• SOFIANE (8/5): Hotel en pleine centre - Hotel pas mal en plein s centre ville, bien situé Immobiliers a fait son temps, un peu vieillot à changer. Pour le parking souterrain, il faut avoir le permis de F1 pour la descente, slalomer dans le parkings et la montée avec virage et la grand pente. Parking à éviter les jours de pluie, gel ou de neige.

Appartamenti con minimo di arredamento .. la nostra camera da letto aveva solo il Letto... :( null'altro. Mi aspettavo di più .
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nicht empfehlenswert - Die Wohnung war zwar geräumig aber sehr schmutzig. Gebrauchte Masken von Gast davor, Scherben am Boden. Diverse undefinierbare Flecken. Kühlschrank und Abwaschmaschine defekt. Wir mussten die Wohnung wechseln, leider in eine kleinere. Die Gerätschaften funktionierten, die Sauberkeit liess nach wie vor wünschen. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Appart hôtel jolie mais la propreté laisse a désirée lampe cassée, douche qui fuit, pas assez de couvert pour deux et un sol qui colle. Le personnel de l'hotel est tres accueillant juste l'appartement etait décevant.

Très bon accueil Petit bémol il y a peu d ustensiles manque un gril pain par exemple et le canapé du salon pas très confortable une petite table basse aussi aurait été la bienvenue

Var inte helt lätt att ta sig in på kvällen. Servicen var obefintlig i boendet - bara en nyckel från hotellet intill. Var en gåta att hitta i huset. Upplevelesen av Mulehouse var Bugatti-museet. • Benjamin (6/5): Clean and comfortable but not for hot summer night - The hotel was clean and nicely kept. The area is suburban with some convenient chains close by and near the highway. There is no air conditioning, so in the summer it is uncomfortably hot. Otherwise a fine stopover location.

Au début on m'avait dit qu'ils ne peuvent pas changer la chambre et on m'a proposé de mettre du désodorisant... avec le mélange des odeurs j'aurais préféré passer la nuit dehors dans le froid que de m'esquinter les poumons, J'ai dû insister plusieurs fois pour qu'on me la change... (pensez-vous vraiment que vos chambres valent 73 euros par nuit? j'ai eu une suite dans un hôtel 5 étoiles à Las vegas à ce prix...)

• Kathy (8/5): Family passing through to visit car museum - Stayed where we had parking and was close to the car museum. Not a lot of chose for food and we appeared to be a bit away from everywhere. Main reason I rated this lower than normal was the apartment had a cigarette smell even though it is smoke free. It was quite strong, I opened all windows but their were bats flying around at night so I didn't feel I could leave the windows open was they could have entered the rooms

• Keehwan (2/5): 최악의 유럽여행 당일 - 콜마르 지트 라 프티 베니스 아파트먼트 숙소를 선결재로 예약한 후 당일 17:15PM 도착하여 연락을 하니 아파트가 오버부킹되어 방이 없고 예약산 호텔스닷컴과 얘기하라고 하고 나타나지도 않았습니다. 도착일 이전에 주차 등 호스트와 수 차례 메시지도 주고 받았는데 당일 도착하여 방이 없다고 하니 너무 당황스러웠습니다. 자기 하고 싶은 말은 영어로 다 하고 제가 불만을 표시하거나 다른 문의를 하니 don't understand 라고 하네요. 콜마르 지트 라 프티베니스 정말 조심하세요 호텔스닷컴 한국, 유럽 토요일 저녁 시간이라 고객 서비스 안되었고 미국 쪽에 채팅, 전화 끝에 밤 9시가 넘어 50KM 떨어진 이 아파트먼트 숙소로 교체해주었습니다. 청소를 안했는지 바닥과 창에 파리들이 많이 죽어있어서 잠을 청하기가 어려웠습니다. 가족끼리의 유럽 여행이 최악으로 변한 날이었습니다. 그래도 4시간 만에 숙소 변경에 도움을 준 미국 서비스 팀의 Ms. Arria 감사 드립니다.

Chambre parfaite, petit bémol, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et 28°c dans l'appart, c'était un peu difficile.... La porte vitrée de la douche difficile à ouvrir. Le reste était parfait.

Environnement très bruillant, déchetterie en bas de l immeuble, autoroute et banlieue en face de l immeuble. Bref pas ideal pour un séjour en famille. La prochaine je réserverai en périphérie de la ville pour plus de tranquillité.

Aangenaam verrast door ontbijt dat we ‘s ochtends optioneel konden nemen bij aangrenzende holiday inn hotel (zowel qua prijs als qua samenstelling).

• Dimitri (6/5): Overall ok experience - This place needs mosquito nets on the windows. We were there this week +30 °C so needed to open windows at night but with no mosquito nets, that is a problem. Also the floor was just mopped, not cleaned as it should. With a mop you just spread out the dirt. Overall the apartment was well equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a TV, Table with 4 chairs, very good bathroom and toilet and 2 bedrooms. Disadvantage is the noise outside: there is a constant noise of the highway all day/night long. Wifi connection is a joke: almost no bandwidth.

• Alessandro (6/5): Moved to the Holiday Inn - We were supposed to stay at the Trident but we were moved to the Holiday Inn. With a baby we had preferred to have a mini apartment instead of a room. The room was nice but as usual ( every holiday Inn) the door slamming loudly were not nice to hear while trying to sleep. I have visited many Holiday Inn and this is a tipical problem( probably for fire safety reasons). The lady working at the reception was very nice and effective and she had to handle an entire hotel on her own. She was exceptional but the management should consider to have more staff to make sure the service is excellent

Il était propre et il y avait linges et gel douche à dispo. Les bémols : Il est situé dans une zone industrielle et le matelas de la chambre est beaucoup trop mou. Sinon bon rapport qualité / prix.

O serviço de pequeno almoço é pago à parte e dá única vez que desci para o pequeno almoço às 9.20h já não havia nada para servir... De resto a simpatia e amabilidade do pessoal é 5*! O check in é check out também é simples, podendo ser feito 24h/24h. Estacionamento gratuito. Fácil acesso.

• Thijs (8/5): Tussenstop Toscane -> Nederland - Hotel/appartement als tussenstop gebruikt vanuit Toscane Italie, prima verblijf met meerdere eetmogelijkheden in de buurt. Appartement was netjes en van alle gemakken voorzien.
• Hai (8/5): Good appartment hotel - We stayed for 9 nights a family of 5. It was a good locatin to launch our trips to the area and the black forest. Most of the day we were out of the room. The appartment was great in terms of size and facilities. It was also very clean. 2 points for improvement: Please verify to the guest that the late check in is next door holiday-inn lobby. Since there is no real reception for this hotel, you can initiate house keeping every few days (for those guest who stay for long periods) without the need of the guest to go to th holiday-inn reception.

• Delphine (4/5): Pratique pour un petit séjour - Toile d'araignée sur la table. Canapé pousserieux. Douche dangereuse, glissante, tuyau de douche défectueux. Femme de ménage qui passe l'aspirateur à 3h du matin dans le couloir et qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu'on dormait. Comment c'est possible ? On avait besoin de la chambre surtout pour dormir car dans la journée on visitait.

• Séverine B. (8/5): Bel appartement - L'appartement était très sympa mais un peu haut (10eme étage). Bon rapport qualité prix. La situation de l'hôtel n'est pas très accueillante mais permet de visiter la cité du train et le parc du Petit Prince.
• Alexandre (4/5): - The reception for keys is at Hotel Holiday In, but there is nothing to report. I spent almost 30 minutes wondering where to get the keys. After a labyrinth to reach the apartment, you have to take two elevators. Elevators and dirty corridors. Apartment of good size, but dirty, equipment with malfunction, kitchen without cutlery, without dishes, glasses, cups, etc. Bathroom in great condition. All bad.

• Christ (4/5): Cher pour ce que c'est ! - Si vous y allez avec une famille, penser à prendre avec vous des casseroles et autres ustensiles pour faire la cuisine et n'espérez pas avoir une aide avec un micro lave vaisselle dans lequel vous e pouvez même pas mettre vos assiettes (seul des petites tailles rentre). Pour un couple cela est tout juste acceptable, pas pour ne famille même si l'espace est au rdv quand vous prenez la chambre familiale de 55 m². L'accès à la chambre est très mal fait avec un 1er accesseur pour aller au 1er étage puis un 2eme pour accéder au autres, avec une famille et vos multiples bagages, et l'unique accesseurs, armer vous de patience, surtout si un car de touriste arrive au même moment. Bref, j'ai vraiment connu mieux et pour moins cher en plus! A vous de voir... . Prenez un hôtel, vous y serez mieux pour le même tarif !

• Murielle (6/5): Impersonnel et décevant - L'appart-hôtel est situé dans une zone industrielle où vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Supermarché, restaurants, boutiques. L'autoroute n'est pas loin et le centre de Mulhouse est à 10mn en voiture. Il est difficile de trouver l'endroit car il est peu indiqué. L'enregistrement se fait dans un autre hôtel, parfois car il n'y a personne à l'accueil, au 1er étage, à partir de certaines heures. L'appartement pour 4 que j'avais sélectionné était spacieux et confortable mais... Il n'y avait pas de lampes de chevet, les ampoules du plafond étaient à nu, le matériel de cuisine était limité, les murs avaient été malmenés et les meubles de la chambre réduits à leur minimum. La télévision ne fonctionnait pas car il n'y avait pas de câble d'antenne. L'appart-hôtel a sans doute été classé 4 étoiles à ses débuts mais je ne lui attriburais plus ce niveau. Les seuls points positifs : le calme en week-end, la literie et la serviabilité du personnel.
• Elodie (8/5): Beaucoup de place - Les aparthotel sont vraiment mieux qu’une chambre d’hôtel et pour le même prix voir moins cher ! Grand salon avec cuisine, grande salle de bain et grande chambre ! Bref, que du bonheur ! Le seul point négatif est qu’il n’est notifié nul part qu’il faut aller au Holiday Inn pour récupérer les clés... une petite affiche aurait été la bienvenue. Sinon parfait et je recommande ! Nous sommes venus avec notre fils de deux ans et c’est vraiment bien d’avoir de la place !

• Verified traveler (8/5): Soggiorno corto ma gradevole - Ho pernottato una sola notte, l'appartamento era pulito e confortevole. Il Check-in viene fatto all'holiday inn li accanto ma il personale gentile e disponibile. Unico neo era l'odore sgradevole alla reception dell' aparthotel. La zona è abbastanza bruttina (vicino a un centro commerciale e a dei casermoni brutti) ma per una notte lo consiglio. Io ho preso il posto in garage presso l'albergo per evitare di lasciare la macchina in strada

• lelex (6/5): quelques points à améliorer !! - Dès que nous sommes rentrés nous avons été déçus par l'odeur de cigarettes. Nous ne sommes pas fumeur et on déteste cette odeur de tabac froid qui régnait dans toutes les pièces. Le ménage est un peu négligé ! Dans la chambre, on entendait les ventilateurs qui ont tournaient toute la nuit et situés juste sous les fenêtres. pas terrible !!!
• Verified traveler (8/5): Hôtel à proximité de Colmar et Mulhouse - Très pratique pour pouvoir passer un week-end à Colmar ou Mulhouse surtout pendant la période du marché de Noël. Appart'hôtel propre, chambre, literie et salle de bain très correcte. Seul petit problème, des voisins faisant une fête à proximité. À côté du holiday inn, autre hôtel possibilité de prendre un petit déjeuner très correct rapport qualité prix pour 6,50 €.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - There was a light in the living room that didn't work but they said they would fix it, never done. Also the bulb blew out in the kitchen our last day. The cooling system never worked. The lock would stick and you would have to pound on the door to get it to unlock. The refridgerator work good and the shower was nice. The beds were very hard.

• Mary (10/5): Clean, Comfortable, Spacious, Family Hotel - We had a hard time getting here but once we did we were pleasantly surprised. We had to take a tram from the train station to the last stop and then walk at least a mile from there. We realized later on that we were arriving on France's National Day, a holiday in which everything was closed or operating on a reduced schedule. The hotel is located next to a nice pizza restaurant, TablaPizza, which was pricey but delicious. There is a small discount store (Action) and an Electro Depot very close and a mall is visible from our balcony but over a mile away and on a busy thoroughfare as far as we can tell. Check in was next door at the Holiday Inn but was seamless and they were welcoming and encouraging in case we needed anything. Bus stops close by. About an hour from the Mulhouse train station if walking but only about 25 minutes or so by tram or bus. 3 day bus pass for Mulhouse cost us 32 Euros for a family of 4 and we felt like we got to see the city best that way. There was no maid service and we never saw but one employee the entire time we were here. Construction noise early in the morning woke us up but was gone by 10AM. We enjoyed our stay here and getting to experience some lesser known parts of France (at least by Americans). (Bring your electric adapters).
• Verified traveler (6/5): very basic & unwelcoming - very basic, clean and secure but no cups or tea spoons, had to ask for some from Holiday Inn hotel next door,no toaster very hard bed one pillow each, no reception had to go to hotel for key, no English tv blocked off power points one table lamp only one bedside table.
