• Lexie (10/5): Fantastic stay. Very clean rooms with plenty of facilities. I would highly recommend this to anyone especially for its a - Very clean & well priced Everything was great. My only suggestion would be block out curtains.
• Belinda (4/5): Room was simple, clean and sufficient to my needs except the door security. - Someone used a key and opened the door as far as the door chain would allow after i had gone to bed. I called out in alarm, they appologized and closed the door but I couldn’t relax and sleep properly after that. I didn’t feel safe. Make sure no staff or guest member is given a key and directed to an occupied room. Install a deadbolt for use by guests in addition to chain.

Due to the older building there were times when you could hear the guests in the adjoining rooms. Aside from this everything was excellent!

• Yvonne (8/5): Good place to stay to explore Hope or simply spend the night to continue on your travels. - Although the decor and bathroom fixtures are more retro, the entire room, including bathroom was very clean.
• Pamela (3/5): We are waiting for our money back . We spoke to the manager at the site. - The room was smelly , pillow needs to be change and bed as well . Not comfortable. We booked foe two days but we ended up just staying at one night . It was very uncomfortable.

The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning was effective, much appreciated after a hot day and a long drive in heavy traffic. We checked in after midnight, staff were friendly. The coffee supplied in the room was better quality than we expected. I took the precaution of calling them directly, good thing as Expedia hadn't informed them properly and emailed me an incorrect phone number. A quick Google search got me the right one. Problem solved, phone call made.

• Teresa (4/5): - The man who checked me in was super unclear/confused as to where we should park. Quiet hours were not enforced. My friend and I barely slept all night. There was a couple in a nearby room who were swearing, fighting and slamming doors. Will not be staying here again.

The only downside was a guest in a nearby room that several times from 11:30 to 2:30 was in a loud and abusive confrontation with a fellow traveller. However, hotel staff was very apologetic the next morning and I believe they handled it well. The landed up calling the police to end the dispute.
