Por fim, não encontramos um ser humano atendendo, tudo informatizado. Se tudo vai bem, ok, mas e se não? Viagens sempre apresentam surpresas.

• Ingrid (8/5): nettes Hotel mit Minifrühstück - Hotel mit Selfservice in vielen Bereichen , vom Einchecken bis Waschmaschine und Kaffeemaschine. Gut gelegen, Straßenbahn zum Flughafen nur 5 min entfernt. Frühstück im angrenzenden Lokal, sehr gering ( ein Spiegelei auf einer kleinen Scheibe Toast, 1 Scheibe Speck, einige Salatstücke, 2 kleine Stücke Melonen und Orangen, joghurt im Glas mit Knusperflocken das im Lauf von 3 Tagen auf die Hälfte schrank. Keine Kästen oder Möglichkeit Bekleidung abzulegen!

• Claire (10/5): This was my first stay in a city box hotel and I had reservations about the emphasis on self-service which suggested it - Ideal location only 10 min walk from the station. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The customer service was excellent, having arrived very early off the night train we were able to leave luggage and arrange early check in. The lovely staff at reception had a room available almost immediately so we had a few hours sleep which set us up for the day.

• Krzysztof (9/5): Dobra miejscówka na kilka nocy w centrum Bergen. - Generalnie wszystko zgodnie z obietnicą - dość skromny, ale czysty pokój, wspólny aneks kuchenny do dyspozycji, lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum. Gdy ktoś jest pierwszy raz - nieoczywista kwestia śniadania zamówionego na Booking. Śniadanie jest - 3 zestawy do wyboru.

• Broman (10/5): A great short stay in a convenient area. - The location was just a short walk from the train station. Staff was on site if we needed help but it is meant to be a self serve stay so check in & out didn't require any staff assistance. The process was easy and straight forward so we didn't engage with staff. Room was just fine, quiet and comfy bed. There are close restaurants (great pizza) and an easy walk to main sites. Really quite a walkable city. A beautiful stay.

NO toilet paper whatsoever. Never happened in more than 1000 stays in the hotel. Very negligent. Zero amenities, no tv, no kettle, no fridge, no place to put the suitcase

• julitere1 (8/5): Hotel sencillo muy bien ubicado - La ubicación, cerca de la estación central de trenes y del centro. Tiene un lugar para hacer café,té,tostadora,guardar algo en la heladera. Hay cubiertos,servilletas,vasos descartables. Muy limpio siempre. Para destacar el chico y su hermana que atienden en el horario del desayuno en el bar de al lado del hotel. Muy simpaticos,eficientes y dando respuestas a sitios por visitar y etc . Muy fría mi habitación .Llegué lloviendo y luego -3°, la habitación helada. Al ser todo automático, sin personal a la vista, me comuniqué a través de la página y me respondieron q podían subir un poco. Pero si quería más d 24° era por pago. No quería tanto,Pero que anduviera. Sólo templó un poco. Dormí vestida . El día d checkout vi q había una empleada q no había visto,le comenté, pero no me dió respuesta si no funcionaba . Porque en los pasillos estaba templado ,lindo.

Das gebuchte Frühstück hätte man sich sparen können, es war nicht ausreichend. Eine kleine scheibe Tost mit Spiegelei plus kleines Glas Granola mit Joghurt.
