Si te gusta la ciudad y lugares para comer cerca este es tu hotel, El personal es maravilloso pero la habitación estaba sucia cuando llegue tuve que mandarla a limpiar, el personal fue super amable y se ocuparon de inmediato del resto a diario siempre iban a limpiarla, la comida bien. La limpieza, la habitación siempre olía raro... en las noches el olor impregnaba todo...

• Aman (9/5): Was great 😊 and will recommend - THE STAFF - girls at the restaurant for the morning breakfast were amazing and very helpful. We had a small one year old and they were exceptionally helpful in helping with him and his food beyond what was in the buffet. So thank you so much for helping us on both our days. 🙏 Can do with a renovation/clean up, a bit out dated in terms of the realestate. But again it is great value for money and location so-didn’t bother us too much to be honest

I’m so in love with the wonderful buffet breakfast and any kind of food we ordered from the kitchen were so delicious. Neat and clean. So peaceful environment. Staff are so delightful and friendly to everyone. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Some facts like at first Air cooler didn’t work properly so we had to change our room. They just need to fix this type of little issue that’s all.

• Jonas (3/5): Een totaal vervallen hotel - Het was voor het immigratie kantoor dus goed om mijn visum te regelen. Ook was het personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel is totale vergane glorie. Ooit was het misschien prettig maar alles was vervallen en leek uit een slechte film te komen. De standaarden van de mensen die goeie reviews achterlieten snap ik niet.

La struttura è curata, accogliente e situata in una zona tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi. Un aspetto che ho apprezzato particolarmente è stata l’attenzione alla pulizia: ogni giorno le lenzuola venivano cambiate, cosa non così scontata, e la camera era sempre impeccabile. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e sempre sorridente. Mi hanno fatto sentire benvenuti fin dal primo momento e sono stati pronti ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi necessità. Consiglio sicuramente questo hotel a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un servizio davvero attento al cliente. Tornerei volentieri!

• Jaden (3/5): Slecht en teleurstellend, het enige wat het draagbaar maakte was het lieve personeel - Het personeel. Zij waren super vriendelijk en als er iets aan de hand was regelde zij het meteen. De kamer was zo vies, er zat ontzettend veel kalk op de douchewand en zelfs op de spiegel in de badkamer. Ook de badkamerdeur leek wel rottend. Veel vieze hoeken en gleuven en de bedden hadden vieze vlekken. De wifi deed het niet op de kamer voor het halve verblijf en ook de data deed het daar niet. Telefoon op de kamer om bijv naar de receptie te bellen was ook kapot. Daarnaast hadden mijn partner en ik dit gekozen wegens het feit dat er een ‘sportschool’ zou zijn. Er was een kapotte crossfiets en een multifunctionele krachttraining apparaat die dus ook kapot was. Ook was het super verroest en het zag er walgelijk uit. Helemaal niks aan! Het ontbijt was ook niet erg uitgebreid, veel herhaling en veel van hetzelfde. Ik was niet tevreden.

The room was very small, with old fittings and poorly maintained overall. Very dissapointed with our experience here. Did not expect it to be anywhere close to this bad after seeing the pictures and overall rating on booking.com.
