- Rocky (9/5): Probably the best hotel in Jourdanton. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have an issue with my room the second evening and the desk clerk helped without any hesitation. I also liked there was an EV charger on site Breakfast was good and the location in town is convenient. The A/c developed an odor on my second day. We couldnt deal with the odor so we were allowed to switch rooms.

I did not spend much time at the hotel as I was in town for a funeral and spent time with family. There is nothing I would change.

- craigcT8945XB (2/5): Harassed by Staff – Management Did Nothing - I experienced ongoing harassment during my stay, including false rumors and serious privacy violations. A manager even contacted my workplace to ask personal questions about me. I reported it to hotel management, but nothing was done. Completely unprofessional and distressing experience. Stay away.
- Nathaniel (1/5): - N/A I had one of the worst hotel experiences of my life at this Hampton Inn (2057 W Oaklawn Rd, Pleasanton, TX). At around 3:35 AM, my party was suddenly disturbed by a loud knock at the door. A staff member named Angela said she needed to check for a leak. One of my guests was in the shower, and we politely asked her to wait just a couple of minutes. Once she came in, she claimed she might need to return later. Out of concern, I went downstairs to see the damage she mentioned. The entire business center had visible water damage coming from the ceiling near the sprinkler system, which clearly had nothing to do with my room. When I tried to discuss this with the staff, I was met with disrespect and rude behavior. Angela made unnecessary side comments, and when I asked to speak with a manager, I was connected with Wally, the General Manager, who was even more dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for higher-level management information to escalate the issue, Wally chose instead to call the police (who did not even talk to me because it was a waste of emergency services and they felt no need to even investigate) and forcefully end my stay at 4:30 AM. I was left with no choice but to drive an hour to San Antonio in the middle of the night to find another hotel. This type of treatment is completely unacceptable for a Hilton property. I was not only disrespected as a guest but also left stranded without accommodations because of how poorly the staff handled the situation. I would strongly caution others to reconsider staying here until management and customer service are drastically improved

- stephensG5908EJ (10/5): amazing hospitality - was out on a unexpected business trip and had drove a long, 10 hours on the road- I wasn’t expecting to stay in the city overnight but had to so I walked in to make a reservation and front desk Avryl was able to get me in a room in under five minutes, was very personable and knowledgeable on good restaurants and surrounding areas. Breakfast started at 3am which I appreciate greatly & rooms were nice and clean.

- Justin (8/5): Best Pleasanton hotel we’ve stayed in - We’ve stayed in several other Pleasanton hotels while visiting family and this is by far the best of the lot. Large, clean, spacious rooms. Clean fitness center where all the machines work and supplies are restocked. Breakfast is from 3-10 am (primarily for the oil workers) and is well stocked til the end with different options every day. Friendly staff. Laundry is a bit on the high side—3 dollars for one load to wash and another 3 to dry. As a warning, the machines only take credit cards/contactless, no coins.

- Diana (8/5): - What i liked was the hotel was clean. The staff was excellent always willing to help. What i didn't like was the towels of the pool was very small. When beds were made seems like they were not made niclely as like the firstime of arrival was well made and the top comfortable was like thread shredding. Also they shouldn't allow oil workers to wash there clothes at the hotel facilities. They should put a sign no oil pants or clothes to be watched do to oil stains in the washer as for courtesy of other people who are on vacation. Over all this is my 2nd stay at this hotel and its good. I like all the nears stores close ti the hotel.

- starrlar2022 (10/5): Wonderful staff!! - We have stayed at many Hilton/Hampton properties throughout our daughter's club volleyball and soccer seasons. This particular night they had their Area finals and because it was out of town and in a rural place turning in her dual credit assignment proved to be difficult. So on our way back to Corpus Chrisiti we stopped there at 11:30 and went to the front desk where Avryl was working. We explained that we needed WIFI to submit her assignment and our hot spot wouldn't work for such a large file. She was so kind and helpful to our daughter. She allowed her to sign on and submit the assignment and in 5 minutes we were back on the road. Thank you so much for helping us! Great hospitality!!!!

When I told the staff they stocked our room with snacks and welcomed us, even allowed an early check in to decorate the room. The hotel is under some renovations but with that it’s still was clean. The pool was unusable.

- dkwill (10/5): Great Spot - Great Hotel During Hurricane Beryl our town was evacuated. We wanted to travel far enough to be safe and would be able to get back in. We chose Hampton Inn, Pleasanton. phoned several times and spoke with different representatives all were courteous and took time in answering questions. Our daughter was in transit to South Carolina to attend her father’s death and we had their doggie. Take note we had never traveled with a pet before, The staff answered questions about Pet Deposit. The room was clean and spacious. Microwave and fridge. Was quite, seen lots of other people with their pets, never heard pets barking. Had a nice area in corner of lots for pets bathroom, along with bags. Definitely would stay here again if the need arise.

There was no toilet paper holder, the hook in the bathroom was coming out of the wall, the outlet near the desk was coming out of the wall, the drawers in the desk were broken, the toilet kept refilling itself. The staff was very accommodating and friendly but there were a few issues with building maintenance that should have been addressed.

- Carol (7/5): Very pleasant and we enjoyed it. - Large roomy room, facing back pasture and pond, loved that, no one to look in, breakfast was GREAT, cleanliness was great, supplies were great, our fridge was so cold and room temperature easily adjusted. I needed to use the desk in our room 239 and it was wobbly but the chair was worse, just too used and didn't sit up right anymore, so we went to our sons room 237 and got his chair, no better. I set up my work station on the couch which is too low for me to sit on really, can't get up. We also were disappointed that our bathroom toilet was so low to the ground and no grab bars anywhere in bathroom. The parking at this particular hotel was very, very tight and crowded. We are just getting old and I though our room was handicapped accessible and it was large enough, including bath, but it appeared to not be finished out maybe.
