Verified traveler (10/5): Très satisfaite de mon séjour - Très satisfaite de mon séjour. Arrivée tardive possible puisque la réception est ouverte jusque 23h. Le personnel est sourillant et accueillant, les chambres sont propres. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas très grand mais avec des produits de qualité: confitures locales, pain frais (très bon d'ailleurs), fromage, oeuf, salade de fruits et viennoiseries. C'est amplement suffisant ! Je n'ai pas pu en profiter cette fois-ci, mais ils ont un partenariat avec une salle de sport d'Oyonnax qui permet d'aller s'y entrainer, même sans abonnement, pendant notre séjour. J'y retournerais avec plaisir si je reviens dans la region.

dominique (10/5): - cet hotel est juste incroyable. si vous passez par OYONNAX, ne cherchez pas plus loin, l'hotel qu'il vous faut! pour voyager partout dans le monde, cet établissement est probablement le meilleur rapport qualité/prix que j'ai pu voir. une ambiance cozy, atmosphère très calme et apaisant. petit bar confidentiel, belles petites chambres bien équipées et petit dej impeccable avec du pain incroyable et des fromages de folie. vraiment bluffé par cet hotel. FONCEZ!!!

C’est toujours parfait que ce soit pour la qualité de l’accueil, la propreté et le confort des chambres et surtout la qualité du petit-déjeuner avec uniquement des produits frais et de qualité. John (8/5): Nice hotel with excellent staff - Staff excellent, easy parking with a small change for parking in the garage which was fine. There was the option to park free on the road outside the front of the hotel. The bed and room was very good. The only issues were the toilet decor was tired and the air conditioning was not working (I did not complain about the air conditioning, so the hotel did not have the opportunity to sort the issue), but would suggest that when checking in, in the summer months, reception is asked to ensure it is working in the room.

Ludovic (8/5): Très propre et confortable - Hôtel et chambre très propre. Chambre décorée avec goût et literie confortable. Seul petit bémol, la douche manquait de pression mais à part cela tout le reste était très bien. On sent que le sens du service est important ici contrairement aux hôtels de chaînes hôtelières qui ont perdu le sens du service depuis bien longtemps pour la plupart… L'hôtel propose un service de plateau repas apporté en chambre ce qui est pratique en période de couvre-feu avec les restaurants fermés. Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet établissement.
Elsa (10/5): Malgré le confinement, mon séjour fût parfait - Malgré cette période compliquée de confinement, l'accueil, le service de restauration, la disponibilité de l'hôtel et de son personnel ont été parfait. Les réceptionnistes ont été très aimable et chaleureux. La chambre était propre, jolie, spacieuse et pratique avec son canapé et la table basse L'hôtel est beau et décoré avec goût. Ce fût un voyage professionnel court mais il s'est très bien passé. Merci beaucoup Nouvel Hôtel !

Bon restaurant, la Renaissance à deux min a pieds.

Paul (8/5): Ok - Couldn’t get in when we arrived and had no instructions how to. Rooms were fantastic. Oyonnax is not a nice place to be in. Parking is expensive at the hotel, breakfast isn’t worth €13 a person and wasn’t highlighted as we only book places with free breakfasts

Juste à améliorer peut être ajouté la climatisation car en cas de grandes chaleurs il fait chaud dans les chambres. Mais on nous a fourni un ventilateur.

La cuvette des toilettes est cassée. il n'y a même pas une petite bouilloire dans la chambre pour se faire un café ou une tisane. En revanche le petit dejeuner est très bien et l'accueil aussi
Roger (4/5): Réservation non conforme - La chambre ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. L'isolation était très mauvaise. Donc endormi tard et levé tôt à cause du bar, de la salle des petits déjeuners et du passage dans le couloir...
Gary (10/5): Great for the rugby - This has been completely renovated since I last stayed there and has gone from being a "Typical French 2* hotel" to a boutique style hotel. The public areas are very well done and the rooms have been updated in a more modern style. Very good breakfast (if a little expensive), pity we could have eaten more of it!
jim (4/5): completely unimpressed - Nouvel Hotel, Oyonnax, France Completely unimpressed. This was, except for downtown Paris, the most expensive hotel room we stayed at in 6 weeks of travel in France and Italy. It was also the worst. Extremely loud for noise from the hall or other rooms, especially in the bathroom. I've never heard any place so loud at transmitting noise, even in the cheapest of American motels. There were no do not disturb signs to put out. Absolutely no heat regulation I could see. Not able to turn it on or off, and no way to adjust it to your comfort level. The only good thing was that the bed and pillows were good. Hall lights are not activated by motion sensors like most nowadays and there were very few switches in the hall. Shower drain backed up and no shelf or holder for soap or shampoo. No hair dryer. Given the other, glowing, reviews, we read on about this hotel that got us to try it, maybe we would've been well advised to be drunken rugby fans. :)
