- Iris (9/5): Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Berg&Golf Resort Westendorf und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen - Das Hotel war in sehr ruhiger und schöner Lage. Unsere Junior Suite war sehr geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Wir hatten vom Balkon einen schönen Blick auf Golfplatz und die Berge. Parkplätze im Freien und in der Tiefgarage waren kostenfrei und trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel immer ausreichend vorhanden. Überaus freundliches Personal, vorallem an der Rezeption. Baden im Infinity Pool auf dem Hoteldach war sehr schön zum Sonnenuntergang. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lecker, auch die Auswahl an Speisen war ausreichend. Leider gingen regelmäßig Teller, Tassen oder Müslischalen aus. Diese bekam man dann erst auf Nachfrage von den freundlichen Kellnerinnen ausgehändigt. Auch Obst, Eier und Käse wurde teilweise schleppend wieder aufgefüllt. Beim Fliesenboden des Infinity Pools besteht im nassen Zustand erhöhte Rutschgefahr….aufpassen!

Schöne Wanderwege direkt vom Hotel aus Kleinigkeiten: bspw Zimmerausstattung: keine Schuhlöffel, Badezimmer ohne Beautyset( Wattestäbchen, Wattepads), Restaurant ausgerechnet in der Woche geschlossen, Frühstücksbüffet mit eingeschränkter Auswahl bzgl Obst und Eierspeisen, etwas viel Lärm in der Woche bspw Helikopterlärm beim Abbau der Schneekanonen, oder halbtägige Reinigung der Terrasse mit Hochdruckreiniger
- Mark (8/5): Toller erholsamer Kurzurlaub - Sehr grosse, moderne und ruhige Zimmer. Das Bad ist topmodern, sehr gross mit Rainshower Dusche und Badewanne sowie 2 Lavabos. Sehr schöne ruhige Lage, Westerndorf Zentrum ist zu Fuss in 20 Min zu erreichen. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Top ist der outdoor infinty Pool im 3. Stock.Frühstück mit frischen Zutaten. Das Frühstück könnte in dieser Klasse mehr Auswahl bieten. Nix süsses, kein Bircher und Konfitüre. Das Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gemacht (Bett und Bad) gesaugt aber nicht so sammelt sich über die Zeit einiger Dreck...

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with exceptional warmth and kindness by the reception staff. A special thank you goes to Petra, who was incredibly attentive and sensitive to all our needs—we truly appreciate her care and dedication. The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the spa, which is truly indulgent and a highlight of the stay. The location is ideal, with very convenient access to the ski areas, making everything easy and enjoyable. We warmly recommend this hotel to families looking for a fantastic place to spend their ski holiday—combining comfort, great service, and a truly enjoyable experience.

Das Hotel selbst war modern und super sauber, die Zimmer toll ausgestattet, groß und zum wohlfühlen. Die 2 Wellnessbereiche und das Fitnessstudio waren gut ausgestattet. Frühstücksbüffet war vielseitig und lecker und von der Lage her für uns optimal, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß nach Westendorf. Busse sind aber auch regelmäßig gefahren. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

- Renata (10/5): Top resort - Pobyt v resortu byl výjimečný! Krásný apartmán, krásný hotel, úžasné wellness s teplým průplavovým bazénem a skvělí zaměstnanci! Hlavně musím zmínit zaměstnance restaurace, konkrétně Slovenku Alex (snad jsem si jméno dobře zapamatovala:). Díky ní se náš pobyt posunul na další level. Dcera je celiak a s takovým osobním přístupem jsme se snad ještě nesetkali! Dceři byli v restauraci schopni vyplnit každé její přání a vždy s úsměvem. Byla to top dovolená!!! Moc děkujeme!!! A určitě se ještě vrátíme. Líbilo se nám všechno!

- Kulbir Singh (10/5): Always the choice for next visit - This hotel is a great place to stay with family. Hotel has fully furnished apartments with kitchen. Our room was the corner room with a big balcony overlooking mountains on both sides and facing the rising sun. The staff is absolute gem and the restaurant offers exceptional level breakfast with fresh juices and ultimate coffee. The gym, spa and pool area is small but great and cosy if there are a couple of families. The spa and pool area is small and can not accommodate more than 3 families for a cosy experience.

The location is great and it is very close to the ski gondola (couple minutes by car). First two days the floor heating was not working properly. The spa area was not warm enough and the “thermal” pool was lukewarm at best. They also did not tell us that the sauna/steam room area was a bikini free zone. We had very rude guests aproach us because we were in our bathing suits in the spa area. They have another seperate spa area that is suitable for children(non-nude area) but it was much smaller and even colder.

Waardoor er wel eens groepen binnen komen bij Welness dat niet de juiste sauna regels volgen... En deze heel luidruchtig waren. Maar hier kan het hotel weinig aan doen.

- marcel (8/5): ontspannen en comfortabel - De ruime en mooie kamers Personeel was niet service gericht. Bar was niet open terwijl het hotel vol was. Slechte communicatie vooraf, geen antwoorden op vragen. Vreemd dat we als gasten zo duidelijk merken dat hotel en restaurant niet bij elkaar horen.
- Irma (8/5): Een fijn verblijf in een net en rustig hotel - Het totale plaatje van ontbijt tot diner en van slapen tot relaxen in het zwembad. Op de kaart stond niet altijd alles wat we lusten. Wel kon je a la carte bestellen. Ook was het niet fijn dat twee keer in de nacht het brandalarm afging.

- Regina (9/5): Der Besuch hat uns sehr gut gefallen - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und großzügig. Schönes großes Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken und begehbarer Dusche. Bei unserem Besuch war alles immer sehr sauber. Es gibt einen eigenen Wellness Bereich für Erwachsene. Die Rezeption ist nur bis 18:00 Uhr belegt. Leider gibt es im Hotel keine Hotel Bar, an der man nachmittags oder abends ein Getränk konsumieren könnte. Man kann dies nur abends im Restaurant tun, aber auch nur so lange das Restaurant offen hat.

Sennerei, sehr guter Kaffee, jedoch immer das selbe. uns hats aber absolut gereicht. 3Sterne Essen war bei uns als Halbpension includiert, erfreulich lecker; wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon einmal dort, da war das Essen so naja.... sehr sehr nettes freundliches junges personal. sehr sauber. Spabereich Sauna und Co öffnet oben im only adult beteich erst ab 16h, für die Nichtskifaher*innen bissi blöd.

Super SPA Bereich und neben tollem Frühstück auch sehr gutes Abendessen in der HP. Super nettes, aufmerksames Personal Einzig die Lage- da man auf den Skibus angewiesen ist, wenn man nicht mit dem Auto anreist, keine optimale Anbindung auch wenn nah dran- aber eigentlich eher ein Them der Kurverwaltung als des Hotels!

Zu den Ski Pisten kommt man angenehm mit dem Auto hin Der Adult Only Bereich gehört besser kontrolliert und auch beschildert das es sich wirklich um einen Nacktbereich handelt. Optisch und von der Stimmung ein Traum im Wellnessbereich.

- Lydia (9/5): Traumhafter Kurzurlaub - Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Appartement mit schönem Ausblick. Der Spa-Bereich im 3. Stock ist sehr schön und das Pool mit dem Ausblick ein Traum. Daa Team war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

- Vanja (10/5): - Beautiful hotel surrounded by mountains and golf courses. The underground parking garage always had spaces available, and the elevator goes directly to all floors. The room was huge, bigger than in any hotel we've stayed at so far. We had half-board included. Breakfast was very tasty (not a huge selection of dishes, but it was enough for us). Dinner was delicious all three days—twice we chose from the daily menu (soup, main course, dessert), and the third day was a buffet. The staff were very friendly, so all praise for them. The adults-only wellness/spa is excellent. On the 3rd floor, there's an infinity pool and textile-free spa room. Saunas officially start at 4 p.m., but we arrived at 2 p.m. and they were already on (you can also use the comfy beds in that area). The spa section has a bio sauna, Finnish sauna, and small steam sauna. There's a refreshment corner at the entrance, and you get towels, a robe, and slippers right in the room. Every day, you can request a fresh sauna towel at reception, and they deliver it quickly to your room. Really nice experience. :)

Wir haben es vollkommen genossen. - Die Sauberkeit, der sehr gute Service und auch das Essen war sehr lecker. Die Bar war leider immer geschlossen, sodass wir am Abend uns nicht mit einem Drink in der Lobby aufhalten konnten.

Sehr freundliches Personal Wir haben leider kein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten, obwohl wir dies in der Buchung angezeigt hatten. Der Handtuch und Bademantel Service hätte besser sein können, aber das ist nur eine Empfehlung. Ansonsten war alles super
- Jessica Maureen (10/5): Fantastisches Hotel mit leckeren Essen und Wohlfühlgarantie. - Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist hervorzuheben. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und es gab immer eine abwechslungsreiche Auswahl an Gerichten. Personal im Restaurant ist außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend und man merkt, dass das Restaurant mit Leidenschaft bewirtet wird. Es wird jeder Wunsch nach besten Möglichkeiten erfüllt. Hervorzuheben ist zudem der Herr an der Rezeption , der stets freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Zimmer wurde auch sehr gründlich gereinigt. Extrakosten von 25 € pro Hund pro Nacht. Im Zimmer war leider keine Garderobe. Folgendes als Information für Urlauber mit Hunden: Uns wurde vorab mitgeteilt, dass wir eine Goodie Bag (Leckerlies, Kotbeutel, Näpfe und Decke für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes für die Hunde bekommen. Dies wurde von der Dame an der Rezeption als Falschinformation dargestellt. Schade, dass uns dies beim Telefonat bei der Buchung mitgeteilt wurde. Uns wurden lediglich Näpfe bereitgestellt.

- Mack (10/5): Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub mit Kind und Hund - Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und sehr nett im Restaurant bedient. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig geschnitten und die Sauberkeit top!! Wir hatten 2 Doppelzimmer und eine Suite gebucht. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen in diesem Hotel.
- Evelyn B. (8/5): Kurztrip - Das Hotel ist sehr modern und sehr schön. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Der Infinity Pool war leider viel zu kalt, man konnte sich nicht draußen im Wasser aufhalten. Die vegetarischen Hauptspeisen sind viel zu klein, z.b.ein Spinatknödel oder 4 Ravioli, davon kann man nicht satt werden.
