Tiny room, limited seating, one very small window, easier to use smart phone than TV which is on a wall parallel to the bed, no nightlight, closet door and bathroom door share a sliding entry door. Nearly a $200 room worth half that amount.

It felt like a very new (or newly renovated) property with exceedingly clean rooms and facilities, ample parking and a nice pool / hot tub. The price point felt high for the location.

Teri (10/5): - The room was very nice & clean. Cozy & comfortable. The only thing I wasnt a huge fan of (not a big deal though) was flushing the toilet. It was super loud and noise came from the tub drain while flushing. Other than that, the property itself was very great. Good breakfast and nice staff. Super comfy pillows and bed. Calling into the hotel, you get connected to an automated system. I wasnt able to get through to the staff on site. That was annoying. I wanted to confirm my booking on their end because I booked theough expedia, and they said I needed to check my email for the confirmation...which I did prior to calling... but it was from Expedia, not the hotel itself. So it was a guessing game until I actually arrived.

Cynthia (10/5): - The hotel was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The big disappointment was the hot tub being out of order during our stay. We would have chosen a different hotel had we known. The wind chill was below zero and we planned a lot of time for soaking in a hot tub. This is, by far, the most expensive hotel in the area and should have had the hot tub repaired.

Thomas (9/5): Great stay - But not worth the price. - Good breakfast. Clean rooms. Great staff Most expensive hotel in the region. Not worth the money. Room and taxes outrageous. There are no other brand hotels in Hibbing, so they have the market - and they are charging ransom money. Seems everyone staying there is on business with companies footing the bill, so these customers don't care about the price. People staying on their own dime will go elsewhere like Virginia. Had problem with the TV in my room, whereas local channels didn't work. They tried to fix it for 3 days to no avail, and the manager gave me discount on the room. Netflix worked fine, however no local channels or news available.

We had a lost item after check out, they actually looked for it, called me back to say they didn’t find it in our room. Then several hours later called me again and said they found it in the commons area! Wow! Great customer service from check in to check out. Thank you!

They shouldn’t be able to say it’s a bar. You can buy a wine or beer from the front desk until 10pm. Pretty lame and I would have stayed someplace walkable had I known this is what they meant by “bar”.

I was standing at the front desk waiting to check out. She was on the phone and did not acknowledge me. She could have told the person to hold on or asked me to give her a moment. When my wife told her to have a nice day she did not answer her either. Since we usually stay at this hotel when in Hibbing, this is not the first time she has acted this way.

No ice in machine, only 2 coffee cups in room. The toilet paper was in the wrong place you almost broke your arm reaching behind you to get it.
