. They would come to help. I am happy about the people I met. What I did not like is the property itself. It was so small like literally so small. The pictures you see online are all taking in wide angle and feel as if the room is spacious and all. But I was disappointed in the property, and it was not cheap. We were two people, and it still felt suffocating at times because it was so much enclosed. And the washroom how did someone can actually build it, it was very odd. The positioning of all the things was so awkward, be it the washing basin. For the price I paid it was not worth it, the property was not good, I am not happy about it. It is better to spend a few more bucks and get a better hotel.
